Abstract

The Barcode Based Software Sales Assistance Software System in Toko Ruly was built using the PHP programming language, and used the waterfall method as system development, with the stages of Communation, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment to facilitate the system development and use the Observation, Documentation Method , Interview and Literature Study for Data collection methods to support system development methods for designing these assistive software systems. Because there are many problems found, especially when recording goods data and then reports for monthly results, it is expected that the application of this assistive software can help the process of managing data on goods, goods reports, and sales transactions. From this research, we will get a barcode-based computerized system for sales and reporting systems that are better than the old system that uses a manual system. In the stages of testing this system directly uses the deployment technique to users related to the application of barcode-based assistive software systems in the Ruly Store

Abstract

Dalam rangka mendukung kebijakan pemerintah untuk menekan penyebaran COVID19, institusi pendidikan diliburkan untuk belajar tatap muka guna mendukung program social distancing. Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK), khususnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), berkembang sangat pesat. Kemajuan ini pasti akan mempengaruhi semua bidang kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Hanya melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pendidikan otonomi dan globalisasi pendidikan dapat berhasil dicapai. Tren penggunaan media belajar daring dari berbagai kalangan masyarakat memiliki banyak fungsi, seperti: update berita, alat komunikasi, belajar online dan berbagi (data, gambar, dan suara) tanpa harus bertatap muka. Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna pada kelurahan akan meningkatkan kualitas peran kelurahan sebagai pusat pemerintahan tingkat terendah yang melayani masyarakat, hal itu menjadi fokus utama pembangunan dari agenda pemerintah. pada penelitian ini dikembangkan aplikasi administrasi pelayanan masyarakat secara elektronik dalam melakukan administrasi dengan kemudahan dan waktu yang efisien. Salah satu kendala internal instansi pemerintahan di kelurahan adalah masih adanya proses administrasi yang masih manual yang berdampak pada pelayanan terhadap warganya. Ada beberapa kelemahan utama dalam penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Office untuk menulis surat, misalnya tergantung pada kemampuan aparatur desa yang tinggi, yang dapat mengakibatkan perubahan format surat dan mudahnya pencatatan data surat secara lengkap. di sisi lain, dari observasi yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa kemampuan aparat desa menggunakan teknologi masih sangat minim, sehingga mutlak diperlukan penggunaan aplikasi layanan administrasi khusus. Penerapan aplikasi administrasi ini diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi masing-masing kota dan desa dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan manajemen yang lebih baik. Manfaat lainnya adalah dapat membantu pencatatan data pengelolaan yang ada sehingga membantu kelurahan untuk lebih memahami potensi kelurahan secara lebih jelas, sehingga masyarakat dapat lebih merasakan pelayanan administrasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce blue prints based on the level that positively and negatively affects hardware and software in one of the Agencies in City which will later become a benchmark to avoid or overcome problems that will be faced in the IT governance and IT infrastructure. IT governance is a process relationship structure that guides and controls an organization to achieve its vision and mission by creating value that balances risk with IT and its processes. An IT facility is an entity that performs the administrative and management functions of all IT applications in the Department XYZ environment for protection against unwanted threats that require risk management assessment. Minimize the danger or risk that may arise. The two analytical methods used in this study are quantitative and qualitative risk analysis. In the future, the quantitative risk analysis (QRA) approach will focus more on analyzing the condition of IT assets to find risk factors that need serious consideration and handling. For qualitative risk analysis methods, NIST SP 80030 is used to analyze various threat and risk attributes for to provide guidelines for the management of IT facilities in Department XYZ. Based on the QRA risk assessment, it was concluded that server-class IT resources are counted as the biggest potential loss to the Service. This is reflected in the risk aspect, where power losses have the most potential damage. Qualitative assessment of risk management according to NIST SP 80030 found that the sources of high-risk threats are high-risk power grids and the Internet. This level of risk can be identified during the threat source classification process. Submission of all risk analysis results can provide the results of risk recommendations communicated with departement IT management. To then be able to help the campus make decisions that include policies, procedures, budgets, operating systems and change management.

Abstract

The expert system is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques to solve problems that usually only experts in their field can solve. The development of an expert system is aimed to help Yamaha motorbike users to solve damage problems to a Yamaha Automatic motorcycle. Damage to a Yamaha Automatic motorcycle is a problem that requires experts (technicians) to rely on their knowledge to solve the problem. This system is built using the forward chaining method which is used to test the factors that have been entered by using the rules stored in the system until a conclusion is obtained. By using the forward chaining method, it is hoped that it can help the system in diagnosing the damage to the Yamaha Automatic motorcycle engine. Therefore, by applying an expert system for motorcycle engine damage, the problem of Yamaha Automatic motorcycle engine damage can be resolved.

Abstract

The use of computers has touched various areas of life, thus encouraging experts to develop the use of computers in order to facilitate human work, one of which is in the health sector, namely the existence of an expert system used to diagnose vertigo. using the certainty factor method. Vertigo is a spinning headache sensation that is felt inside and outside the head. The certainty factor method will be applied in building this expert system, because this method can determine the value of the confidence and non-confidence weights. The results of this study are in the form of an expert system to facilitate puskesmas employees in registering and diagnosing. Testing this system using blackbox testing with a score of 3.5 from expert review and 3.5 from beta implementation with a valid category so that the resulting system can be used to diagnose vertigo at Sidorejo Health Center

Abstract

Pagar Alam city as an area whose citizens are mostly farmers. The most widely grown commodities in the region are coffee and vegetables. Therefore, the area is suitable to be used as a research area and to conduct a baseline assessment of local crops, especially Robusta coffee farming. The use of Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods is particularly suitable if applied to decision support system research. This method was chosen because it is possible to choose the best option from a variety of options. In this case, the choice in question is a suitable seedling for planting by farmers based on the specified criteria. The investigation was conducted by determining the weight value for each attribute, followed by a computational process to determine optimal criteria and alternatives, namely superior seedlings of robusta coffee that are worth cultivating. With this research that implements a combination of Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) and Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods and with object-oriented design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) will facilitate the Natural Fence City Agriculture Office and Robusta coffee farmers in choosing the right coffee seeds to grow so that coffee farmers can achieve satisfactory results.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berkembang sangat pesat saat ini. Di hampir semua perkembangan, sistem informasi geospasial telah digunakan sebagai alat pengelola dan menyebarluaskan informasi spasial pada publik untuk keperluan bisnis dan pemerintah. Seiring dengan perkembangan, SDM dituntut untuk mengetahui pengembangan SIG yang juga menjadi tantangan bagi dunia pendidikan. Sejauh yang dapat dilihat, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia untuk pengembang SIG masih terbatas di daerah-daerah tertentu, misalnya instansi pemerintah yang melibatkan diri dalam proses pemetaan potensi yang dimiliki alam atau penggunaan lahan dan SDA yang lainnya. Di sisi lain, bidang pengembangan sangat beragam, dan penggunaan serta pengembangan SIG membutuhkan banyak tenaga terampil dan terampil. Dalam konteks ini, diharapkan peran perguruan tinggi dapat diperluas melalui pelatihan yang mampu mentransfer pengetahuan tentang teknologi sistem informasi geospasial kepada masyarakat setempat sehingga perguruan tinggi dapat berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan nasional dan kamajuan desa berbasis teknologi. Salah satuupaya yang dilakukan adalah Workshop Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertajuk “Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Geospasial Untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Sdm Pada Desa Jokoh Dalam Mendukung Implementasi E-Government”. Workshop tersebut dihadiri oleh perwakilan mahasiswa dan kelompok pemuda serta perangkat desa di wilayah desa jokoh Kota Pagar Alam. Dengan menerapkan metode presentasi teori dan konsep GIS, praktik dan studi kasus, diskusi dan evaluasi akhir. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman, keterampilan dan penguasaan keterampilan SIG pada tingkat dasar. Hasil akhir dari workshop ini adalah meningkatnya kualitas SDM untuk pengembangan SIG dan mengaplikasikan teknologi SIG di lapangan.

Abstract

The process of monitoring academic activity of SMA N 5 Pagar Alam City is still manual, because the data storage is still scattered in each field of teachers, sometimes the data entered in Microsoft Excel is not very accurate. From this problem, then a system of monitoring the processing of academic achievement data to determine the academic achievement of each student, where achievement data in the form of scores and activities of extracurricular activities will be easier to process, and the creation of reporting will be easier. This research uses waterfall methods and UML design, the devices used to build these systems using PHP and MySQL programming as databases. The system can be applied as a monitoring of students' academic performance so that academic data can be stored properly. The result of this study is the system of monitoring the academic achievement of high school students N 5 Pagar Alam City, with this system the school and parents are more effective in controlling and assessing activities related to the academic achievement of students.

Abstract

The majority of farmers are still unsure of which vegetable seeds are appropriate for planting on this property. This is due to farmers' lack of understanding of the conditions for planting these vegetable seeds on their fields. Due to farmers' and the general public's lack of understanding of land suitability evaluation, vegetable seeds have not been planted with optimum results because the requirements required for these vegetable crops do not match the land conditions that sustain vegetable growth. Understanding the significance of choosing vegetable seeds based on the adaptability of selecting land and plants also relies solely on farmers' scant knowledge. As a result, the authors believe that more research is needed to decide the best vegetable seeds for cultivation based on soil suitability and plant growth requirements. The AHP approach is very analytical and well-suited to determining the priority weight of each norm, which will later be used as a rating reference by the TOPSIS method. Based on the degree of soil suitability and the conditions for proper growth, it can be calculated that vegetable seeds will be planted later as an alternate, accurate, and dynamic approach
