Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had both positive and negative impacts on various aspects of life, including the world of education. Social restrictions cause teaching and learning activities to be carried out from their respective workspaces, or what is known as online learning. This study identifies the changing readiness of students in higher education related to the adaptation of online learning activities. As the result of all the dimensions specified, only two dimensions are optimal, namely "adaptability" and "tolerance for ambiguity." Meanwhile, the dimensions of resourcefulness, optimism, confidence, adventurousness, and passion/drive are still not optimal. As the conclusion, that the change readiness in online learning still needs attention to be improved. Pandemi covid-19 telah menimbulkan dampak positif dan negatif pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, tak terkecuali pada dunia pendidikan. Pembatasan sosial menyebabkan aktivitas belajar mengajar harus dilaksanakan dari ruang kerja masing-masing, atau disebut dengan pembelajaran secara daring-dalam jaringan (online). Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kesiapan berubah para mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi terkait dengan adaptasi aktivitas pembelajaran secara online. Hasilnya dari seluruh dimensi yang diidentifikasi, hanya dua dimensi yang optimal yaitu “adaptability” dan “tolerance for ambiguity”. Sedangkan dimensi resourcefulness, optimism, confidence, adventurousness, dan passion/drive masih belum optimal. Secara keseluruhan dapat dinyatakan bahwa tingkat kesiapan berubah dalam pembelajaran online masih perlu perhatian untuk ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This research discusses UMKM Onies Brownies, which is a micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise that specializes in culinary products, especially baked brownies. This research discusses marketing strategies that can increase brand awareness to improve the competitiveness and business capacity of Onies Brownies. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and is carried out accurately, factually, and systematically. The results show that UMKM Onies Brownies has successfully achieved an increase in business development with quality products, marketing strategies, and a wide network of partners. Continuous innovation is an important aspect for UMKM like Onies Brownies because it allows them to remain relevant and competitive in a constantly changing market. The article also discusses the obstacles faced by UMKM in their business activities and strategies that can be taken to overcome these obstacles. Abstract

A startup business is a business that is still in the development phase. Currently, the growth of startups in Indonesia is increasing rapidly, making Indonesia the 6th country with the most startups. The development of startups is certainly inseparable from the increasingly complex challenges in the business sector. This certainly makes design thinking relevant as a tool to understand users, identify problems and opportunities and create solutions. Quantitative research was conducted on students participating in the Merdeka Entrepreneur program at Padjadjaran University to find out whether the application of design thinking can have an influence on the startup business being run. The results of statistical analysis show that the design thinking variable has a positive value on startup businesses. With these findings, researchers highlight the importance of design thinking skills in bridging entrepreneurs in facing challenges in the business sector. Key words: Design Thinking, Startup

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest population in the world. With such a significant total population, the economic growth of its people is also expected to increase substantially. International trade plays a central role in driving global economic growth. Export, as one of the main pillars of international trade, makes a significant contribution to national income while accelerating economic growth. Freight forwarders play a vital role in facilitating these highly complex export activities. This research aims to analyze the role of freight forwarder services in supporting the success of export activities via sea transportation at PT. Freight Solution Indonusa. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results show that PT. Freight Solution Indonusa has proven capable of contributing to export activities by responsibly handling the entire process of transporting goods, including shipment, document management, and customs clearance. Shipping via sea transportation has become the backbone of international trade due to the numerous advantages it offers exporters, such as lower logistics costs and cargo flexibility. With the increasing export activities in Indonesia, competition among logistics companies is becoming more competitive. PT. Freight Solution Indonusa needs to improve and evaluate its role as a freight forwarding company to maintain or even enhance the quality of its services.

Abstract

Competitive strength in the tourism sector is a crucial factor for destinations. This study aims to analyze the competitive advantage and tourism potential of the agrotourism area in Ciwidey, Indonesia. By utilizing existing models and frameworks to evaluate tourism competitiveness, this research identifies key determinants that contribute to the competitive advantage of specific tourism destinations. The research methods include interviews, observations, documentation, and focus group discussions. Data were collected from three villages in Ciwidey District, namely Lebakmuncang, Panundaan, and Rawa Bogo, during the period of December 2023 to February 2024. The results indicate that agrotourism and culture are the main potentials to be developed. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, tourism stakeholders, and local communities to support sustainable development and tourism expansion in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the readiness for artificial intelligence (AI) adoption in marketing among business actors in the creative industry sector in West Java. The research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through surveys and questionnaires from 226 respondents. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between technological, organizational, and environmental factors on business performance. The results indicate that organizational context factors significantly influence AI adoption in marketing, while technological and environmental contexts do not show a significant impact. These findings provide insights for business practitioners in formulating more effective strategies for AI adoption to enhance business performance in the creative industry sector.
