Abstract

Jaringan Tata Kelola Kolaboratif dalam Program Komunikasi, Informasi dan Pendidikan (KIE) dalam pencegahan HIV / AIDS adalah pemanfaatan jaringan antara lembaga pemerintah dan organisasi non-pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan nilai publik yang lebih banyak di setiap tingkat sumber daya. Penelitian ini membahas hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Tata Kelola Kolaboratif dalam Program Komunikasi, Informasi dan Pendidikan (KIE) dalam Pencegahan HIV / AIDS di Kabupaten Subang dalam kaitannya dengan teori menurut Anshell dan Gash, yaitu Dialog Tatap Muka, Membangun Kepercayaan, Komitmen untuk Proses, Pemahaman Bersama, dan Hasil Antara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan dan melalui wawancara serta dokumen yang diperoleh dalam bentuk regulasi dan pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jaringan Tata Kelola Kolaboratif dalam Program Komunikasi, Informasi dan Pendidikan (KIE) dalam Pencegahan HIV / AIDS di Kabupaten Subang belum sesuai dengan teori Anshell dan Gash. Terbukti dari aspek Dialog Tatap Muka, belum sepenuhnya tercapai atau dibangun yang merupakan jantung dari proses membangun kepercayaan, saling menghormati, saling pengertian, dan komitmen terhadap proses atau elemen-elemen penting dalam langkah awal Kolaboratif Pemerintahan. Kemudian aspek Membangun Kepercayaan belum sepenuhnya ditetapkan yang merupakan titik awal untuk Tata Kelola Kolaboratif. Selain itu, aspek Hasil Antara belum sepenuhnya tercapai dari Tata Kelola Kolaboratif. Hal ini perlu dipertimbangkan agar jaringan Tata Kelola Kolaboratif dalam Program Komunikasi, Informasi dan Pendidikan (KIE) dalam Pencegahan HIV/ AIDS di Kabupaten Subang menjadi optimal. The collaborative Governance Network in the Communication, Information, and Education Program (IEC) in the prevention of HIV/AIDS is the utilization of networks between government agencies and non-governmental organizations aimed at generating more public value at every level of resources. This study discusses matters relating to Collaborative Governance in the Communication, Information, and Education (IEC) Program in HIV/AIDS Prevention in Subang Regency in relation to theories according to Anshell and Gash, namely Face-to-Face Dialogue, Trust Building, Commitment to the Process, Shared Understanding, and Intermediate Outcomes. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Sources of data obtained from informants and through interviews and documents obtained in the form of regulations and data processing. The results showed that the Collaborative Governance network in the Communication, Information, and Education Program (IEC) in HIV/AIDS Prevention in Subang Regency was not yet in accordance with Anshell and Gash's theory. Evident from the aspect of Face-to-Face Dialogue, has not been fully achieved or established which is the heart of the process of building trust, mutual respect, mutual understanding, and commitment to the process or important elements in the initial steps of Collaborative Governance. Then the Trust Building aspect has not been fully established which is the starting point for Collaborative Governance. In addition, aspects of Intermediate Outcomes have not yet been fully achieved from Collaborative Governance. This needs to be considered so that the Collaborative Governance network in the Communication, Information, and Education Program (IEC) in HIV / AIDS Prevention in Subang District is optimal.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the nutrition improvement program policy in Subang Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method through observation and interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data triangulation and obtained from key informants directly and relevant to the problem under study are sources of data. The results showed that the policy program for improving Subang Regency nutrition has been running but has not been effective, including several factors such as limited human resources who manage the program. The availability of additional food for infants and toddlers is still insufficient. For this reason, it needs to be considered so that the program can be carried out properly following the stated objectives. The government needs to pay more attention to the adequacy of nutrition workers. To provide maximum service to the community. The implementation of nutrition improvement programs must be more activated, maintained continuously, and improved communication and socialization, built both cross-program and cross-sectoral to reduce malnutrition cases. Procedures for handling cases of malnutrition. It is hoped that the procedure for referring children suffering from malnutrition can be faster so that children can be treated quickly, and their nutritional condition can quickly improve

Abstract

Abstrak Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu bagian penting dari perekonomian suatu negara ataupun suatu daerah, tidak terkecuali di Indonesia. Namun pergerakan dunia usaha yang berkembang begitu pesat mengakibatkan semakin banyaknya persaingan yang berada dibidang usaha yang sama membuat para pelaku usaha harus cermat dalam menentukan cara yang tepat agar usahnya mampu bertahan dan berkembang. Bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) dapat dianggap sebagai solusi masalah yang mampu menjawab setiap perkembangan permasalahan dalam bidang pemasaran. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perhatian peneliti tekait semakin banyaknya persaingan pasar dalam UMKM terutama dalam bidang usaha kerupuk sangrai. Oleh karena itu peneliti berencana menganalisis “Strategi Marketing Mix Dalam Peningkatan Penjualan Kerupuk Sangrai Di UMKM Purwadadi”. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskiptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi dengan informan berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang yaitu pemilik, karyawan dan konsumen. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, redukasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan , untuk produk yang ditawarkan oleh UMKM kerupuk sangrai Bapak Iyus menyediakan dua varian kerupuk yaitu kerupuk sangrai lidah, dan kerupuk sangrai pentil. Dalam penetapan harga Bapak Iyus sangat mempertimbangkan dengan kebutuhan konsumen maupun pengecer. Promosi yang dilakukan adalah promosi dari mulut ke mulut tanpa menggunakan media iklan online maupun media cetak. Distribusi yang dilakukan Bapak Iyus yaitu melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak distributor seperti warung-warung ataupun pengecer pinggir jalan sekitar lingkungannya. Dari keempat strategi yang diterapkan, saat ini UMKM kerupuk sangrai Bapak Iyus belum mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran (marketing mix) sehingga mengakibatkan omzet penjualan kurang maksimal. Kata kunci : UMKM, Marketing Mix, Omzet Penjualan. Abstract Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the economy of a country or region, including Indonesia. However, the movement of the business world which is developing so rapidly has resulted in more and more competition in the same business sector, making business actors have to be careful in determining the right method so that their business is able to survive and develop. The marketing mix can be considered as a problem solution that is able to answer every development problem in the marketing field. This research is motivated by researchers' attention regarding the increasing market competition in MSMEs, especially in the roasted cracker business sector. Therefore, the researcher plans to analyze "Marketing Mix Strategy in Increasing Sales of Roasted Crackers in Purwadadi MSMEs". This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection methods used were the observation method, interview method and documentation method with 3 (three) informants, namely the owner, employees and consumers. Meanwhile, the analytical methods used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that for the products offered by MSMEs, roasted crackers, Mr. Iyus provides two variants of crackers, namely tongue roasted crackers and pentil roasted crackers. In setting prices, Mr. Iyus really considers the needs of consumers and retailers. The promotion carried out is word of mouth without using online advertising media or print media. The distribution carried out by Mr. Iyus is collaborating with distributors such as stalls or roadside retailers around his neighborhood. Of the four strategies implemented, currently Mr. Iyus' roasted cracker MSME has not optimized its marketing strategy (marketing mix), resulting in less than optimal sales turnover. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, sales promotions, online advertising, and product attributes on purchase intentions. This research uses a conclusive research design with a descriptive research design. This research data sampling is classified as a single-cross-sectional design. The data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire. This research uses Lisrel to carry out SEM measurements. The research results succeeded in proving that there is a positive influence between brand awareness and sales promotion on purchase intention. Meanwhile, online advertising and product attributes were found not to influence purchase intention. Therefore, it is important for companies that have large advertising costs to improve these factors in various ways. Based on the research results, there are several conclusions that can be drawn. First, product attributes such as taste, packaging, price, and ease of cooking do not have a significant influence on purchase intentions. This shows that the characteristics of the product are not the main factors considered by consumers before making a purchase. Second, online advertising does not have a positive influence on purchase intentions. This may be caused by a lack of attractive and trustworthy advertising messages, according to consumer perception. Third, sales promotions, such as discounts or additional portions, have a significant positive influence on purchase intentions. This shows that consumers tend to be more interested in buying if there is an attractive promotional offer. Finally, brand awareness of the product has a significant influence on purchase intention. This shows that consumers' ability to recognize a brand has an impact on their tendency to buy that product.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the inequality of opportunities in the health sector. Researchers identified three primary sources of information in a database search to construct the organizational health index: the permanent continuous household survey, the quarterly provincial household survey, and the administrative records of the Department of Health Statistics system. The study employed a data matching mechanism to merge the two databases but discovered discrepancies in the live birth and death data, leading to a lack of confidence in the data's quality. The results show that the evolution of health opportunities in the last decade is generally positive, although there are still gaps in access to health insurance and health checks during pregnancy. The study found that the gap was primarily due to socioeconomic differences between individuals. An analysis of changes in the organizational health index in the health sector shows that sectoral policies play a significant role in improving access to health services. This increase in access was primarily achieved by the region's health policies, which ensured proportional increases for all individuals. However, there needs to be a greater focus on equal opportunities for access to health services to ensure that all individuals have equal access to quality health services.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the IDIC model of customer relationship management strategy is implemented to create brand loyalty. This research uses post-positivism. This research uses a qualitative and descriptive approach. This research method uses the case-study method. The data collection technique in this research is interviewing. This research uses construct validity. The relevant technique for analyzing data in this research is pattern matching. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the company had succeeded in implementing an effective customer relationship management (CRM) strategy to create brand loyalty. The company also successfully implemented the IDIC model concept in its CRM strategy, which includes identifying customers, differentiating services based on needs, interacting intensively, and adapting services to customer needs through technology. Apart from that, this company has also succeeded in measuring the effectiveness of its CRM strategy through the Net Promoter Score. Furthermore, this research shows that, in contrast to other sectors, B2B logistics companies emphasize service quality and company value more than providing discounts or promotions to increase customer loyalty. As a result, this company gained customer loyalty, which is reflected in its success in extending contracts with its customers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the costs of capital adjustments and company dynamics. Company panels comprise the database. The main advantage of analyzing the nature of adjustment costs at the plant level is that the data contain information for purchases and sales of capital goods. Panel data, including information from many plants and long periods, allows for a more comprehensive analysis of firms' investment behavior in the face of capital adjustment costs. The estimation results allow for the recovery of companies' frictions in adjusting their capital stock. The estimation results for capital adjustment costs are consistent with other studies using similar methodologies. Estimates show that there are significant, unchangeable fixed costs, as well as moderate quadratic costs. Researchers then use the estimated parameters in a counterfactual simulation to analyze the impact of a decline in average firm profitability on the labor market. The results show a significant labor market response to the shock, with the transition to the new stable state being slow and taking several years to complete the adjustment. The simulations highlight the importance of not only modeling capital mobility but also considering and estimating its frictions to evaluate the impact of policies or shocks on the economy. The mobility and capital adjustment costs influence the speed of the economy's adjustment to shocks and their effects on factor allocation and remuneration in the short and long term.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the wage gap between natives and immigrants currently working in the real sector in Indonesia. This study uses survey data with a sample of individuals aged between 20 and 55 years. This study uses a quantitative approach, utilizing segmentation analysis techniques. The conclusion of the study shows that immigrants earn higher average wages than natives, this difference is caused by several factors that can be directly identified such as education level, worker bargaining power and the capacity or skills possessed by the workforce. This gap is more pronounced in the middle of the income spectrum, where factors such as discrimination that generally occur in other countries do not occur in Indonesia and immigrant skills are considered better than local citizens. Companies in Indonesia generally still view foreign citizens working in Indonesia as having above average abilities. The suggestion from the study is that it is necessary to review the regulations governing wage policies and improve the protection of workers' rights, especially at the middle-income level, to address this gap. Policies should be focused on increasing local citizens' access to quality jobs, reducing informality in the labor market, and the government should provide active and proactive permission to develop the quality of local human resources by building education and training systems and facilities. This approach aims to create a more qualified and competitive local labor market.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the factors that led to the cessation of imports of certain varieties after the crisis. This analysis proposes four alternative working hypotheses. Data from 100 products was taken. Several influencing factors reveal the impact of the economic crisis on imported varieties. More expensive varieties tend to experience an increased probability of stopping importation. This may be due to a decrease in purchasing power during the crisis, which makes expensive products less desirable. Geographic distance also plays an important role. More distant countries produce varieties with a higher probability of stopping imports, this could be due to higher transportation costs for varieties from distant countries. Varieties with a larger market share originating from countries with higher incomes tend to be more stable in the market during the crisis. Likewise, additional per capita income limits the probability of stopping imports to only 3.7%. This suggests that varieties from countries with high incomes or those with large market shares may have competitive advantages that make them more resilient to the impact of economic crises. Reducing imported varieties can hurt consumer welfare because it can reduce product choices and increase prices. Short-term estimates indicate a 9.5% decline in consumer welfare from imported goods.

Abstract

Team member commitment is at the core of organizational performance and durability, especially in the public sector. The study seeks to supplement existing knowledge by examining the effects of job authority and job empowerment on team member commitment and its impact on motivation, job satisfaction, and loyalty to the organization. This was obtained through a mixed-method approach, drawing together quantitative survey data with qualitative in-depth interviews with public workers. The findings indicate that the greater the level of authority, the more responsibility there is, and the more freedom there is for decision-making, the greater the commitment to the organization. Knowing how to do the work properly and having the proper skills and self-confidence were also essential for team member commitment. Employees at the lower organizational levels reported having feelings of encouragement and interest in the company, as well as integration into the strategic objectives of the company or enterprise. These results indicate the need for public service organisations to adopt a sustainable employee commitment culture focusing on authority and empowerment. Such issues need to be examined as time passes in future studies. The findings emphasize the importance of job authority and empowerment as determinants of team member engagement in the public sector compared to team member engagement in the private sector: assistive medical devices and many other organizations.
