Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kawasan perumahan di Sub DAS Lepo-Lepo dan bertujuan untuk : mengetahui pola pemanfaatan ruang kawasan perumahan, mengevaluasi dampak kawasan perumahan, dan menentukan desain pemanfaatan ruang kawasan perumahan yang dapat mendukung keberlanjutan Sub DAS Lepo-Lepo.Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara proportional purposive sampling dan areal random sampling.  Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi dan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis : Penggunaan Lahan, Daya dukung dan Daya Tampung Lahan, Uji Kualitas dan Kuantitas Air, Uji Permeabilitas Tanah, Deskriptif Kualitatif dan Evaluasi Dampak Matrix Leopold Modifikasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pola pemanfaatan ruang kawasan perumahan : memiliki tipologi pembangunan dan pengembangan perumahan arah horizontal, tidak sesuai dengan kapasitas daya dukung dan daya tampung lahan, belum memenuhi standar kualitas lingkungan; (2) Keberadaan kawasan perumahan memberi dampak pada penurunan kualitas lahan sebesar 20% dan merupakan dampak sangat penting terkait dengan keberadaan kawasan perumahan yang bersifat permanen; (3) Desain pemanfaatan ruang meliputi pembuatan : tanggul bronjong pada tepi sungai di sepanjang kawasan perumahan, bak kontrol dan sumur resapan pada sistem drainase perumahan, dan taman/ruang terbuka hijau dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan dan lahan kosong dalam kawasan perumahan. Kata Kunci : Pola pemanfaatan ruang, kawasan perumahan, keberlanjutan Sub DAS Lepo-Lepo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penambangan tanah timbun terhadap aspek pemetaan wilayah, kualitas fisik lingkungan, dan desain pemanfaatan ruang wilayah yang dapat mendukung kegiatan tanah timbun di Kota Kendari. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei hingga Oktober tahun 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif-kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara proportional purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pengukuran langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecenderungan peningkatan perubahan penggunaan lahan dalam kurun waktu selama 5 tahun sejak tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Hasil anaisis partikel udara (debu) dan kebisingan diketahui lokasi pertambangan tanah timbun masih dalam kondisi aman dan terkendali.

Abstract

Village and sub-district administration, neighborhood unit functions to record population data and other government administration services, maintain security, support, and inter-living harmony, generate ideas in the implementation of development by developing the aspirations and genuine self-help of the community, and activating self-help cooperation and participation of the community members in their area. So that the purpose of implementing AbdiMas is to increase understanding of simple technology in processing population databases in neighborhood units and Community Unit 11 East Pamulang Village administrators. The method used is Active and Participatory Learning with material discussions, practices, and demonstrations. The results of the training and database input based on all available information provide a very simple understanding of technological knowledge using Microsoft Office Excel and add broad insight to local neighborhood units and Community Unit 11 administrators on the importance of inputting databases to facilitate all the interests and aspirations of the community for the implementation of village government as well as the village. Overall, 90% of the neighborhood and Community Unit 11 administrators understand the use and input of databases using Microsoft Excel, making it easier to formulate policies related to education, health, economy, and social affairs, the government of East Pamulang Village, South Tangerang City.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the synergy between competence and leadership in improving employee commitment, motivation, and performance for organizational development. The methodology used in this study is meta-analysis with a focus on quality data from international journals indexed by Scopus. The tools used include VOSviewer software for article review and WordStat for descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study show that competence and leadership have an important role in improving employee commitment, motivation, and performance. This study reveals that improvements in both variables can overcome various obstacles in organizational development. Effective leadership and strong competencies are able to increase employee commitment, develop creative abilities, provide leadership training, and motivate employees through the right organizational strategy. This research has several important implications. First, organizations that want to improve employee performance must focus on strengthening leadership and developing competencies. Good management of intervening variables will help in designing more effective strategies, which in turn will improve the overall performance of the organization. Second, the results of the study show that organizations not only need to rely on leadership and competence alone, but also must consider the context and conditions of other variables that can affect the final result. A more comprehensive and holistic approach is needed to face the challenges and dynamic changes in organizational development. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that organizations implement training and development programs that focus on improving competence and leadership.
