Abstract

Pemimpin organisasi di Indonesia apapun jenisnya harus dilandasi pada nilai-nilai pancasila sebagai landasan falsafah negera. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengkaji kepemimpinan berdasarkan nilai-nilai luhur pancasila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis dan menggali data dari berbagai sumber relevan. Nilai pancasila jika dikaitkan dengan organisasi harus didasarkan pada (1) nilai dasar, (2) nilai instrumental, dan (3) nilai praktis. Nilai kepemimpinan juga dapat dilakukan pada lembaga dengan mengembangkan nilai (1) transendensi, (2) humanisasi, (3) kebhinekaan, liberasi, dan (5) keadilan. Kelima pilar nilai pancasila tersebut sejatinya dapat menjadi ruh kepemimipinan yang ditampilkan oleh ketua suatu organisasi dalam memimpin.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Nilai, Multikultural

Abstract

Based on the research done, in the acquisition of active learning with the strategy of asking questions as the most appropriate learning model to be used on the Civic subjects in school. The purpose of this model is for students to be able to think and think critically. In this study, the author uses descriptive-critical research with more emphasis on the power of analysis of existing sources and data by relying on existing theories and concepts to be interpreted based on the writings that lead to the discussion. The results showed that students 'confidence, teachers are more open to students, The existence of healthy competition among students in the classroom, Increasing the enthusiasm and seriousness of students, Reducing the knowledge gap between students, The students' learning spirit outside school is increasing, like the whole subjects, The emergence of creative ideas from both students and teachers in order to advance the quality of education in each school, and Increase synergy and cohesiveness between students and inter-teachers. Thus, to realize innovative learning, it can be used because "active learning model with questioning strategy" so that the learning process is not only centered on the teacher, but also the students must be actively involved in the learning process so that learning will become more meaningfull

Abstract

Kota multikultural sangat identik dengan Singkawang. Kondisi ini terlihat data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2004 yang mengatkan bahwa 40,38% warganya adalah Etnis Tionghoa, 36,72% Melayu, 7,26% Dayak, 5,69% Madura, dan 15,64% lainnya. Pakta demografi yang beragam ini tentu dapat menjadi awal munculnya kontestasi antar etnis. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis potensi kontestasi politik di Singkawang. Secara umum analisis yang dilakukan bersifat studi literatur. Tahun 2009 lalu Kota Singkawang melakukan pemilihan Anggota DPRD melalui mekanisme pemilihan umum kepala daerah (pemilukada). Adapun jumlah posisi yang diperebutkan mencapai 30 kursi. Berdasarkan analisis literatur diketahui bahwa 30 anggota DPRD yang terpilih berasal dari suku yang berbeda. Setelah dilakukan pengkajian ternyata 30% adalah Etnis Tionghoa, 27% Melayu, 20% Dayak, 7% Madura, Jawa, dan Batak serta 3% Tambi. Berdasarkan data ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa persentase etnis berkorelasi dengan keterwakilan etnis pada Pemilukada Kota Singkawang.KATA KUNCI: kontestasi, etnis, dan Singkawang  ETHNIC CONTESTATION IN POLITICAL SCOPEABSTRACTMulticultural city is very synonymous with Singkawang. This condition is seen from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) data in 2004 which states that 40.38% of its citizens are ethnic Chinese, 36.72% Malays, 7.26% Dayak, 5.69% Madura, and 15.64% others. This diverse demographic pact can certainly be the beginning of ethnic contestation. This review was conducted to analyze the potential for political contestation in Singkawang. In general, the analysis conducted is literature study. In 2009, Kota Singkawang elected DPRD members through the election mechanism of regional head (Pemilukada). The number of contested positions reached 30 seats. Based on the literature analysis it is known that 30 elected DPRD members are from different tribes. After the assessment, 30% were ethnic Chinese, 27% Malays, 20% Dayak, 7% Madurese, Javanese, and Batak and 3% Tambi. Based on this data, it can be concluded that ethnic percentage correlates with ethnic representation in Pemilukada Kota Singkawang.

Abstract

Artikel ini sendiri bertujuan untuk mengkaji tiga hal yaitu (1) Bagaimanakah rekam jejak Etnis Tionghoa di Indonesia, (2)Bagaimanakah pelaksaan tradisi Cap Go Meh di Singkawang? (3) Bagaimanakah peran dari tradisi Cap Go Meh untuk menanamkanpendidikan resolusi konflik pada masyarakat?. Artikel ini dikaji dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa (1)Kehidupan sosial masyarakat tionghoa di Indonesia telah mengalami pasang surut dari mulai dibatasi sejak keluarnya InpresNo 14 tahun 1967 yang melarang penyelenggaraan ibadah agama atau kepercayaan serta adat istiadat orang Tionghoa. Namun, padaera Presiden Abdurahman Wahid Inpres ini dihapus dan diganti dengan Keppres No 6 Tahun 2000 untuk memutihkan hak mereka.Era Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) bahkan dikeluarkan Undang-Undang No 40 Tahun 2008 yang melarang adanyadeskriminasi ras dan etnis. (2) Pelaksaan Tradisi Cap Go Meh di Singkawang dilakukan dilakukan melalui tiga acara besar yaitukegiatan Ritual Bersih Jalan di hari ke-14, Pawai Lampion di mala hari ke-15, dan Parade Tatung di hari ke-15. Kegiatan ini diikutioleh hampir semua etnis di Kota Singkawang baik sebagai pelaku parade maupun penonton acara. (3) Pelaksaan tradisi Cap Go Mehternyata dapat dijadikan sebagai media pendidikan resolusi konflik di masyarakat. Model pendidikan resolusi konflik tersebut dapatdikaji dari tiga pendekatan baik peace keeping, peace building, dan peace making. Peace keeping terlihat dari keberadaan oknum TNI,Polisi, dan tokoh lintas etnis maupun agama. Peace building terlihat dari adanya keikutsertaan dari Etnis Dayak dalam kegiatan CapGo Meh meskipun kedua etnis pernah terlibat konflik tahun 1967. Peace making terlihat dari berakhirnya kegiatan Cap Go Mehsebelum Adzan Dzuhur berkumandang. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya menjaga keharmonisan antar etnis di Singkawang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model teoritk resolusi konflik dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMA Kota Singkawang. Secara rinci tujuan penelitian ini: 1) mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran model teoritik resolusikonflik intoleransi dalam pembelajaran IPS; 2) untuk mengetahui hasil pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran modelteoritik resolusi konflik intoleransi dalam pembelajaran IPS valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkanmodel yang berupa model teoritik resolusi konflik intoleransi dalam pembelajaran IPS. Target yang akan dicapai melaluipenelitian ini adalah terbitnya sebuah karya ilmiah yang dapat memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan bagi pembacamelalui publikasi ilmiah dalam jurnal nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D yang dilakukanselama 1 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model Borg dan Gall dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut: Pengumpulan informasi awal, perencanaan awal, pengembangan produk, ujicoba produk awal,revisi produk, ujicoba lapangan 1, revisi produk, ujicoba lapangan 2, revisi produk, desiminasi dan implementasi. Padapenelitian ini hanya sampai pada revisi produk dan ujicoba hanya sampai pada ujicoba lapangan 1 karena mengingatketerbatasan waktu. Model teoitik resolusi konflik intoleransi dapat digunakan di sekolah-sekolah terutama sekolah yangmemiliki siswa yang multi etnis. Dengan penggunaan model ini, diharapan dapat digunakan di sekolah-sekolah terutamapada tingkat SMA pada pembelajaran IPS

Abstract

.Konflik etnisitas di Kabupaten Sambas telah menciderai semangat kebhinekaan di Indonesia. Konflik telah menyebabkanjatuhnya korban jiwa, harta benda, dan membuat salah satu pihak harus direlokasi demi meredam konflik. Upaya relokasi ini pernahdialami oleh Etnis Madura di Kota Singkawang. Tujuan kajian ini yaitu (1) Pertimbangan dasar pemilihan Singkawang sebagai tempatrelokasi ditinjau dari sisi keamanan dan politis, (2) Potensi Singkawang ditinjau dari sisi geografis dan ekonomis. Metode penelitianini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) keamanan di Singkawang sangat terjamin karena banyakdijumpai markas TNI. Selain itu, Singkawang adalah daerah pemekaran baru dari Kabupaten Sambas sehingga memungkinkanterjadinya integrasi baru. (2) Tanah Singkawang sangat baik untuk kegiatan pertanian dan peternakan. Hasil petanian sangatmendukung dalam memajukan perekonomian Singkawang. (3) Etnis Madura di Singkawang sudah mendapatkan hak-haknya sebagaiwarga negara baik di bidang politik, pendidikan, dan budaya yang menjadi indikator sudah terjalinnya integrasi antar etnis di kota ini.

Abstract

Violence become a serious problem in this country. All parties including students have been involved in this swirl of problems. The phenomenon of violence in the educational environment can be minimized by internalizing the Living Value Education Program (LVEP) in learning activities. LVEP internalization is carried out as a reference basis in developing resolution models in social studies learning. This article focuses on examining (1) the process of internalizing values in social studies learning, (2) the importance of including LVEP in the learning process, and (3) making LVEP the basis for developing a conflict resolution model. Articles are reviewed using literature study. The results showed that (1) the process of internalizing values in social studies learning was carried out in order to prepare students to become good citizens. (2) LVEP contains universal values such as peace, respect, love, cooperation, happiness, honesty, humility, responsibility, simplicity, tolerance, freedom and unity which can be used as a reference in classroom learning activities. (3) LVEP can be used as a reference in developing a conflict resolution model because it contains values of peace-loving, tolerance, and upholds the value of national unity and integrity

Abstract

Bantul is one of the areas in the special region of Yogyakarta which is rich with traditional art one of them is art gejoglesung. This folk art comes from the sound of pounded alupukulkan regularly on large woods made like a boat called mortar. In general, dimples made of jackfruit wood or munggur. Nowadays gejoglesung art began to be abandoned by its lover because it is unable to compete with modern art. Therefore, we are moved to preserve the art of gejog mortar in order not to become extinct. One way is to hold gejog lesung training on youth youthgunturan, triharjo, pandak, bantul. The method of implementing the training is done through three stages of preparation, implementation, and follow-up. The preparation stage includes socialization, participant data collection, and training design. Implementation phase includes acceptance of participants, practice training, gejog art performances mortar. Theresults ofthis trainingwas able to foster back the sense of brotherhood, togetherness, cooperation, responsibility, nationalism among gejoglesung players themselves. This training was followed not only young men but also children, even parents participate and enliven the arts of the people. Gejoglesung training is a medium to re-preserve Bantul art that is almost extinct eroded by the times.

Abstract

The research departs from the fact that the level of knowledge and skills of students in dealing with the earthquake in Lombok is low. Meanwhile, social science learning in schools does not contribute to the formation of students' knowledge and skills in dealing with earthquakes. In fact, the island of Lombok is an area with a high level of vulnerability to earthquake disasters in Indonesia. Thus, in this study, the main objective is to develop earthquake mitigation media sourced from the Sasak indigenous people themselves and allotment for schools in Lombok. The research method used is a research and development approach. From the research and development process, several results were obtained including: First, the more effective the learning process for teachers and students because they used earthquake mitigation media based on values ​​that existed in the Sasak community themselves; Second, the results of both quantitative and qualitative analysis show that earthquake mitigation media based on the value of the bale beleq architecture are able to improve the school's mitigation capability against earthquake disasters. So with the architectural value-based mitigation media that exists in the Sasak community itself, teachers and students are more effective and efficient in order to improve the ability of earthquake disaster mitigation in schools. Abstract

Vegetable cultivation can be carried out on limited land by applying the concept of hydroponics. Hydroponic farming can be done by anyone, including children with special needs (ABK) who have been underestimated by most of the community. The purpose of this mentoring activity is to provide skills and foster student self-confidence with a sausage or (soft skill for self confidence) model. The mentoring efforts are carried out using the SPP method, namely socialization, training, and mentoring). The partners of this activity are SLB Negeri and SLB-B Dharma Miranti in Singkawang City The results of the assistance in hydroponic vegetable cultivation business in ABK students using the sausage model led to two findings. First, abk students turned out to have the skills to do vegetable cultivation hydroponically. This can be seen from the ability of ABK students to know and use the equipment and equipment needed to grow crops hydroponically. In addition, they also understand the procedure or stages of growing vegetables hydroponically. Second, mentoring activities that involve the roles of various parties, namely STKIP Singkawang, teachers, and the Singkawang City Agriculture and Forestry Service are able to provide stimulus to foster the confidence of abk students in partner schools
