Abstract

Efforts to increase foreign tourists related to tourist attraction need to be interpreted through the attitude of foreign tourists in their perception and expectations of service quality, so that it becomes a more measurable central point when wanting to boost foreign exchange through the tourism service sector. The research that has been done is explorative research with the descriptive quantitative method. The results showed that there were differences in perception and experience of service quality in Borobudur Temple in both groups of tourists

Abstract

Community-based ecotourism development is an opportunity to develop tourism attractions that are almost unknown to tourists in general and will reduce the social-cultural impact for the community. The potential of Klegung river that forms the river flow and the natural wealth of its riverside ecosystem makes the community take the initiative to open tourism destinations to provide benefits both economically and for the sustainability of existing water resources. The research that has been conducted using a qualitative descriptive method aims to analyze the potential of human resources, culture, flora and fauna, and attractions in accordance with the characteristics of Padukuhan Klegung. Having known the potential, then made attractive and appropriate attraction packages. keywords are required for computerization. Research and abstract title search made easy with these keywords.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the managing, developing and promoting strategies that the management of Condongcatur Culinary Park has implemented to increase the number of visitors. The research was done using method of qualitative research. To collect data, researcher made use of methods of literature study, field survey and in-depth interview with related stokeholders. The data were analyzed in descriptive way based on SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths and weaknessesof this culinary park from both internal and external factors so that it was easy to formulate the appropriate strategeis in managing, developing and promoting it. Based on the analysis, it is found out that all this time it has not been able to increase the number of its visitors. In fact, the analysis shows that the number has declines even more. In addition, it does not have any magnetism in terms of both culinary and non culinary aspects, which can serve as an icon to attract visitors. Key words: Magnetism, Culinary Park, Condongcatur.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the new standard protocol for tourist destinations in Sleman Regency, to check the actual conditions of the readiness of tourist destinations to reopen and to see the compliance of tourists to the regulations of the new standard protocol in Sleman Regency. The research method uses quantitative-based data with a survey method. The research location took eight leading tourist destinations in Sleman Regency, namely: Monjali, Prambanan Temple, Blue Lagoon, Deswita Pentingsari, Deswita Kelor, Sleman City Hall, Abhayagiri, and Hotel Sahid Jaya. They were collecting data using field observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The research was carried out on 1-24 August 2020. The results showed that the tourism sector in Sleman Regency could be reopened with various conditions for the good of all parties, significantly improving the community's economy. The opening of tourist destinations in Sleman Regency must be accompanied by strict supervision, especially regarding implementing health protocols
