Abstract

Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Staff. Human resources or employees must always be considered, maintained, and maintained, and developed by the organization. Therefore, the administrative staff is valuable assets owned by tertiary institutions in carrying out institutional duties based on the tri dharma of tertiary institutions. Descriptive research was conducted by interview and questionnaire distribution, while the Transformational Leadership variable with indicators of Idealized influence, Inspirational motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized consideration or individualized attention, all had gone well. With these results, this study is in line with Bass (1985) in Yukl (2013, p.313) that transformational leadership is a condition where followers of a transformational leader feel trust,  admiration, loyalty, and respect for the leader, and they are motivated to do more than they initially expected. This condition is reflected in academic life at Makassar Islamic University which has a woman leader.

Abstract

Petani jagung merupakan bagian penting dari sektor pertanian di Indonesia, namun mereka sering kali menghadapi tantangan terkait biaya produksi yang tinggi dan fluktuasi harga jual yang tidak stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh biaya produksi dan harga jual terhadap pendapatan petani jagung. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan survei, data dikumpulkan dari sejumlah petani jagung di Desa Lembang, Kecamatan Enrekang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara biaya produksi yang lebih tinggi dengan peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil panen, yang pada gilirannya memungkinkan petani untuk menjual produknya dengan harga yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu, harga jual yang lebih tinggi secara langsung berkontribusi pada peningkatan pendapatan petani. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pengelolaan biaya produksi yang efektif dan penetapan harga jual yang optimal dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi petani jagung.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of science and financial economics education in higher education curricula to foster knowledge-based entrepreneurship in the context of globalization and digitalization. Using a qualitative approach with literature analysis and focus group discussions (FGDs) involving academics and business practitioners, the research highlights how a multidisciplinary approach—merging scientific knowledge and financial economics—can enhance entrepreneurial skills. This integration not only deepens theoretical understanding but also equips students with essential financial skills for sustainable business practices. The study underscores the need for educational policies that promote synergy between these fields to cultivate competitive, knowledge-driven entrepreneurs in the futuree.
