Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah pemberian Pupuk Organik Padat Guano dapat memberikan hasil yang sama dengan pemberian Pupuk N,P,K. Percobaan dilakukan di Rumah Kaca Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor dengan ketinggian 754m dpl dan menggunakan tanah inceptisol dengan pH 6,18.Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok, terdiri dari 8 perlakuan kombinasi dosis pupuk, yang terdiri dari 100% N,P,K, 100% Pupuk Guano, 75% N,P,K + 100% Pupuk Guano, 50% N,P,K + 100% Pupuk Guano, 75% N,P,K + 75% Pupuk Guano, 50% N,P,K + 75% Pupuk Guano, 75% N,P,K + 50% Pupuk Guano serta 50% N,P,K + 50% Pupuk Guano. Percobaan diulang sebanyak 4 kali, dengan demikian terdapat 32 satuan percobaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian beberapa dosis pupuk N,P,K dan pupuk guano memberikan pengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, biomassa tanaman, jumlah bintil akar efektif, jumlah polong isi per tanaman, jumlah polong hampa per tanaman, bobot biji per tanaman, bobot 100 biji, indeks panen, bobot biji per hektar. Perlakuan 50% N,P,K + 50% Pupuk Guano memberikan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan kontrol pada tinggi tanaman, biomassa tanaman, indeks luas daun, jumlah daun, jumlah polong isi per tanaman, jumlah polong hampa per tanaman, bobot biji per tanaman, bobot 100 biji, indeks panen serta bobot biji per hektar.Kata Kunci : Tanaman Kedelai, Pupuk N,P,K, Pupuk Guano

Abstract

Despite advances in non-invasive and minimally invasive techniques, some proximal ureteral stones with impaction require open or laparoscopic surgery. No systematic reviews or meta-analyses have compared the efficacy and safety of open proximal ureterolithotomy and laparoscopic approaches. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety between open and laparoscopic proximal ureterolithotomy for ureteral stone management. Following the PRISMA guidelines, systematic searches were conducted in five databases (PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, and ProQuest) to identify articles comparing those two surgical approaches. Operative time, blood loss, pain score, hospital stay, recovery time, and complications were collected and compared. Heterogeneity-based meta-analysis with random-effects or fixed-effects models were conducted. Two randomized controlled trials and four observational cohort studies with 386 participants met the criteria. Open surgery had significantly less time than laparoscopic ureterolithotomy (mean difference (MD): 26.63 minutes, 95%CI: 14.32, 38.94; p<0.0001). Intraoperative blood loss (MD: -1.27 ml; 95%CI: -6.64, 4.09; p=0.64) and overall complications (OR: 0.68; 95%CI: 0.41, 1.15; p=0.16) were not significantly different between two approaches. Laparoscopic ureterolithotomy reduced visual analogue scale (VAS) pain scores (MD: -2.53; 95%CI: -3.47, -2.03; p<0.00001), hospital stays (MD: -2.40 days; 95%CI: -3.42 to -1.38 days; p=0.03), and recovery time (MD: -9.67 days; 95%CI: -10.81 to -8.53 days; p<0.00001). In conclusion, open proximal ureterolithotomy had less time, but laparoscopic surgery reduced postoperative pain, hospital stay, and recovery time. Both methods had comparable intraoperative bleeding and complications.

Abstract

Permainan tradisional merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari warisan budaya yang sering terlupakan di tengah arus modernisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran permainan tradisional dalam perkembangan anak usia 10-12 tahun di Kelurahan Pijoan, Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota. Latar belakang penelitian menyoroti urgensi pelestarian permainan tradisional sebagai bagian dari warisan budaya dan dampak positifnya terhadap perkembangan anak-anak. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosialisasi bimbingan konseling berbasis permainan tradisional (BIKONS PETRA) Kepada Generasi Alpa terhadap keterampilan motorik dan interaksi sosial anak-anak. Metode penelitian melibatkan tiga sesi sosialisasi selama tiga bulan, dengan praktik langsung, Sosialisasi pengenalan permainan tradisional merupakan salah satu program dalam kegiatan PLKPLS. Setiap sesi dilaksanakan di lapangan Kelurahan Pijoan, menggunakan berbagai alat bantu seperti kertas leaflet, tali, balon, congklak, dan bola. Hasil lapangan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan motorik dan interaksi sosial pada anak-anak yang terlibat dalam sosialisasi permainan tradisional. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya memperkenalkan kembali permainan tradisional sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya dan pembentukan karakter anak-anak. Langkah ini tidak hanya menjaga kekayaan budaya, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat besar dalam pengembangan anak-anak yang memiliki integritas dan karakter yang kuat.

Abstract

Background: Elderly people can experience various health problems, one of which is difficulty sleeping. One way that can be used to overcome sleep disorders is Dance Movement Therapy which can improve the quality of elderly sleep. Objectives: This research aims to determine the difference in sleep quality before and after being given Dance Movement Therapy to the elderly in Dukuh Garen, Pandeyan Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali. Methods: This research is quantitative research. This research method uses pre-experimental with a one group pre-test post-test design approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The instrument used is the PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index). Research data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results: The results of this study were dominated by 18 (90%) seniors aged 60-69 years, 19 (95%) female seniors, 20 (100%) seniors who all lived with their families, 13 (100%) seniors who still had a partner ( 65%), and the elderly who do not work are 14 (70%). In the Wilcoxon test, the value obtained was p=0.000 (p<0.05) where there was a difference in sleep quality in the elderly before and after being given Dance Movement Therapy. Conclusion: This research shows that there is an influence of Dance Movement Therapy on sleep quality in the elderly in Dukuh Garen, Pandeyan Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali. Abstract

The thesis entitled "The Influence of Education Level and the Dummy for Using a Rice Harvesting Machine (Combine Harvester) on Farmers' Income in Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency" is research that aims to find out whether the Educational Level and the Dummy for Using a Rice Harvesting Machine (Combine Harvester) have a significant effect. partial and simultaneous impact on Farmer Income. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was 858.42 farmers in Praya Barat Daya District, and the sample used in this study was 90 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis was carried out using an analysis tool, namely SPSS. The research results show that in the t test (partial), (1) the Education Level variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Farmer Income (Y). (2) The Dummy Combine Harvester variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Farmer Income (Y). The variables Education Level (X1) and Dummy Combine Harvester (X2) simultaneously influence Farmer Income (Y) in Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan google classroom terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan sample peserta didik kelas X dan XI SMA 29 Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan dengan angket dan wawancara mengenai penggunaan google classroom terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) penggunaan aplikasi google classroom dinilai efektif terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik. (2) aplikasi google classroom direkomendasikan untuk penggunaan pembelajaran matematika secara daring. (3) kekurangan google classroom adalah terkendala dalam jaringan.

Abstract

This study investigates of EFL teacher practices using flipped classroom and Think-Pair Share (TPS) strategy in reading comprehension classes. The purpose of this study is to find the challenges and opportunities encountered by EFL teacher while utilizing this learning model. This investigation applied a qualitative methodology with a case study design. This study's participant was an EFL teacher who taught at a private junior high school in Bekasi, West Java. The researcher used observation, interviews, and documentation to collect the data. By employing thematic analysis by Braun & Clarke (2006), the data is analyzed. The research findings indicate that flipped classroom and TPS serve a meaningful learning task that facilitates text comprehension among students. In addition, the use of flipped classrooms and TPS incorporates challenges and opportunities. This study encounters practical difficulties and school policies as obstacles. In addition, there are opportunities to exercise student-centered learning, assist students with learning readiness, and improve students' reading comprehension

Abstract

The role of technology in developing critical thinking skills in students. Technology helps create an interactive, collaborative learning environment and supports independent learning. This systematic study aims to investigate the influence of the use of technology, including mobile-based applications, educational games, and e-learning platforms, on the development of critical thinking skills in chemistry learning through the investigation process of articles published and indexed in Scopus. Systematic Review Method: (1) Formulate review questions, (2) Establish inclusion and exclusion criteria, (3) Develop search strategies for search strategies and find studies, (4) Select studies, (5) Extract data, (6) Assess the quality of studies, (7) Analyze and interpret the results. Articles found in the Google Scholar database, the Journal of Turkish Science Education and Scopus show that there are 15 articles that meet the inclusion criteria. The conclusion obtained is to affirm that the integration of technology in the educational process has great potential to develop critical thinking skills.
