Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the Ummi Method in Quran learning at SDIT Insan Qurani Bener Meriah. The Ummi Method is an innovative approach that emphasizes the principles of tartil (proper recitation), talaqqi (direct teacher-student transmission), and tasmi' (listening assessment) with an affectionate approach akin to a mother's teaching. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the school principal, Quran coordinator, teachers, and students, as well as documentation studies. The results show that the implementation of the Ummi Method was carried out systematically through three main stages: (1) preparation stage through teacher training and certification; (2) implementation stage with seven structured learning phases; and (3) continuous evaluation stage. The implementation of this method proved to significantly improve students' Quran recitation quality, enhance makhraj and tajwid aspects, and foster love for the Quran. The main constraints included limited certified teachers and heterogeneous student abilities, which were successfully addressed through classical approaches and regular mentoring programs. This study concludes that the Ummi Method is effective in improving elementary school students' Quran reading competence and can be adopted as an innovative alternative learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditunjukan menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh promosi dan pelayanan terhadap minat nasabah pada produk tabungan haji, dengan objek penelitiannya yaitu nasabah bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Karawang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan menggunkan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dengan sumber data berasal dari kuesioner dan observasi langsung kelapangan. Jumlah sempel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 dari 22.400 populasi. Dengan menggunakan rumus slovin standar error 0,1 atau 10%. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini menggunakan uji validasi, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji T, Uji F, dan uji koefisien berganda. Dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 24. Hasil yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini yaitu secara parsial pada variable promosi dengan nilai thitung (2,471) > ttabel (1,98447) maka promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah pada produk tabungan haji. Dan pada variabel pelayanan dengan nilai thitung (5,483) > ttabel (1,98447) menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat nasabah pada produk tabungan haji. Kemudian pada tabel uji F anova diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 39,097 dan nilai Ftabel sebesar 2,36 maka Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (39,097 > 2,36) yang artinya variabel promosi dan pelayanan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel minat nasabah pada produk tabungan haji.

Abstract

This study aims to implement creative dance based on Sundanese pakakas to develop creativity and local cultural awareness in elementary school students. Globalization and the development of digital technology have resulted in a decline in the younger generation's understanding of traditional Sundanese cultural heritage, especially pakakas (traditional household utensils). This study involved 32 students from Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Tasikmalaya through a descriptive qualitative approach for 18 weeks of implementation. The BASTE (Body, Action, Space, Time, Energy) method was used as a framework in exploring creative dance movements inspired by five types of Sundanese pakakas: se'eng, aseupan, hihid, korang, and koja (Kusuma & Hartono, 2023). The results of the study showed a significant increase in: (1) understanding of Sundanese pakakas from 25% to 85% (+60%), (2) exploration of creative movement from 20% to 90% (+70%), (3) character development from 30% to 88% (+58%), (4) motor skills from 40% to 92% (+52%), and (5) appreciation of local culture from 15% to 90% (+75%). The learning rubric assessment showed that 94% of students achieved the "Very Good" or "Good" category in all aspects of the assessment. The implications of this study indicate that the integration of dance with traditional pakakas is an effective medium in preserving local culture as well as developing the creativity and character competencies of elementary school students.
