Abstract

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi dapat memberikan manfaat dengan memberikan kemudahan dalam menintegrasi suatu data sehingga dapat lebih mudah dan terorganisir dengan baik. Sistem Informasi sangat diperlukan dalam sebuah perusahaan agar dapat menunjang kebutuhan operasional perusahaan. Dengan begitu banyaknya tahapan proses pengiriman maka sangat dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang akan membantu untuk mempermudah dalam pengolahan data pengiriman yang meliputi data jenis kirim atau data pengirim, dengan tujuan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data lebih optimal dan efektif. Kata Kunci: Pengiriman Barang Hasil Produksi, Sistem Informasi, UML(Unifield Modeling Language), Waterfall. Abstract : Information technology can provide benefits to ease in integrating the data so that it can more easily and well-organized. Information systems are indispensable in a company in order to support the operational needs of the company. With so many stages of the delivery process so desperately needed an information system that will help to facilitate the delivery of data processing including data types or data send sender , in order to facilitate the processing of data is more optimal and effective . Abstract

Background: The development of websites in various fields is increasing. One of the reasons is that it can facilitate access to the information needed without any limitations of space and time, and there is the ease in its management. This training is expected to increase the mastery and ability of students in building a website by using a framework, especially CodeIgniter. STMIK YMI Tegal is one of the partners who work together on this training with 62 (sixty-two) participants. This training is carried out by providing materials and demonstrations to participants in using the website using the CodeIgniter framework with the support of online media in the form of zoom, youtube, and google drive links. The training results carried out can be seen from the level of student acceptance of the material provided. This training received feedback, including the material presented by the resource persons, received a very good response with a score of 62.9%, and the suitability of the material to the needs of students received a very good response with a value of 53.2%. The sustainability of this activity is expected to have advanced training. Based on the results of this training, this training can provide benefits and mastery of participants in building a website, especially using the codeigniter framework currently needed by the industrial world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan yang teruji tentang pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari Loan to Deposit Ratio, Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional dan Dana Pihak Ketiga terhadap Profitabilitas. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat se-Kabupaten Buleleng yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan objek dari penelitian ini adalah Loan To Deposit Ratio, Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional, Dana Pihak Ketiga dan Profitabilitas. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) LDR, BOPO, dan DPK secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 79,7%, (2) LDR secara parsial berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 0,3%, BOPO secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 64,2%, dan DPK secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 30%.

Abstract

Review is regulated in Article 268 Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Procedure Code(KUHAP) "Limiting an application for review of a decision can only be filed once". Based on thedecision of the Constitutional Court Number 34/PUU-XI/2013 stated that Article 268 Paragraph3 of the Criminal Procedure Code against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesiameans that a review cannot only be submitted once but may deny the principle of litis finiriopportet more than once. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis research is first, to find out theregulatory mechanism for judicial review in criminal cases after the Constitutional Court'sdecision Number 34/PUU-XI/2013 is related to the principle of litis finiri opportet. Second,knowing the relationship between legal certainty and justice after the Constitutional Court'sdecision Number 34/PUU-XI/2013 is related to the principle of litis finiri opportet.This type of research can be classified into the type of normative legal research. Thisstudy used secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials,tertiary legal materials and data collection techniques were carried out using the library studymethod.From the results of the research problem there are two main things that can be concluded.First, the Mechanism for Review Arrangements in criminal cases following the ConstitutionalCourt decision Number 34/PUU-XI/2013 associated with the principle of finiri opportet is notregulated regarding the limitation of review. cases will never be finished which has run awayfrom the principle of litis finiri opportet (A case must have an end). Second, the relationshipbetween the principle of legal certainty and the principle of justice after the decision of theconstitutional court Number 34/PUU-XI/2013 is associated with the principle of litis finiriopportet: This Constitutional Court decision has denied the principle of litis finiri opportet,namely that every case must have an end, the aim of which is to realize justice and findingmaterial truth. The author's suggestion is First, the government follows up regarding the settingfor limiting the number of times you can apply for a PK. Second, it is suggested that judicialpower, both the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, is expected to combine 3 (three)important things in deciding cases, namely legal certainty, expediency, and justice.Keywords: Judicial Review - Constitutional Court - Litis Finiri Oportet Principle.

Abstract

Kemampuan penguasaaan teknologi dan informasi khususnya media pembelajaran pada para Pendidik dalam penguasaan konsep media pembelajaran sangat diperlukan. Persoalan yang dihadapi para pendidik dari HIMPAUDI masih belum memanfaatkan penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, masih belum memahami pembuatan media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi canva. Solusi dari permasalahan di atas adalah membuat media pembelajaran serta video pembelajaran menggunakan Canva aplikasi desain alat bantu desain dan publikasi online dengan misi memberdayakan semua orang di seluruh dunia agar dapat membuat desain apa pun dan mempublikasikannya. Metode dalam pelaksanaan PkM ini dengan memberikan pelatihan dan demonstrasi kepada peserta dalam penggunaan aplikasi dari Canva. Sasaran utama adalah para Pendidik pada HIMPAUDI Kecamatan Bekasi Barat dimana terdapat 2 orang Narasumber, 1 orang Moderator dan 1 orang Techinal Support. Pelaksanaan PkM ini didukungan media online berupa zoom, YouTube dan Link Google Drive. Luaran dari PkM ini adalah Streaming YouTube dan draft Jurnal PkM Terindeks Sinta Ristek BRIN. Kata kunci—Canva, Media Pembelajaran, Himpaudi The ability to master technology and information, especially learning media for educators in mastering the concept of learning media is very necessary. The problems faced by educators from HIMPAUDI are still not utilizing the use of learning media in the learning process. In addition, they still don't understand how to make learning media using the Canva application. The solution to the problems above is to create learning media and learning videos using Canva, a design application, design aids and online publications with the mission of empowering everyone around the world to create any design and publish it. The method for implementing this PkM is by providing training and demonstrations to participants in using Canva's applications. The main targets are educators at HIMPAUDI, West Bekasi District where there are 2 resource persons, 1 moderator and 1 technical support person. The implementation of this PkM is supported by online media in the form of zoom, YouTube and Google Drive links. The outputs of this PkM are YouTube Streaming and the draft of the BRIN Sinta Ristek Indexed PkM Journal. Keywords— Canva, Himpaudi, Learning Media

Abstract

Motor XYZ mengeluarkan inovasi rangka motor yang diperkenalkan pada tahun 2019. Sekitar Agustus 2023, beredar rumor di media sosial yang menyatakan bahwa rangka tersebut mengalami karat, korosi, dan retak, menyebabkan kekhawatiran di kalangan masyarakat yang tentunya hal ini berpotensi merugikan reputasi merek XYZ. Sasaran utama dari studi ini adalah mengevaluasi pandangan masyarakat di platform Twitter pada Motor XYZ, khususnya pada perbincangan seputar isu rangka motor. Data yang digunakan merupakan data yang diambil teknik crawling dengan periode tweets dari Agustus hingga November 2023. Penelitian ini akan memanfaatkan analisis sentimen menggunakan word cloud, analisis tren dan distribusi, dan pembandingan lima algoritma machine learning, yakni Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression, dan Random Forest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi algoritma dengan performa terbaik untuk mengategorikan tweets dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada Motor XYZ terkait reputasi merek dalam hubungannya dengan isu rangka motor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model klasifikasi sentimen dengan kinerja terbaik setelah hyperparameter tuning adalah Random Forest, dengan F1 score sebesar 0,765. Selain itu, rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan adalah meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pemeriksaan rangka gratis karena telah terbukti berdampak positif pada sentimen masyarakat di Twitter. Perlu ditekankan bahwa dalam penelitian ini tidak ada pertimbangan terhadap proses deployment model machine learning dan pembuatan dashboard. Selain itu, penelitian ini tidak menangani analisis reputasi atau sentimen merek di platform media sosial lain seperti TikTok atau Instagram.   Abstract Motor XYZ introduced an innovative motorcycle frame in 2019. In August 2023, rumors began circulating on social media that these frames were experiencing rust, corrosion, and cracks. This caused public concern and potentially harmed the XYZ brand's reputation. This study aims to evaluate public opinion on Twitter regarding the motorcycle frame issue. Data was collected using crawling techniques from tweets posted between August and November 2023. We used sentiment analysis with word clouds, trend and distribution analysis, and compared five machine learning algorithms: Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression, and Random Forest. The goal was to identify the best algorithm for categorizing tweets and provide recommendations to Motor XYZ about their brand reputation concerning the frame issue. Results showed that the Random Forest model, after hyperparameter tuning, had the best performance with an F1 score of 0.765. This study recommend increasing awareness about free frame inspections, as this positively impacted public sentiment on Twitter. Note that this study does not include the deployment process of the machine learning model or dashboard creation, nor does it address brand reputation or sentiment analysis on other social media platforms such as TikTok or Instagram.

Abstract

The business licensing process in Indonesia often faces several challenges, including lack of information, unstable system, complicated procedure, and slow response to complain. These issues can hinder economic growth and limit access for businesses. This research aims to design a knowledge-based chatbot to elevate business licensing services in Indonesia. The proposed chatbot will utilize natural language processing (NLP) technology and a structured knowledge base to provide accurate information, assist in form filling, and offer step-by-step guidance to users. This research employes a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach to ensure that the developed chatbot meets the needs and preferences of its users. The research stages involve user requirements analysis, UML design, system design, and iterations based on feedback obtained. Data will be collected through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. Leveraging the proposed architecture, we demonstrate how the resulting knowledge-based chatbot is expected to enhance business licensing services. The findings identified 8 key features expected in the chatbot, including real-time information access, problem reporting, business licensing guidance, a tracking system, personalized simulation, a feedback mechanism, multilingual support, and the ability to connect with a contact center agent. By implementing these features, the proposed chatbot is anticipated to significantly reduce processing times, streamline user interactions, and enhance user satisfaction by providing real-time assistance and reducing errors in form submissions. This will contribute to a more efficient licensing process, fostering economic growth and improving the business environment in Indonesia.

Abstract

E-Campus is a complete web-based (enterprise) application that helps manage/administrate academic activities at an institution of higher education (University, College, Institute, Polytechnic, Academy, etc.). The management in question includes data collection (new students, lecturers, faculties, study programs, courses, curriculum, etc.), scheduling lectures, teaching and learning activities (attendance, material delivery, quiz, UAS, UTS, etc.), to data reporting. The features of the ecampus are still not felt by students in their use. This evaluation uses the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method which uses 5 dimensions, namely; Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use, Timeliness. The population in this study were actived users members, namely Bina Insani University students with a total sample size of 96 respondents. The media for distributing questionnaires is using google forms which are distributed via whatsapp and instagram as well as directly to activated users. The analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) Method. The calculation tool used is SmartPLS 3 student version. The result of this analysis is the acceptance of the five hypotheses tested. So that these results indicate that Ease Of Use and Timeliness are proven to have a positive and significant effect on the use of User Satisfaction. This Ease Of Use test value is evidenced by a path coefficient value of 0.32 and a t-statistic value of 2.605. Timeliness is proven to have a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction. This is evidenced by the path coefficient value of 0.29 and the T-Statistic value of 2.519. While the Content, Ease Of Use, Format variables do not provide significant results on user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Long Short-Term Memory Networks (LSTM) with Temporal Attention method in predicting tourism density in West Java tourist destinations. The problem faced is the uncertainty in estimating tourist density at various locations and times, which makes the management of tourism resources and facilities difficult. Therefore, this study is important to provide a tool that can help make more effective decisions in the tourism sector in West Java. The urgency of this study lies in the need for accurate and real-time tourist density predictions to support the management and development of tourist destinations in West Java. With the right prediction model, related parties can regulate capacity, optimize services, and avoid negative impacts such as excess capacity and crowds that have the potential to endanger visitors and the environment. The purpose of this study is to develop a tourism density prediction model that combines the distinctive features of LSTM with a temporal attention mechanism. This model aims to provide accurate and dynamic tourist density estimates, taking into account the temporal patterns of tourist visits in West Java. The model evaluation methods used in this study are RMSE and MAE, and the results of the model testing are that it has an RMSE value of 32208867.139 and an MAE value of 5099.219, and it is hoped that there will be a dataset with a long period after the covid mass where the dataset is free from abnormal events so that a more appropriate model is obtained.

Abstract

In today's digital era, effective knowledge management (KM) is vital for businesses, especially in public sector help desks where user interaction is critical. This systematic literature review (SLR) explores factors influencing KM implementation and identifies strategies to optimize help desk operations. Using PRISMA criteria and the PICO model, 25 studies from 2019 to 2024 were selected after screening 5,490 publications. Key factors impacting KM include organizational culture, leadership support, and technological infrastructure. Recommended strategies involve fostering a knowledge-sharing culture, developing knowledge bases, and utilizing AI for knowledge capture. The findings contribute theoretically by consolidating a framework for KM in help desks and practically by guiding public sector organizations. However, reliance on secondary data limits the study, as it may not fully reflect real-world KM practices. Future research could empirically validate these findings and explore emerging technologies like AI to enhance KM effectiveness.
