Abstract

SQ3R stands for survey, question, read, recite and review. It is step to learn and comprehend a content of text book or articles. The purpose of this research is to know whether the SQ3R technique could increase students reading ability. This research performed by using descriptive method and statistical approach which intended to reach and conclude this research problem. The populations of this research are 60 students and the writer took 25 students or around 42% as a sample of the research. As the instrument of collecting data writer took from documentation, observation, and questionnaire. The writer used 15 items of questionnaire to know X variable, and 25 question whereas to know Y variable. According to the data analysis the correlation between X and Y variable is 0,58 and the distribution variable is 33,44%, it means there are other factor can effect students reading ability around 66,56%. The above data calculation shows that SQ3R technique has already implicated in improving students reading achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana model penanaman karakter dalam pembelajaran Al Qur’an melalui metode Tilawati, juga untuk mengetahui nilainilai karakter seperti apa yang dapat ditanamkan dari pembelajaran AL Qur’an melalui metode tilawati. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan populasinya adalah lembaga-lembaga mitra binaan Tilawati Center Kota Serang, Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer, data yang dikumpulkan langsung oleh peneliti dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung dan wawancara dengan para guru dan trainer metode tilawati. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Pembelajaran AL Qur’an dengan menggunakan Metode Tilawati dapat menanamkan karakter sebagai berikut : hormat kepada guru, kasih sayang antar sesama, gotong royong, tanggung jawab, mandiri, berani, tertib, disiplin, adil, tawakkal kepada Allah, sabar, patuh, kebersamaan, gemar membaca, kerja keras, rasa ingin tahu, semangat belajar, fokus, demokratis, toleran, cinta damai, dan peduli.

Abstract

Penelitian PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan Sosialisasi Pendampingan Sejarah Kebudayaan Banten Mata Kuliah Reading Comprehension Materi Story Telling yang hampir punah. Kami juga mencoba merevitalisasikan sejarah kebudayaan banten melalui story telling dengan harapan mahasiswa mampu bercerita sejarah kebudayaan banten. karena story telling adalah proses penyampaian cerita secara komunikative. Mahasiswa dituntut untuk memahami cerita tersebut. Salah satu fungsi story telling adalah Mengasah kemampuan berbicara dan mendengarkan dalam Bahasa Inggris dan juga Memungkinkan siswa mempelajari budaya dan sejarah. Bayak mahasiswa yang minim pengetahuan tentang Sejarah Kebudayaan Banten oleh karena itu Kami mengadakan PKM Kolaborasi dengan berbagai mahasiswa dan dosen. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah kualitatif Deskriptif. Metode kualitatif adalah salah satu metode yang diperuntukan untuk memahami, menguraikan, dan bahkan menjelaskan fenomena social. Hasil yang di dapatkan dalam PKM ini adalah Mahasiswa sangat tertarik dan senang dalam kegiatan tersebut karena ini merupakan bahan untuk membuat sebuah cerita khususnya story telling Sejarah Kebudayaan Banten.

Abstract

English learning in children in the village is quite underdeveloped, as kkn students empathize so that children in the village can learn English well, making tutoring as a means is often done so that children can learn comfortably at times other than school, making singing as a learning method so that learning becomes light, the results obtained from this method are children memorizing new vocabulary, and good pronunciation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of word mapping technique on vocabulary acquisition of 8th grade students of SMPT Mulia Hati Insani Warungunung. The quantitative research method was conducted using a pseudo-experimental design. The sample of this study amounted to 62 students who were divided into experimental and control classes. Tests were used to collect data on students' vocabulary acquisition scores, and t-test was used to analyze the data. For the experimental class, the average post-test score was (75.35), higher than the pre-test score (34.81). From the independent sample t-test analysis, the value of t count (11.096) > t table (1.671) was obtained. It’s mean Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The effect size value of 2.814 indicates a very large influence. In conclusion, there is a significant effect on speaking ability between students who are taught using the word mapping method and those who are not taught using the word mapping method.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the influence of using make a match technique towards students’ speaking ability at Eight Grade of SMPN 3 Kaduhejo. The researcher would like to find the formulation of the problem about Speaking Ability at eight grades of SMPN 3 Kaduhejo.  In this research, researcher used Quantitative research in implementing the quasi experimental design as the research method. The sample that was used in this research was the students of VIII A as the experimental class and VIII B as the control class. Researcher used 47 students as a sample from both of classes. Researcher used SPSS Version 25 to find out the result Pretest and Posttest. Based on the result of the research there was a positive influnece towards students speaking ability which was taught by applying make a match technique. It can be seen from the result of independent samples test that students who were taught by using Make a Match Technique. (experimental group) got score 0.002 which the hypothesis if the score lower than 0.05 then Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, for determining the result of students’ average score from the same group, the researcher decided to use paired samples test. The result showed that alternative hypothesis is accepted because the result of paired samples test was 0.000 which lower than 0.05.

Abstract

The foot kick method is generally the inside leg kick technique used to provide short passing that suits them. the most dominant movement in running, the main goal is to score as many goals as possible towards the opponent's goal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of deep kick training on shooting accuracy in soccer matches. The research method used is a literature search covering several sources such as primary and secondary sources. With the results of research from various sources to be able to conclude that the method of practicing kicking the inside of the leg affects the accuracy of the shot. "There is an effect of training to kick the ball with the inside of the foot, which affects shooting accuracy in soccer matches, using this method of oblique training. Thus, it can be concluded that how to kick the inside of the leg has a significant effect on shooting accuracy in a soccer match

Abstract

Garbage is one of the big problems in Indonesia from organic and non-organic waste, plastic waste as an example of non-organic waste which takes a long time to decompose even the use of plastic waste in Indonesia has been limited to emergency besides the fiber power from waste recycling and management activities Waste is still very low with waste management activities, which is a creative idea and an effective solution for waste management in Indonesia. With the training on handicraft arts from used goods conducted by KKN-T students from the PGSD Study Program to children in kp. It is hoped that the village of Base Village of Pandeglang Regency will have children in KP. golat is more skilled, active, and able to show his creativity and understand the use of used goods around him. The children together make works with the direction of the teacher and according to the examples that have been prepared beforehand. The targets given [the teaching] are children aged 7-10 years whose works are in the form of piggy banks and flower pots.

Abstract

It is hoped that the results of this paper will become insights as well as initial discourse and action to develop BTQ learning in Islamic educational institutions or in the community. An introduction to reading and writing the Koran to children in this community service activity discussing the introduction of BTQ to children. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an introduction to the procedures for reading and writing the Qur'an to reveal the effectiveness of implementing the BTQ program at kp.Golat desa. Pangkalan Kab. Pandeglang Banten. The demand for the ability to read and write the Koran has become a widespread phenomenon. Therefore a BTQ program was created for children at kp.Golat desa.pangkalan kab.pandeglang banten. So that with this activity it is hoped that it can improve children's reading and writing of the Koran at kp.Golat desa.pangkalan kab.pandeglang banten, with a variety of BTQ methods provided that can adapt to the needs and characteristics of the children. The diversity of these methods is considered to be able to complement each other's shortcomings with one another. This paper attempts to describe the development of BTQ learning in Sobang Pandeglang with a variety of methods. The results of this paper are attempted to become insights as well as discourse and initial action to develop BTQ learning in Islamic educational institutions or in the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is to introduce learning media to Pangkalan Village students. Creating fun reading learning media for children. We have skills in designing Smart Board learning media as reading learning media for elementary school children. The subject of this training is for grade 1 elementary school children in Pangkalan village. Implementation of training is an initial survey to record training participants, arrange permits to carry out training. The method used is direct practice. The direct practice method is used by the trainees so that students are able to read using the smart board media.
