Abstract

Abstract

The rise and fall of Umayyad caliphate occurred in the early of the eleventh century. During this period, the caliphate was governed by the minister council. Due to the absence of the control from the central government, many small kingdoms, governed by the Mulk clans, proclaimed their independence in the regions such as Sevilla, Cordova, and Toledo. Some of them were the Murabithun and the Muwahhidun dynasty. Yusuf bin Tasyin (1061-1106 M) was the king who was successful in developing the Murabithun dynasty. He expanded his territory to include some regions. This indicates that the Murabithun was the first barbarian tribe who colonized most of the areas in the west part of North Africa. The Muwahhidun dynasty was initially a religious movement but later known as a name of a Kingdom in Maghreb, North Africa. The weakening of the control and discipline of the local authorities was the reason for the fall of the great al-Mahdi Ibn Tumart.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

BKKBN is a non-ministerial government agency that is under the President and is responsible to the President based on Law Number 52 of 2009 article 56 paragraph (2), the BKKBN is tasked with carrying out population control and carrying out family planning. In 2020 the BKKBN has carried out organizational restructuring with the promulgation of the National Population and Family Planning Agency Regulation Number 11 of 2020 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the BKKBN. Early marriage in Indonesia has become a phenomenon that often occurs in almost all regions. Early marriage is a social problem that occurs among adolescents. The most victims of early marriage are women. Disobedience to the minimum age limit for marriage as stipulated in the marriage law, is evident from the 2017 BPS report which shows that the number of early marriages is ranked high with a relevance level of 25.71% and occurs evenly in almost all provinces in Indonesia. Even more astonishing, not only are they tall, but if you look at the data by segregation (gender), the number of girls is higher, that is, one out of four girls in Indonesia are victims of early marriage. The Messenger of Allah emphasized that "marriage is the sunnah" but at the same time the Koran and sunnah stipulate provisions that must be heeded especially because the people he meets carry out practices that are very dangerous and violate human values. In Islam the purpose of marriage is to fulfill the instinctive demands of human life, relating between men and women in order to realize family happiness according to the teachings of Allah and His Messenger. The many negative impacts arising from the practice of early marriage make us make various efforts to prevent early marriage. Various parties must collaborate in preventing this phenomenon. Such as the government, family and society.

Abstract

The thing that needs to be understood by the families of ex-addicts is that someone who uses drugs is a victim, and it could be that one of the motivations for someone to use drugs is caused by their own family. For example, due to the divorce of parents so that the child becomes a broken home which makes the child stressed so that he makes drugs as an escape. It could also be due to parenting patterns given by parents to children, and so on. But that is only one of the factors a person uses drugs, there are still very many factors that can influence someone to use drugs such as association, ignorance or being trapped, trial and error, and many more. There are many efforts that can be made by families to help former drug addicts control their desire not to use drugs again. During rehabilitation, the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) also provides a program for resident families that aims to understand the resident family what kind of treatment needs to be given to former addicts after rehabilitation. This is intended so that the rehabilitation process is sustainable in their respective families. So in this case the family needs to be provided with provisions to control and what to do if a former addict collapses.
