Abstract

Brand extension is one of the brand strategy that uses an existing brand name to enter the market with a new category. Citra is one of the brand that is expanding the brand using brand extension strategy. Citra beauty skin care products Hand and Body Lotion that has long existed, now expanded with the launch of new products with bath soap category (either solid or liquid soap), Body Scrub, facial cleansers, and facial moisturizer. From the analysis, obtained by the formula equation Y = 3.054 + 0.147 X1 + 0.179 X2-0.182 X3 + 0.133 X4 + ei by R square value of 0.261, it means that the proportion of independent variables affect the dependent variables by 26.1%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study, at 73.9%. The results say that brand extension variables simultaneously, namely: similarity, reputation, perceived risk, and innovativeness significantly affects the brand image can be proven true. By parsial similarity, reputation, perceived risk and innovativeness significantly affects the brand image. Partial coefficient of determination values for reputation (X2) is equal to 0.108 indicates that reputation is owned by the parent brand (reputation) is the dominant variable in this study.

Abstract

Research utilizes regression analysis to analyse stress's causal factor influence (stressors) at work to physiological strain (effect stress) and psychological strain employee PT. Adya Graha Surabaya.. Stress is not settling to evoke social phenomena or can also at conceive of physiological phenomena, psychological and behavioural its response one different for one any one. To the effect of observational it is subject to be test how stress causal factor influences, in this case is work condition, work, work group, organization and career that are measured by use of scale likert to physiological strain and psychological strain , and to know how many influence that variable are influence physiological strain and psychological strain. Result this research points out that individual's there are three influential variable significant to physiological strain which are, environmentally physical, work and organization. Meanwhile influential variable significant to psychological strain just exists one variable which is, work. Key word: physiological strain, psychological strain, work condition, work, work group, organizational, careers.

Abstract

The issue of sexual harassment had attention from the larger enterprises and the mass media of the 1980, because there is an increase in job or profession for women, especially in traditional work environments. One of the professions that are vulnerable to sexual harassment was a caddy female profession, which in this study as sample. The hypothesis proposed in this study were sexual harassment and social support had significant impact on role conflict and sexual harassment had significant impact on role conflict with social support as moderated variable. Testing the hypothesis in this study using simple, multiple and moderation regression to know social support as the independent variable or moderation variable. The result of this research showed that sexual harassment and social support had significant impact on role conflict. Beside that, sexual harassment had significant impact on role conflict with social support as moderated variable, so social support can act as an independent variable, as well as moderated variables.

Abstract

This study aims to compare differences in customer satisfaction with the purchase of clothing products online and offline (studies on consumers online and offline in Surabaya). The sample in this study was divided into two different respondents, namely 75 respondents who bought clothes online and 75 respondents who made offline purchase of clothing products. Whereas to test the questionaire in this study must fulfill two important requirements that apply to a quastionnaire that is valid and reliable, for this reason, validitity and reliability test are used, and to answer the hypothesis proposed in this study using the Indpendent T Test statistical tool. From the result of research conducted on 75 respondents who made online purchase and 75 respondents who made offline purchase for clothing products, there were significant differences in customer satisfaction when cunsumers made purchase online and offline. This can be seen from the results of the mean for respondent satisfation online which equal to 3,997, the value is lower than the mean satisfaction of respondent offline of 4,387. This mean that consumer satisfaction of buying offline is higher than consumer satisfaction of buying online.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the significance of the influence of Internal Locus of Control on Role Conflict with the ethics of Islamic work as intervening variable relationship. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative research method. In this study using 3 (three) variables of internal locus of control as free variables, Islamic work ethics as intervening and role conflict variables as dependent variables. Where respondents in this study as many as 92 female respondents berhijab.This study uses statistical analysis regression path analysis method using SPSS 16 for windows and sobel test. To see the effect of mediation or intervening. Based on the results of the analysis show that the four hypotheses submitted accepted the truth, but the relationship between ethical work of Islam and positive role conflict in this study

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of utilitarian information search on online purchases through E-WOM. This research is a quantitative study, with a population of respondents who are LAZADA consumers in Surabaya and the sample technique uses purposive sampling. The number of respondents taken was 70 people. The hypothesis in this study was analyzed using the smart PLS method with the results of H1: Utilitarian information search has a significant effect on accepted online purchases. H2: Utilitarian information search has a significant effect on Electronic Word of Mouth (E- WOM) received. H3: electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) has an effect on accepted online purchases.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with affective commitment as a mediating variable. The research took the case to the administrative employees at Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya.This research uses purposive simple random sampling where the respondent is selected with criterion: has been working in UWKS for one year or more than one year.There are 13 existing departments including administrationbureauand administration of the faculty. From the 150 respondents elected, it was only 117 questionnaires that are eligible for processing. The analytical technique used in this research  is Structural Equation Model by using AMOS ver 16 program statistic.From the nineteen job satisfaction indicators only nine are valid and reliable, while the five indicators for OCB are valid and reliable. Likewise seven indicators for commitment are valid and reliable.  The result of the research shows that job satisfaction has a direct effect on affective commitment. While Commitment has no significant effect on OCB, likewise Job satisfaction has no direct effect on OCB. Abstract

The emergence of Instagram greatly influenced the community in doing online learning. With photos promoted in the Instagram application by online shops, it has a lot of impact on the consumption level of society. This doesn't only happen to women, many men also respond well to the existence of online shops that market their products through Instagram. Instagram has a lot of positive impacts on the business world, especially online shops, because it really helps them in marketing their products widely to all corners of the world, only by updating photos of their products continuously, all followers on Instagram accounts can see them, and this is can influence followers/followers on Instagram accounts to shop online. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the Instagram application and describe the consumptive behavior of buyers in Surabaya, the second objective is to determine the extent to which men and women in Surabaya have consumptive behavior in shopping online. The third objective is to find out the differences in consumptive behavior that occur between men and women in Surabaya. To test differences in consumptive behavior between men and women in shopping online through Instagram, an independent t test was used. The results of this study are that in general there are differences in consumptive behavior between men and women, but here it is women who have shopaholic tendencies, which results in a higher consumptive lifestyle impact.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of brand image mediates between celebrity endorsements and purchasing decisions (based on studies on skintific products at Tiktokshop). Tiktok shop customers who buy Skintific skincare are the population of this study. In this study, 120 respondents were used as a sample, and 100 respondents were returned. The sampling method involves using a questionnaire and distributing it through the Google form. In this study, the SPSS program was used to perform multiple regression analysis as well as the Sobel test using the website. Based on the findings of this study, the celebrity endorser variable has a significant effect on brand image; brand image has a significant impact on purchasing decisions; the celebrity endorser has a significant impact on the decision; and celebrity endorsers have a significant impact on brand image through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cause brand fit on brand loyalty and moral judgment. This research was conducted on consumers of AQUA brand drinking water products in the city of Surabaya using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of AQUA mineral water consumers who know the AQUA 1 to 10 social program. To test the hypothesis, the Amos 50 structural model is used. The results show that the cause of brand fit has a significant effect on brand loyalty, moral judgment has no significant effect on the cause of brand fit. Brand loyalty has a significant effect on moral judgment.
