Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat. KKN dilaksanakan oleh berbagai perguruan tinggi salah satunya di Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang (Unikama). Saat ini Unikama menerapkan KKN Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang melibatkan program studi untuk mengatur jalannya KKN dibawah pengawasan Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (DPPM). Permasalahannya adalah belum terdapat sistem administrasi manajemen KKN yang terpusat. Sehingga setiap alur KKN yang dilakukan menjadi terpecah. Hal tersebut akan menyulitkan berbagai pihak seperti Biro Administrasi Keuangan (BAU), mahasiswa, DPL (Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan), Ketua Program Studi, dan DPPM sendiri karena administrasi hingga pelaporan akhir tidak terintegrasi. Adanya berbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam KKN mengharuskan semua proses harus terintegrasi, mulai dari administrasi pembayaran hingga pelaporan kegiatan. Dari permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya sistem informasi KKN yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut sehingga dapat mengefisiensikan waktu dan memperlancar kegiatan KKN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi KKN MBKM di Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang menggunakan model pengembangan waterfall. Pengukuran kelayakan aplikasi yang dilakukan penelitian ini menggunakan User Accepance Test (UAT) dan didapatkan hasil rata-rata 87.21% dari 55 responden. Hal tersebut menyatakan bahwa sistem informasi KKN MBKM di Unikama telah sesuai kebutuhan sistem.

Abstract

SMPN 2 Wagir School has used an excel-based desktop E-RAPORT. This system only covers about value processing. The process of entering values uses excel. Therefore, the author developed a website-based E-RAPORT system to facilitate the value processing process. The research uses the prototype model where this method is centered on presenting to users. The use of a systemized value processing application is able to cut the processing time of value data to be faster. The measurement of the feasibility level of the application was carried out by testing UAT (User Acceptence Test) which got very good results with an average percentage of 91% from 3 aspects of assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation analysis of the MBKM Program which includes the role of students, the role of lecturers and the role of partners in the success of the MBKM-KKNT program. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, and questionnaires. The data was obtained from an independent team that directly recorded the suitability of the roles of students, lecturers and partners. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis and correlation. Respondents in this study were students, lecturers and partners with a total of 46 people. The results of this study: (1) Students contributed 37%, 2) Lecturers contributed 37% and 3) Partners contributed 26%. The role of students is dominated by the aspect of students being able to communicate well with all parties and students having a high work ethic. The role of the lecturer in the implementation aspect makes a significant contribution where the Study Program's Work Instructions on MBKM can help implement MBKM activities in the field. Meanwhile, the aspect of Study Program facilities facilitates MBKM-KKNT activities well. While the role of Partners is more dominated by the MBKM-KKNT work factor which has a positive impact on the village community and Cooperation related to Thematic KKN can be continued considering that MBKM-KKNT activities are beneficial to the community.

Abstract

A web-based inventory information system was designed and developed for CV. Okta, a packaging production company that experienced difficulties in managing its inventory due to inefficient and unstructured recording methods. Inventory data had been written on paper and later transferred to Excel, resulting in delays, input errors, and difficulty tracking stock levels. To solve these problems, the system was built using the prototype method, allowing users to provide feedback during each development stage. The system was developed with PHP and utilized Laragon as its database environment. The design included use case, activity, sequence, and class diagrams. System testing was conducted using the Blackbox method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to evaluate whether the system met user needs. The UAT results showed an average score of 82.73%, indicating the system worked effectively. This system improves the speed, accuracy, and accessibility of inventory management for administrators, warehouse operators, and company leaders at CV. Okta

Abstract

Stomach diseases are common digestive disorder among Indonesians and are often not treated properly due to increasingly modern lifestyles. According to the WHO, the prevalence of gastritis in Indonesia is 40.8%, while the prevalence of dyspepsia varies from 7% to 45%. The Malang City Statistics Agency and the Malang City Health Office have placed Malang City among the top 10 cities in 2023 for stomach disease cases, with a total of 4,218 cases of gastritis and 4,637 cases of dyspepsia. In the last three years, 40% of patients had stomach problems, 25% had diabetes, and 20% had heart disease. One of the challenges in treating patients with stomach disease is the treating patients with stomach diseases is the similarity of symptoms with other diseases such as appendicitis. In addition, limited access to health services and financial constraints in seeking treatment are the causes of delays in disease management. This study aims to develop an Early Detection System for Stomach Diseases Using Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor, which can assist in the initial diagnosis and early detection of stomach diseases for patients or the community. This system was developed using a waterfall approach model with PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The results of this system are able to provide diagnoses for 10 types of stomach diseases with a percentage of certainty factor. The results of black box testing are in accordance with the system design and requirement analysis, and the results of user acceptance testing received score of 81.03%.
