Abstract

The purpose of writing is to determine the implementation of village fund allocation in rural development towards clean village governance (Good Governance: accountability, transparency and participation) starting from the planning stage, transparency and accountability. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with case studies, describing the implementation of Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) for development in Ngombakan Village. Then compared with the applicable regulations (Permendagri No. 113 of 2014) and cross-check with the real phenomena that occur in the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Ngombakan village in realizing good governance, so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of this study indicate that the management of ADD in the village of Ngombakan in general has been accountable, transparent and participatory. However, there are still technical problems. These constraints are a constraint from the regency that is late in making a Regent's Regulations regarding the regulations on ADD and its management. This results in delays in reporting related to the management of ADD in the Ngombakan village.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the number of female workers in the workplace as measured by the number of gender, stress, emotion, patient, skill, and leadership on the success of the company as measured by profitability and productivity.nThe research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique in the study was carried out based on theoretical studies from the search for research journals, books and papers. descriptive qualitative approach to describe how much influence the number of female workers in the workplace as measured by the number of gender, stress, emotion, patient, skill, and leadership has on the success of the company as measured by profitability and productivity The search results from several studies show that the number of female workers in the workplace has a significant effect on the profitability and productivity of the company, although the variable number of female workers in the workplace as measured by stress and emotion does not have a major influence on profitability and productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at food security policies in realizing the ethos of nationalism, namely the fulfillment of household food with good, safe and equitable quality standards. The problem in writing this research is that food security is seen from various sides, economic, social and political, so that food security should not cause an instability in Indonesia. The research methodology uses qualitative descriptive analysis approach, with a desaint of research using Creswell's theory, J. W. (2014). Primary data in this study were obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture officials, for secondary data obtained from literature studies and documents relating to Food Security. The results of the study stated, (1) The agricultural sector is the main pillar of the development of almost all economic activities centered on the agricultural sector. (2) The government is obliged to guarantee the adequacy of food with good quality, price stability, for the community, especially for low income groups. (3) The archipelago's food security policy with the agricultural sector mentions the need for archipelago-minded agricultural centers that can streamline agricultural production so that the results can be maximized.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di bidang kesehatan, Pemerintah Daerah Propinsi DKI Jakarta meluncurkan inovasi layanan Call Center SPGDT 119. Penulisan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa inovasi dan kualitas layanan Call Center SPGDT 119. Penelitian ini  menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Call Center SPGDT 119 adalah inovasi proses pemberian layanan kegawatdaruratan kepada masyarakat karena memberikan cara baru dalam pelayanannya. Terdapat tiga penyakit yang banyak dialami masyarakat Indonesia, yaitu penyakit   cerebrovascular,  kecelakaan  lalu  lintas  dan  penyakit jantung  iskemik. Kebijakan pelayanan ini merupakan inovasi proses pemberian layanan kegawatdaruratan kepada masyarakat dengan cara baru dalam pelayanan yang berkualitas baik. Temuan baru dalam layanan ini adalah perlunya menjadikan Call Center SPGDT 119 sebagai sistem gawat darurat secara nasional dengan bekerja sama dengan Pihak Kepolisian dan Pemadam Kebakaran, dan menjaga kualitas layanan melalui evaluasi kinerja setiap satu bulan sekali.
