Abstract

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi dapat memberikan manfaat dengan memberikan kemudahan dalam menintegrasi suatu data sehingga dapat lebih mudah dan terorganisir dengan baik. Sistem Informasi sangat diperlukan dalam sebuah perusahaan agar dapat menunjang kebutuhan operasional perusahaan. Dengan begitu banyaknya tahapan proses pengiriman maka sangat dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang akan membantu untuk mempermudah dalam pengolahan data pengiriman yang meliputi data jenis kirim atau data pengirim, dengan tujuan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data lebih optimal dan efektif. Kata Kunci: Pengiriman Barang Hasil Produksi, Sistem Informasi, UML(Unifield Modeling Language), Waterfall. Abstract : Information technology can provide benefits to ease in integrating the data so that it can more easily and well-organized. Information systems are indispensable in a company in order to support the operational needs of the company. With so many stages of the delivery process so desperately needed an information system that will help to facilitate the delivery of data processing including data types or data send sender , in order to facilitate the processing of data is more optimal and effective . Abstract

Tarjih di lingkungan Muhammadiyah telah mengalami perkembangan makna. Memang pada awalnya dalam organisasi ini tarjih difahami sebagaimana menurut pengertian aslinya dalam ilmu usul fikih, yaitu “memperbandingkan  ̶ dalam suatu permusyawaratan ̶  pendapat-pendapat dari ulama untuk kemudian mengambil mana yang dianggap mempunyai dasar dan alasan yang lebih kuat.” Kemudian pengertian ini mengalami pergeseran karena perkembangan kegiatan ketarjihan di dalam Muhammadiyah. Tarjih tidak lagi hanya diartikan kegiatan sekedar kuat-menguatkan suatu dalil atau pilih-memilih di antara pendapat yang sudah ada, melainkan jauh lebih luas sehingga identik atau paling tidak hampir identik dengan ijtihad itu sendiri

Abstract

From shariah point of view, a person caught committing corruption shall be penalized.  Beside of this, shariah also recognizes a concept so called by ta’zir, it is an authority granted to a person or a body to exercise criminalization policy on cases where Qur’an and Sunnah do not clearly stipulate. Corruption in a case in point. Hence,  a government may possesses the freedom to determine the type of penalty which is considered as in conformity with the condition of the society

Abstract

This article deals with one of the important concepts of u??l al-fiqh(Islamic legal theories), i.e. conflict of proofs of law, and its relation to theplurality of ways in performing Islamic worship with special reference to the case of reciting basmalahin prayer and at the same time deals with the authentication of the related prophetic traditions. There are disagreements among the u??l?s regarding the steps to be followed in settling the conflict of proofs of law: should one place the compromise method at the head or should he make the obrigation or the weighing one preced? Forwarding the compromise method enables a wider acceptance of applying principle of plurality in worship performance so that different opinions can be appreciated.

Abstract

This article deals with the much-mentioned methodolocical approach at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, i.e. integrationinterconection in science. In this article the writer explains the meaning of both terms integration and interconnection and how the two approaches are used in the the study and practice of Islamic business law. As far as comtemporary Islamic business law practice is concerned, the writer is of the opinion that this legal system has undergone a kind of transformation through integrating some norms, rules, and intitutions of various legal pratices in and with which conmtemporary Islamic law coexists in different Muslim countries. But, according to the writer, the process of integration does not happen haphazardly, but, on the contrary, through a deliberate process in which those materials are yielded to the sharia principles in such a way that they come out in the form of Islamic law. If two well-known Dutch scholars in the colonial period, Van Vollenhoven and Snouck Hurgronje, created the so-called reception theory to explain the applicability of Islamic law to Muslim Inlanders, it would be also apt to say that contemporary Islamic business law apply the converted reception theory to distinguish it from that proposed by the two Ductch scholars.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kepustakaan (library reasearch), sedangkan dilihat dari sifatnya penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis, yaitu sumber data primer berupa novel Bumi Manusia karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dan sumber data sekunder berupa buku, jurnal, majalah dan berbagai sumber yang mendukung proses penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode studi pustaka sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Strategi analisisnya menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis) model Miles dan Huberman. Setelah itu, hasil penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif-analitis yaitu suatu usaha untuk menyusun, mengolah dan menginterpretasikan data.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh variabel motivasi kerja pada Kantor Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah VII dan VIII Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket atau kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 22 dengan analisis regresi secara bertingkat Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah VII dan VIII Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan selama 3 bulan. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa data sekunder dan data primer. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian pada Kantor Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah VII dan VIII Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi pegawai; 2); Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 4) Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja.Kata Kunci  : Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.  ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance mediated by work motivation variables in the Branch Offices of Forestry Service Areas VII and VIII of South Sulawesi Province. Primary data collection in this study uses questionnaire techniques or questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22 with multilevel regression analysis. This study was carried out at the Branch Office of the Forestry Service Region VII and VIII of South Sulawesi Province for 3 months. The data sources in this study are secondary data and primary data. Data analysis in this study used path analysis. The results of the research at the Branch Office of the Forestry Service of Region VII and VIII of South Sulawesi Province showed that: 1) Leadership and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation; 2); Job leadership and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) Leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Keywords:       Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the forms of ekranisasi novel Dua Garis Biru by Lucia Priandarini to the Dua Garis Biru movie by Gina S. Noer and the implications of learning in High School. This research only presents forms of plot and character ekranisasi in the novel to the film. This study uses a qualitative method. Descriptive method for describing the forms of ekranisasi in novels and films Dua Garis Biru. The data source used is the novel Dua Garis Biru by Lucia Priandarini and the film Dua Garis Biru by Gina S. Noer. The data are in the form of excerpts from the novel Dua Garis Biru by Lucia Priandarini and film Dua Garis Biru by Gina S. Noer. Data colletion uses reading, watching, and note techniques. Analysis of the results using descriptive analysis techniques with three steps, namely describing, analyzing data, and completing results. This research produces, updates, and changes the forms of ekranisasi from the novel to the film Dua Garis Biru. This research can be applied to Indonesia language learning specifically Indonesia Specialization in class XII second semester (even) with basic competence of 3,9 Analyzing novel content and linguistics, and 4.9 Designing novels or novels by paying attention to the contents and linguistics both oral and written.Keywords: Ekranisasi, Implications of learning, Movies and Novels Dua Garis BiruABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti bentuk-bentuk ekranisasi novel Dua Garis Biru Karya Lucia Priandarini ke bentuk film Dua Garis Biru Karya Gina S. Noer dan Implikasi Pembelajarannya di SMA. Penelitian ini hanya memaparkan bentuk-bentuk ekranisasi alur dan tokoh pada novel ke film. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk ekranisasi dalam novel dan film Dua Garis Biru. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah novel Dua Garis Biru Karya Lucia Priandarini dan Film Dua Garis Biru Karya Gina S. Noer. Wujud data berupa kutipan pada novel Dua Garis Biru Karya Lucia Priandarini dan Film Dua Garis Biru Karya Gina S. Noer. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca, tonton dan catat. Penyajian hasil analisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif analisis dengan tiga langkah, yaitu mendeskripsikan, menganalisis data, dan menyimpulkan hasilnya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pengurangan, penambahan, dan perubahan bervariasi yang merupakan bentuk-bentuk ekranisasi dari novel ke film Dua Garis Biru. Penelitian ini dapat di implikasikan pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia khususnya Bahasa Indonesia Peminatan kelas XII semester dua (genap) dengan kompetensi dasar yaitu 3.9 Menganalisis isi dan kebahasaan novel, dan 4.9 Merancang novel atau novelet dengan memerhatian isi dan kebahasaan baik secara lisan maupun tulis.Kata kunci: Ekranisasi, Novel dan Film Dua Garis Biru, Implikasi Pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of students to understand and apply the knowledge and skills of students in dealing with natural disasters through the role of geography learning in schools. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive method approach. The sample and population in the study were all 118 students in class XI IPS at SMA Pembangunan Negeri Padang State University. The data collection methods were observation, questionnaire, interview and document study. The results of this study indicate that geography learning has a role in providing students' understanding of disaster mitigation. This can be seen the percentage shows 77%. In addition to geography learning, support from the school is very helpful in the form of supporting facilities for learning.

Abstract

This research can be formulated as follows: (1) How is the use of language style, especially the style of Personification in the novel My Beautiul Black Pearl by Indriani Taslim. (2) What is the meaning of language style, especially the style of personification language found in the novel My Beautifull Black Pearl by Indriani Taslim. This research is about language style which aims to (1) Describe the style of language, especially the style of personification language in the novel My Beautiful Black Pearl by Indriani Taslim Taslim. (3) Implies the results of language style research in the novel My Beautiful Black Pearl Indriani Taslim's work in learning Indonesian in high school. The result of personification language research in the novel My Beautiful Black Pearl by Indriani Taslim received nineteen personified language style quotes. Based on the results of this study it is advisable for students to improve their ability to understand the contents of the novel in order to add insight, and on the part of the teacher it is advisable to teach more about literature appreciation. Not only that, the novel can also provide an example for students through the values ​​of life and a positive attitude from the characters in literary work.
