Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify influence contextual factors and social demographic to the interest for entrepreneurship at School Of Economics Riau In Pekanbaru. The population of this research is 1,511 students majoring in management. A technique called proportional random sampling is used. From this technique, about 100 students in majoring management are concluded. Also, the method of collecting data is using the questionnaire, whereas dual linear regression technique is used as data analysis by using SPSS program. The research found in leads to a result that the contextual factors and social demographic is positively affected significant by interest in entrepreneurship. An F-Test is formulated and thus, can be concluded that the variable of contextual and social domographic are positively and significantly related to interest in entrepreneurship. Adjusted R2 of 0.188 indicates that independent variable stimulateunously affects 18,8% on the interest for entrepreneurship at School Of Economics Riau In Pekanbaru. The rest 81,2% is explained by the other factors to this research.Keywords: Contextual Factors, Interest For Eneterpreneurship and Social Demographic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-WOM, Online ShoppingExperience and Trust on Shopee E-commerce Purchasing Decisions andSatisfaction on Post-Graduate Students at the University of Riau. The totalpopulation of active graduate students of University of Riau in 2018 is 3.917students, then a purposive sampling approach is used with a sample of 165people. The results of the analysis show that e-WOM, Online ShoppingExperience and Trust has a significant effect on Shopee E-commerce PurchasingDecision and Satisfaction in Post-Graduate Students of the University of Riau.Goodness of Fit shows a value of 0.539> 0.36 GoFLarge. This shows that theindependent variable in the model is able to predict the dependent variable well.

Abstract

This study aims to see and find out the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture and career development on job satisfaction and employee performance. In this study, the population was 147 of all employees of the IT (Information Technology) section of PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia. The analytical tool used was Path Analysis using the SEM-PLS program for windows. In this study, the sampling method used was census method or saturated sample. It showed that the entire population was sampled. The results of this study indicates that organizational culture and career development effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture, career development and job satisfaction effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and career development effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was done in kampus Purna Graha on the street Nangka, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research to eximine attitude and social demographic to the interest for entrepreneurship in School of Economics Student Purna Graha Pekanbaru.Populations of this research is were student Purna Graha School with major on Accountacy and Management. The number of populatios were 1.063. are the sample were 91 person. Writer uses descriptive quantitative regression using SPSS version 20.00.The results shows that simultaneous regression test (F test) attitude and socio demographic has positive and significant effect to dependent variable (interest for entrepreneurship). The effect is 29,6 %, the other 70,4% is affected by other variables, which were not studied in this research. Partial test (t test) show that the independent variables (Attitude) have positive and significant effect to dependent variable. For on the other hand, social demographic variable, were found not significant to interest of entrepreneurship.Keywords: Attitude, Interest For Entrepreneurship, and Social Demographic.

Abstract

The hospital is one form of health facilities, both organized by the government and or the community. The success of a hospital in its function characterized by an increase in the quality of hospital services. Hospital quality so obtained by several factors. The most dominant factor is resource. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of nurse -patient room class II and III on General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Riau Province. The population of nurses around the hospital room class II and III who served in the last year ie in 2010 on General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Riau province, as many as 216 people with a sampling of 68 people by using cluster sampling. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires were analyzed quantitatively. T-test results prove that there is a significant effect of work stress on the performance of nurse-patient room class II and III on General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Riau inversely proportional to the nature of the effect. What this means is that the higher the stress level of nurses, the nurse's performance will decrease. It was determined that the effect of work stress on the performance of nurse-patient room class II and III on General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Riau Province amounted to 41.8%. While the rest are not influenced by other variables studied.Keywords : Job Stress And Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Placement And Employee Attachment Through Motivation To Work Achievement (Case Study Of ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru) partially and indirect influence of variable intervening in path analysis. This research takes place in Polda Riau. The number of respondents are 182 ASN, Methods of data analysis using quantitative descriptive method with Path Analysis analysis tool, with the help of SPSS version 21.0. In this study consists of four variables, namely one dependent variable and three independent variables. These variables are Motivation (Y1), Work Achievement (Y2), Placement (X1), and Employee Attachment (X2). The results showed that: 1) Placement variable directly positively influenced significantly to the work performance of ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru, 2) Employment Attribute Variables have a significant positive effect on the performance of ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru, 3) Placement Variables directly have a significant positive effect on motivation of ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru, 4) Employee Attribute Variables directly have a significant positive effect on motivation ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru, 5) Motivation variable has no significant effect on job performance, 6) Placement variable has no significant effect on job performance through motivation on ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru, 7) Employee engagement variables has no significant effect on job performance through motivation on ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru.Keywords : Employee Engagement, Job Performance, Motivation, Placement

Abstract

This research was done in School of EconomicsDharma Putraon the Imam Bonjol street No. 75, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how to influence attitudes and contextual factorvariables simultaneously and partially on the ability of Entrepreneurship School of Economics Student Dharma Putra Pekanbaru.. Thepopulation in this research werestudent School of Economics Dharma Putra, majoring in Accounting and Management, with a total sample of 74 students. The method of analysis used in this study was descriptive quantitative method of multiple regression using SPSS version 17.00. The results showssimultaneous regression test (F test) that the independent variables studied Attitude and ContextualFactorwere positive and significant impact on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship). The magnitude of the effect that the (R²) by twovariables together 70.5% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied wasattitude has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship), whereas the contextual factorvariables have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship).Keywords:Attitude, Contextual Factor, Ability ofEntrepreneurship

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru branch. The aim is to determine the direct effect of leadership and organizational culture on work motivation and employee performance of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru branch. This study took a sample of 130 people. The variables used are leadership, organizational learning, work motivation and employee performance. Data were analyzed using path analysis (path analysis) The results showed that there was an influence of leadership and organizational culture on work motivation. and there is an influence of leadership and organizational culture on performance. And there is an influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The better the work motivation that is owned by employees, the performance will increase
