Abstract

Competitive strength in the tourism sector is a crucial factor for destinations. This study aims to analyze the competitive advantage and tourism potential of the agrotourism area in Ciwidey, Indonesia. By utilizing existing models and frameworks to evaluate tourism competitiveness, this research identifies key determinants that contribute to the competitive advantage of specific tourism destinations. The research methods include interviews, observations, documentation, and focus group discussions. Data were collected from three villages in Ciwidey District, namely Lebakmuncang, Panundaan, and Rawa Bogo, during the period of December 2023 to February 2024. The results indicate that agrotourism and culture are the main potentials to be developed. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, tourism stakeholders, and local communities to support sustainable development and tourism expansion in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance assessment, reward, and punishment on performance at PT Eshan Prospera Abadi Cikarang. The research method used is quantitative. Primary data was obtained through a survey by filling out open and closed questionnaires, as well as unstructured interviews, while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The population in this study were all employees of PT Eshan Prospera Abadi, which were 47 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The data analysis technique used was using validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, determination coefficient test, multiple regression analysis, and correlation coefficient test in finding the effect between performance assessment (X1), reward (X2), and punishment (X3) on performance (Y). The results of this study stated that there was a positive effect between performance assessment, reward, and punishment on performance

Abstract

This research aims to find out what factors can influence the results of use and also the implementation of CRM. The data to be obtained from informants was selected using purposive sampling techniques and using qualitative methods. The results of this research indicate that in implementing Customer Relationship Management there are obstacles or obstacles that occur in the dimensions of people, processes and technology at PT. East West Seed Indonesia. Based on the SWOT analysis results, it can be seen based on the quadrants at PT. East West Seed Indonesia is in Quadrant I (Progressive) which can be interpreted as PT. East West Seed Indonesia has good strengths which can then be utilized as an opportunity to encourage company progress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the readiness for artificial intelligence (AI) adoption in marketing among business actors in the creative industry sector in West Java. The research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through surveys and questionnaires from 226 respondents. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between technological, organizational, and environmental factors on business performance. The results indicate that organizational context factors significantly influence AI adoption in marketing, while technological and environmental contexts do not show a significant impact. These findings provide insights for business practitioners in formulating more effective strategies for AI adoption to enhance business performance in the creative industry sector.
