Abstract

ABSTRAKBuah mangga merupakan buah-buahan yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat karena rasanya yang enak dan banyak manfaatnya. Seiring dengan pendapatan masyarakat dan kesadaran tentang kesehatan yang meningkat, permintaan akan buah mangga semakin besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dalam memilih mangga dan mengidentifikasi faktor dominan yang membedakan konsumen menyukai jenis mangga tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik survei yang dilakukan di dua supermarket di Kota Bandung. Objek yang diteliti adalah empat jenis buah mangga yaitu Gedong gincu, Aromanis, Cengkir dan Kaweni. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah systematic random sampling dengan responden yang disurvei adalah konsumen yang berbelanja buah mangga. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Diskriminan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang jelas antar jenis buah mangga yang disukai pada variabel karaktersitik konsumen mangga dan faktor-faktor dominan manakah dari variabel independen yang membuat perbedaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa preferensi konsumen mempunyai kecenderungan menyukai mangga Gedong gincu serta faktor umur dan pola konsumsi konsumen adalah faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap preferensi konsumen dalam pemilihan jenis mangga.Kata Kunci: Preferensi konsumen, Mangga, Supermarket

Abstract

Analisis SWOT digunakan dalam penentuan risiko bisnis pada UMKM Kedai Kopi. Melalui analisis ini, kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari bisnis ditentukan, sehingga dapat diidentifikasi risiko yang mungkin muncul dan diambil tindakan untuk mengatasinya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengetahui informasi melalui wawancara dan observasi kepada pemilik usaha UMKM imami kopi. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat faktor strength dan opportunities dari usaha UMKM imami kopi yang dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi UMKM agar dapat mengetahui manajemen risiko pada operasional UMKM agar dapat bertahan dalam menjalankan usaha yaitu pendapatan usaha masih stabil serta sudah memiliki segmentasi pelanggan yang tetap. Analisa risiko dari faktor weaknesses dan treats adalah pada proses pembayaran yang masih menggunakan pembayaran langsung, media pemasaran yang belum menerapkan pemasaran digital dan penambahan kursi bagi konsumen. Dari hasil analisis risiko bisnis maka dapat direkomendasikan strategi bagi usaha UMKM yaitu penambahan fasilitas bagi konsumen, baik fasilitas tempat duduk maupun fasilitas untuk alternatif pembayaran secara online khususnya penggunaan dompet digital dan QRIS.

Abstract

Bisnis yang sukses membutuhkan alur proses penjualan. Alur proses penjualan yang pasti akan meningkatkan komunikasi antara pelanggan dan penjual dan efisiensi transaksi. UMKM akan kesulitan untuk mengelola dan menghasilkan keuntungan tanpa adanya alur proses penjualan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan pemodelan System Flow Diagram untuk menggambarkan proses bisnis transaksi penjualan pada UMKM bisnis dimsum. Mengoptimalkan proses penjualan menjadi hal yang krusial karena dapat menjadi alur proses awal dalam pembuatan sistem informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses transaksi penjualan dan pemesanan barang dapat divisualisasikan. Rekomendasi dari urutan proses bisnis tersebut menghasilkan 7 proses yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam merancang sistem informasi, dimulai dari proses login, proses pengelolaan data user, data barang, data persediaan barang, data transaksi penjualan, dan data pemesanan barang. Usulan ini menghasilkan alur proses bisnis yang dapat digunakan oleh UMKM untuk meningkatkan proses transaksi penjualan dengan adanya proses komputerisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, sales promotions, online advertising, and product attributes on purchase intentions. This research uses a conclusive research design with a descriptive research design. This research data sampling is classified as a single-cross-sectional design. The data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire. This research uses Lisrel to carry out SEM measurements. The research results succeeded in proving that there is a positive influence between brand awareness and sales promotion on purchase intention. Meanwhile, online advertising and product attributes were found not to influence purchase intention. Therefore, it is important for companies that have large advertising costs to improve these factors in various ways. Based on the research results, there are several conclusions that can be drawn. First, product attributes such as taste, packaging, price, and ease of cooking do not have a significant influence on purchase intentions. This shows that the characteristics of the product are not the main factors considered by consumers before making a purchase. Second, online advertising does not have a positive influence on purchase intentions. This may be caused by a lack of attractive and trustworthy advertising messages, according to consumer perception. Third, sales promotions, such as discounts or additional portions, have a significant positive influence on purchase intentions. This shows that consumers tend to be more interested in buying if there is an attractive promotional offer. Finally, brand awareness of the product has a significant influence on purchase intention. This shows that consumers' ability to recognize a brand has an impact on their tendency to buy that product.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and describe the behavior of a group of people who consume craft beverages. We will conduct this research using a type of ethnography known as particularistic ethnography. We will use qualitative research techniques like group meetings and in-depth interviews in this research. In the analysis of men's mind maps, the words friends and food appeared most frequently, indicating that men associate drinking craft beverages with strong relationships with friends and consume them in a relaxed and informal setting, often accompanied by food consumption. On the other hand, in the analysis of women's mind maps, although the compartments are similar to men's with the dominance of the word friend, the difference lies in the consistent use of pink in writing words, especially friendship. This suggests that women associate craft beverages with camaraderie with friends in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Both men and women equated craft beverages with femininity. They describe these characteristics as being informal, wearing jeans, having a friendly attitude, and having positive energy. This suggests that craft beverage typically evokes an informal and relaxed atmosphere, lacking the structure of other products or services. This shows that consumers see craft beverages as fun, warm, and suitable for enjoying in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Craft beverages and social interactions between friends have a strong connection, and drinking craft beverages occurs in a relaxed and laughter-filled atmosphere.

Abstract

This research aims to see how to determine the factors of user satisfaction and trust in e-wallets. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analysis in this research involved data collection and statistical analysis. The research population and sample collection technique were carried out using purposive sampling. In this study, there was a sample of 100 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing surveys in the form of questionnaires aimed at e-wallet user respondents. Meanwhile, statistical analysis was carried out to test the outer and inner models. Data analysis is divided into two categories: demographic data analysis and inferential statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: Users are satisfied with the use of e-wallets because they are helped by the service, which gives a good impression to the user. Users feel confident in using e-wallets because they provide security but lack the quality of the application, which still has problems with several features.

Abstract

Bencana gempa bumi di Cianjur yang terjadi tahun 2022 meninggalkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian. Bencana telah merusak infrastruktur menyebabkan kerugian bagi masyarakat setempat. Desa Mangunkerta berada di Kecamatan Cugenang Cianjur adalah  daerah yang mengalami kerusakan yang cukup berat. Kerusakan fisik dan non fisik yang mengakibatkan menurunnya perekonomian, sehingga perlu dilakukan pemulihan dengan meningkatkan potensi sumber daya alam, kelompok masyarakat usaha, petani, pengrajin lokal yang ada. Melihat kondisi tersebut, diperlukan suatu strategi yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian pasca bencana dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal dan berkolaborasi antar berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang  dimulai dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dan kemudian melakukan wawancara dan analisis dokumen terkait.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi partisipasi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian pasca bencana. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya pemulihan ekonomi pasca bencana di Kecamatan Cugenang khususnya di desa mangunkerta membawa dampak positif. Pemanfaatan potensi lokal seperti beras Pandanwangi, menunjukkan kemajuan, meskipun demikian masih diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Melalui strategi yang tepat, potensi lokal harus lebih dioptimalkan untuk mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di wilayah tersebut.  The earthquake disaster in Cianjur that occurred in 2022 left a significant impact on the economy. Disasters have damaged infrastructure causing losses to local communities. Mangunkerta Village in Cugenang Cianjur District is an area that experienced quite heavy damage. Physical and non-physical damage has resulted in a decline in the economy, so rehabilitation needs to be carried out by increasing the potential of natural resources, business community groups, community skills and existing local culture. Seeing these conditions, a strategy is needed that involves community participation in efforts to improve the post-disaster economy by utilizing local potential and collaborating between various stakeholders. Research Method was carried out using a qualitative approach which started with collecting primary and secondary data through interviews, observation and documentation studies and then conducting interviews and analyzing related documents.  This research aims to analyze how community participation strategies can improve the economy after a disaster. The results of this research analysis show that community participation in post-disaster economic recovery efforts in Cugenang District, especially in Mangunkerta Village, has had a positive impact. Utilization of local potential, such as Pandanwangi rice, shows progress, however further efforts are still needed to overcome this problem. Through the right strategy, local potential must be further optimized to accelerate economic recovery and improve the welfare of people in the region.

Abstract

Coffee is a plantation commodity that plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. This role, among others, is that this commodity is estimated to be the main source of income for no less than 1.84 million families, most of whom live in rural areas in remote areas. Coffee is an export commodity that is important for economic growth which is able to contribute quite a large amount of foreign exchange to the Indonesian nation. The aim of this research is to analyze consumer preferences in choosing arabica and robusta coffee types based on consumer characteristics, purchasing patterns and coffee attributes. This research uses descriptive methods. The technique used to collect data in this research is the survey method. This research was conducted at Kedai Kopi Nuansa and Kedai Kopi Bangreng located in Bandung City, the sampling method used the Slovin formula which resulted in 100 respondents from the two coffee shops. Data analysis uses percentages based on the frequency and number of respondents who voted. The research results show that Robusta coffee is a very popular choice among consumers. Factors that influence consumer preferences are consumer characteristics (age, gender and occupation are the dominant factors that differentiate), characteristics of consumer purchasing patterns (lifestyle of consuming coffee, preferred coffee, frequency of purchase and amount of coffee purchased), and characteristics of coffee attributes (aftertaste, price, caffeine effect).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe waste problem that is generally emerging is dominated by urban areas with limited landfill space, resulting in not only environmental pollution but also health impacts. One example is Cianjur Regency, which is one of the contributors to waste. Currently, Cianjur Regency is experiencing a waste crisis due to the Pasir Sembung landfill being overloaded with waste, prompting the Cianjur Regency Government to move the landfill to Mekarsari. The increasing population in Cianjur leads to an increase in the volume of waste generated, including household, industrial, and commercial waste. Many areas in Cianjur still lack efficient waste management systems. Landfills are often full and unable to accommodate the continuously growing waste. Kampung Loji, in the Gekbrong sub-district of Cianjur Regency, faces issues related to the large amount of organic waste, causing waste to pile up at the landfill. The goal of this KKN (Student Community Service) activity is to raise community awareness in reducing the accumulation of organic waste and to create a clean environment. The method used is providing education on the utilization of household and agricultural waste into organic fertilizer to the community. The results of this KKN activity help the community reduce the problem of organic waste, which has been managed well by utilizing organic waste, thereby providing added value to the community. Keywords: KKN Unfari Bandung, Gekbrong Village, Organic Wast.

Abstract

Abstract Arabica coffee is a strategic commodity with high economic value, yet smallholder farmers in Cikidang Village face challenges in cultivation and harvesting due to limited technical knowledge. This study emphasizes the urgency of improving farmer capacity to sustain productivity and enhance coffee quality. Drawing on human capital, capacity building, and diffusion of innovation theories, the research highlights training as a critical driver of sustainable agricultural development. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, using focus group discussions (FGDs), extension lectures, and field demonstrations with 25 farmers from the Mitra Sejati group. The results show that the technical guidance improved farmers’ knowledge in pruning, fertilization, pest management, and selective harvesting practices. Findings indicate that although ecological conditions support coffee growth, inadequate cultivation and harvesting practices reduce quality. The study concludes that tailored extension programs are effective and replicable models for capacity building in other coffee-producing regions.
