Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas rapat online di Fakulatas keguruan dan ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. Hamka yang ditinjau dari perangkat rapat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, validitas data dengan teknik triangulasi, dan analisis data menggunakan Interactive Model Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, efektivitas rapat online dibagi atas tiga sub-fokus diantaranya agenda rapat, penjadwalan dan notulensi, dimana seluruh proses rapat online ini para informan menggunakan perangkat pendukung baik berbasis aplikasi maupun perangkat keras, sehingga untuk dapat menunjang efektivitas rapat online perlu adanya peremajaan alat-alat pendukung rapat online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan pola sinergitas antara guru dan orang tua dalam integrasi nilia-nilai karakter pada pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi yang menggabungkan antara penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Responden penelitian ini yaitu guru dan orang tua siswa dari tiga Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah, yaitu SD Muhammadiyah Bojonggede Provinsi Jawa Barat, SD Muhammadiyah 24 Rawamangun Provinsi DKI Jakarta, dan SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang Provinsi Banten. Responden berjumlah 25 guru dan 141 orang tua. Angket menggunakan skala likert, dan data yang didapatkan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pada indikator pembimbingan karakter, sinergitas guru dan orang tua di tiga sekolah tersebut sudah berjalan baik. Keduanya telah bersama-sama memberikan pembimbingan karakter kepada anak. Sedangkan untuk indikator penilaian karakter dan menjalin komunikasi terdapat perbedaan pola sinergitas antara guru dan orang tua di ketiga sekolah tersebut.  SYNERGY OF TEACHERS AND PARENTS IN INTEGRATION OF CHARACTER VALUES IN ONLINE LEARNING IN THE TIME OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC This study aimed to map the synergy pattern between teachers and parents in the integration of character values in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used a mixed method that combined quantitative research and qualitative research. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Respondents of this study were teachers and parents of students from three Muhammadiyah elementary schools, namely SD Muhammadiyah Bojonggede, West Java Province, SD Muhammadiyah 24 Rawamangun, DKI Jakarta Province, and SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang Banten Province. The respondents were 25 teachers and 141 parents. The questionnaire used the Likert scale, and the data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive followed by qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that for the indicators of character guidance, the synergy of teachers and parents in the three schools had gone well, both of them had jointly provided character guidance to children. However, for the indicators of character assessment and establishing communication (between teacher and parents), there were differences in synergy patterns between the three schools.

Abstract

This qualitative research intended to acknowledge the application of “green office concept” at Housekeeping Department of Ministry of Health of Indonesia. The researcher captured the data from the research field factually. Data gathered from the responsible staffs purposively, data collection methods used were moderate participant observation, indepth interview, and document analysis. The data validated by technique triangulation and resource triangulation.The qualitative research resultshowed that (1) the staffs have moderate commitment for “green office”behavior. As showed by the paper saving, electricity saving, water saving, waste management, greening, cleanliness, and room’s air conditioning; (2) Eco – friendly office technology applied by using information technology system as electronic mail, electronic filling system and web based communication group.(3) The office physical building design suitable for naturally lighting design with lights’ placement grouping system, and also considers building green coefficient.(4) Vehicle cleaning and watering trees with condensed water were prohibited.(5) Office materials selected to minimize the use of papers and tissues. (6) Air conservation system applied by using centralized Air Conditioning System with average degree 24 – 25 celcius. (7) Airhumidity about 55% with no smoking rule. (8) Electric saving lights used by grouping system and also there was motion sensor lights at the bathroom; (9) flush the plant with Air Conditioning condensed water.

Abstract

This study analyzed the teachers' and parents' synergy in motivating children to take online learning at home during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research instrument consisted of 13 survey questions distributed via Google Form and succeeded in capturing 139 samples of parents of preschool and elementary school students spread across 17 provinces in Indonesia. Factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) were conducted to analyze the instrument's validity and test hypotheses. The factor analysis results showed that the 13 instruments used showed an excellent correlation to confirm each variable's structure. The SEM analysis results showed that in the online learning system applied to preschool and elementary school children, parents play a significant role in the children's motivation to take online learning at home. Parents were also a positive and significant mediator variable in the teacher's role in increasing children's learning motivation. These results indicated that parents' and teachers' motivating children to carry out online learning at home during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia must be established and continuously improved. The contribution was a reference for those who intend to develop an appropriate online learning system framework for preschool and elementary school children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Pop Up Book berbasis literasi digital terhadap kemampuan membaca dongeng siswa kelas II. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen melalui bentuk desain penelitian Post-Test Only Control Design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar yang dibagi menjadi dua sampel, yaitu kelas eksperimen berjumlah 30 siswa dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 31 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji  paired sample t-test yang menyatakan nilai sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Serta ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Sehingga peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media Pop Up Book berbasis literasi digital dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dongeng siswa kelas II sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Tourism is able to raise the level of the economy, but reflecting it on the Covid-19 pandemic, and its transition to the New Normal Era continues to be debated. Thus, this study aims to analyze the impact of tourism development on the economy of local communities in the new normal era. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative method. The sample came from the people of Tidung Island, the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Collecting data with interview instruments, focus group discussions, document studies, and observation. Check the validity and reliability of the data using triangulation techniques. The data analysis is Interactive Model Analysis. The results show that the implications of new normal era tourism development are confirmed to have a positive impact on the economy and welfare of local communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Pop Up Book berbasis literasi digital terhadap kemampuan membaca dongeng siswa kelas II. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen melalui bentuk desain penelitian Post-Test Only Control Design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar yang dibagi menjadi dua sampel, yaitu kelas eksperimen berjumlah 30 siswa dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 31 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji  paired sample t-test yang menyatakan nilai sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Serta ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Sehingga peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media Pop Up Book berbasis literasi digital dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dongeng siswa kelas II sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The internet has grown rapidly, thus making online shopping service providers such as TikTok Shop have to modify several ways in order to compete with other e-commerce competitors. This study aims to analyze the effect of shopping experience and consumer trust on repurchase interest in the TikTok Shop application, the study was conducted on FKIP UHAMKA students class 2018. The research method used was quantitative research with non-probability sampling technique and obtained a sample of 70 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression and the data was processed with the help of the JASP (Jeffreys’s Amazing Statistic Program) statistical application. The results showed that the online shopping experience had a significant positive effect on repurchase interest with a value of sig 0.001 <0.05, while the trust variable had no significant effect on repurchase interest with a sig value of 0.076> 0.05. Simultaneously, online shopping experience and trust affect repurchase intention with a value of sig 0.001 < 0.05. It is important for Tiktok Shop managers to maintain consumer confidence in order to increase consumer surplus every year.

Abstract

Utilization of technological advances makes ready-to-drink tea drinks a lifestyle of various groups of people who like instant and fast food and beverage products so that they can support their daily activities, that's why ready-to-drink tea products have sprung up offering many advantages and different flavors. latest. The researcher aims to describe the factors of consumer demand for Teh Raja products, namely ready-to-eat tea which continues to grow, in order to get a good response from the community so that the product survives. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques carried out in this study are active participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, the validation of the data used is done by triangulation. Teh Raja is moderate consumer income and consumer tastes in Teh Raja products are satisfied because the taste of Teh Raja is in accordance with the tastes of local consumers and feels satisfied.

The purpose of this study is to provide information on the effects of audio-visual media on learning motivation in social studies learning grade V. This study used quantitative methods using quasi-experimental approach and control group post test only design. The number of samples in the study was 58 students, VD and VC classes each amounted to 29 students. The VD class is set to be an experimental class and the VC class is set to be a control class in the calculation of research prerequisite analysis data using normality test, homogeneity test and t-test hypothesis test. The results of hypothesis calculations using the stated t-test from both classes shThe purpose of this study is to provide information on the effects of audio-visual media on learning motivation in social studies learning grade V.
