Abstract

one of the goals of national development is to create a just and prosperous society, both materially and spiritually. To support national development goals, the government can collaborate with LAZ/BAZNAS to alleviate poverty with good ZIS (Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah) fund management, which is expected to be able to improve Mustahiq's quality of life. This research aims to determine the Management of ZIS Funds (Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah) at LAZISMU Jombang in improving Mustahiq's quality of life. The results of the study show that the management of ZIS funds (Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah) must refer to PSAK Regulation No. 109 concerning financial accounting, which regulates the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of zakat, infaq and sadaqah transactions. In empowering ZIS Funds (Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah) by the Law No. 23 of 2011 in the distribution of zakat management to support the ZIS (Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah) funds received are intended for the eight asnaf (fakir, poor, amil, convert, riqab (enslaved person), gharimin, fisabilillah, ibn sabil) group to improve the quality of life of mustahiq through programs namely (1) grebek: prayer for orphans (2 ) achieving the blessings of fajr alms (3) caring for honorary teachers (4) mentari scholarship (5) disaster alert (6) healthy assistance alms (7) mustahiq rises empowered.

Abstract

News of inflation occurring in various parts of the world has spread, even the President of Indonesia Mr. Joko Widodo mentioned in his speech about the shadow of the world in 2023. The city of Madiun is one of the areas in East Java which is responding to the preparation of strategies to deal with the 2023 crisis. Through a qualitative descriptive method, this article aims to analyze the economic policy strategy of the Madiun city government based on an Islamic economic view. The primary data comes from the speech of the mayor of Madiun at the coordination meeting of local government officials. The findings of this study reveal that the Madiun city government implements a food security strategy from Prophet Yusuf AS and is supported by a price intervention strategy from Ibnu Taimiyah's perspective. The Madiun city government used this strategy to deal with inflation and predictions of a food crisis in 2023.

Abstract

Pamekasan Regency has various kinds of tourism potential, especially coastal tourism. One of the coastal tourism areas that has the potential to be developed is Jumiang Beach. The beach has various potentials including a strategic location, easy access, exotic natural scenery, and cultural activities that are regularly held. This study aims to provide an overview of the development strategy used by all parties involved in managing Jumiang Beach in Pademawu sub-district to become halal tourism through Sustainable Coastal Tourism and how Jumiang Beach Strategy becomes a leading halal tourism in terms of Sustainable Coastal Tourism approach. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used by the researchers in this study was to conduct observations and interviews aimed at coastal tourism managers, the village, and the government. Researchers also use literature or literature studies that are in accordance with the object of research to support research. The results of this study indicate that the coastal tourism area in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency has various potentials like natural beauty, the facilities, and many others. On the other hand, there are still many things that need to be addressed in the tourist area, for example, such as inadequate facilities so development is needed through a concept that is in accordance with the conditions of the tourist area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perkembangan teknologi berupa pembayaran nontunai dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam bersedekah khususnya di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisis literatur terkait transaksi sedekah non tunai. Objek penelitian ini adalah para donatur (muzakki) di Lazismu Bojonegoro. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam yang penulis lakukan dengan karyawan Lazismu Bojonegoro. Dengan animo masyarakat dalam berzakat, Lazismu selalu mendorong inovasi dan berupaya untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam berzakat melalui berbagai layanan digital, baik digital banking, e-commerce maupun financial technology. Dalam upaya memaksimalkan penghimpunan dana tersebut, Lazismu menggandeng Gopay-Gojek. Nantinya masyarakat bisa berzakat melalui aplikasi Go-Pay Gojek. Namun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saat ini animo masyarakat Bojonegoro dalam melakukan sedekah non tunai atau E-sedekah masih rendah, karena masyarakat belum familiar dengan fitur sedekah di aplikasi Go-Pay Gojek. Dalam mengantisipasi permasalahan tersebut, Lazismu Bojonegoro terus melakukan inovasi melalui digitalisasi produk, sehingga animo masyarakat dalam berzakat tetap konsisten yaitu dengan menggunakan WhatsApp Blast, transfer melalui rekening bank atau melalui aplikasi pembayaran seperti LinkAja atau dengan jemput sedekah langsung ke muzakki. . karena masyarakat belum familiar dengan fitur sedekah di aplikasi Go-Pay Gojek. Abstract

This research aims to analyze and show the effect of product, price, promotion, distribution, people, process, and physical evidence on Muslim consumers' decisions to use ShopeeFood services. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Muslim ShopeeFood users in Gresik Regency are the population of this study, where the number is unknown. The sampling technique used random sampling by measuring the number of samples using the unknown population approach to obtain a total sample of 100 respondents. The research uses primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of literature. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, but first tested the validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The results of this study indicate that product, price, promotion, distribution, process, and physical evidence positively and significantly influence Muslim consumers' decisions to use ShopeeFood services. Meanwhile, the person variable does not influence the Muslim consumer's decision to use ShopeeFood services. The decision of Muslim consumers to use ShoeeFood's services is significantly influenced by product, price, promotion, distribution, people, process, and physical evidence factors. This research can be used as a reference for online food delivery service providers, especially ShopeeFood, in marketing management to increase sales transactions, especially in Gresik Regency.
