Abstract

The objective of this article is to study the relation among resource utilization pattern, subsistence and patron client relationship in Danau Tempes fisheries community, South Sulawesi, using a qualitative research method. Data were collected purposive for both small scale and relatively big scale fisheries by means of indepth interview and observation. Scotts moral economy framework was used to analyze the nature of social phenomena. The results show that fisheries resource scarcity due to intensive fishing activities were the reason behind fisheries communitys strategy to handle the subsistence crisis. Patron-client relation was used by fisheries community which hold trust and kinship in regard. The relation was also based on mutual solution in terms of social reciprocity. Clients tend to maintain their relation to patrons due to safety and security reasons from their subsistence crisis, eventhough they have smaller economic profit from that relation. While patrons help clients based on social obligation to help others.

Abstract

Sudirah. Sejak Orde Baru hingga era reformasi ini pembangunan pedesaan berkelanjutan terus dilakukan salah satunya adalah hubungan antara penguatan modal sosial dan mitigasi bencana banjir, melalui kajian dari perspektif sosiologi dan penyuluhan pembangunan. Penelitian dilakukan di desa Kertawinangun, Soge, dan Ilir, kabupaten Indramayu, Jawa Barat. Pada umumnya musim tanam padi dilakukan pada musim rendeng dan sadon. Namun musim tanam padi di ketiga desa tersebut hanya dapat dilakukan pada musim rendeng. Itupun sering mengalami gagal panen (puso), akibat banjir pada musim hujan dan kekeringan pada musim kemarau. Solusi gagal panen padi tersebut adalah membangun bendung Kali Perawan. Pembangunan bendung perlu modal finansial dan modal sosial. Modal sosial merupakan perekat hubungan sosial masyarakat berupa aspek-aspek: kearifan budaya, tata nilai, gotong royong, kepercayaan, dan jejaring sosial. Penguatan modal sosial difasilitasi Kepala Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), dan tokoh-tokoh masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpalan data melalui observasi, dokumen, dan wawancara terhadap informan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan modal sosial mampu merekatkan hubungan sosial masyarakat, mengatasi mitigasi bencana banjir, dan meningkatkan usaha pertanian, sehingga petani padi sawah menikmati hasil panen 2 sampai 3 kali setahun. Selain itu, dapat melakukan usaha diversifikasi pertanian dengan menanam palawija, usaha pertambakan ikan, dan pembuatan garam, yang akhirnya mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Kata Kunci: Modal Sosial, Mitigasi Bencana Banjir, Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Petani

Abstract

Village and sub-district administration, neighborhood unit functions to record population data and other government administration services, maintain security, support, and inter-living harmony, generate ideas in the implementation of development by developing the aspirations and genuine self-help of the community, and activating self-help cooperation and participation of the community members in their area. So that the purpose of implementing AbdiMas is to increase understanding of simple technology in processing population databases in neighborhood units and Community Unit 11 East Pamulang Village administrators. The method used is Active and Participatory Learning with material discussions, practices, and demonstrations. The results of the training and database input based on all available information provide a very simple understanding of technological knowledge using Microsoft Office Excel and add broad insight to local neighborhood units and Community Unit 11 administrators on the importance of inputting databases to facilitate all the interests and aspirations of the community for the implementation of village government as well as the village. Overall, 90% of the neighborhood and Community Unit 11 administrators understand the use and input of databases using Microsoft Excel, making it easier to formulate policies related to education, health, economy, and social affairs, the government of East Pamulang Village, South Tangerang City.

Abstract

This research is a synthesis of various sources of information, including research journals, articles, books and TikTok content from the @iben_ma account. The main focus of the research is on the concept of Marketing Strategy, utilization of the TikTok platform and Content Marketing strategy. By combining data from various sources, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the use of TikTok as an effective marketing tool, especially in the context of marketing products such as Indonesian Sambal Bakar which is promoted by the owner directly @iben_ma. The research results show that the promotional strategy used by @iben_ma on TikTok for Sambal Bakar Indonesia was successful in increasing brand awareness, building positive consumer perceptions, and strengthening relationships with the audience.
