Abstract

Untuk melestarikan budaya, memerlukan berbagai upaya agar tetap terjaga dan tidak dilupakan. Indonesia memiliki begitu banyak budaya dan tradisi yang dilestarikan, salah satunya mengenai cerita “Sabdo Palon Nagih Janji”. Cerita mistis menjadi topik pembicaraan di masyarakat melalui banyaknya konten-konten di sosial media yang mengangkat tema tersebut. Penilitian ini akan menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana khalayak memaknai konten “Obrolan Santai: Sabdo Palon Nagih Janji" yang dikemas pada kanal YouTube Kisah Tanah Jawa. Penelitian ini akan menjawab mengenai dimana letak kategori adopter khalayak yang menonton konten Kisah Tanah Jawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis resepsi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan dari enam informan, terdapat tiga informan masuk dalam kategori dominant hegemonic dimana informan memaknai dan sepakat dengan pesan-pesan yang ada didalam konten tersebut. Sementara tiga informan lain masuk dalam kategori negotiated reading dimana informan mempercayai sepakat dengan pagebluk dan wabah yang merupakan salah satu bentuk pengurangan populasi manusia. Namun, informan membatasi dengan ketidakpercayaan terhadap hal yang berhubungan metafisika maupun mistis. Pada pesan tersebut, para informan memiliki pemaknaan yang berbeda. Resepsi dan pemaknaan yang berbeda tersebut dikarenakan oleh latar belakang sosial, budaya, pendidikan, pengalaman dan faktor yang lainnya.

Abstract

Digital literacy includes not only the ability to find and share information, but also the skills to create digital content. These activities aim to improve the creativity and build content on social media. As a response to this phenomenon, a school collaboration program was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Muntilan. The program included a socialization and training on social media content. The socialization discussed the basic concepts of content on social media, including content selection, consistency, and timing. The results of these activities are the improvement of digital content creativity and 20 videos of school’s profile created by students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Muntilan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the quality of services of the Borobudur Homestay Village community and digital marketing education. The method for this program goes through several stages, namely observation and socialization, training and mentoring, as well as creating a video profile and website for Kampung Homestay Borobudur. The results of this program show an increase in understanding and competence regarding service excellent and digital marketing. Apart from that, a website and company profile have been developed to support the implementation of digital marketing.

Abstract

The urgency of developing the Bigaran BALKONDES was expanded with the involvement of the Mekarsari Women's Farmers Group (KWT) to produce new products, one of which was Ant Sugar. Currently, KWT Mekarsari does not yet have a concept about the characteristics and advantages of Ismi ant sugar products and there are no plans for a market expansion program via digital platforms. The aim of this service activity is to focus on solving product production and management problems in several stages with the ultimate aim of increasing market share through digital branding and marketing. Service activities are carried out by implementing digital marketing training and social media management and organizational management training. The result of this activity is the availability of a new brand from KWT Mekarsari, namely Gula Semut Mekarsari with new packaging. Apart from that, social media is also available as a digital marketing tool via the Instagram account @gulasemut.mekarsari.

Abstract

The Bigaran Cocoa Edupark business combines aspects of education and tourism with a focus on the chocolate industry. However, the Bigaran Cacao Edupark tour which was just pioneered in 2022 does not yet have a visual identity and is not widely known by the wider community. This community service activity aims to improve partners' skills related to the program related to digital branding of tourism and designing the visual identity of Bigaran Cocoa Edupark. This program is carried out with a participatory method which is focused on 1) training on tourism digital branding, and 2) designing the visual identity of Bigaran Cocoa Edupark. The implementation of activities is starting with observation, socialization, visual identity design, digital branding training and assistance, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The result of this program is the establishment of Instagram and Tiktok social media accounts accompanied by a time schedule content for 1 year as a promotional media. In addition, 1 set of graphic standard manual visual identity of Bigaran Cocoa Edupark consisting of logo, packaging and business card was also created along with the grant of chocolate molding goods.

Abstract

Dukun Village, Magelang Regency, Central Java, lies within Mount Merapi's eruption-prone zone, necessitating effective disaster preparedness education, especially for vulnerable children. This community service project aimed to provide disaster mitigation education to KB Insan Mulia II children. The project involved preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The "Siaga Merapi Ceria" program utilized an interactive approach, including educational games and simulations, actively engaging teachers, students, and parents. Results demonstrate that the program effectively increased KB Insan Mulia II children's understanding of Mount Merapi disaster mitigation, particularly regarding earthquake and eruption scenarios, through engaging educational games and lava experiments. Children's enthusiasm and improved comprehension highlight the program's success.
