Abstract

System Usability Scale (SUS) is a usability testing technique for a simple system using a Likert scale. Testing and usability analysis assess user satisfaction with the system or web. So, the purpose of this service activity is to train website usability testing with SUS, using the Dukcapil website as a test object. Dukcapil's website will be analyzed for its usability level as a real case for direct practice. In SUS, ten statements are used as parameters in assessing the usability of a website. This activity was attended by 20 people, including Bina Darma University students, vocational students, and IT staff from the Dukcapil Palembang City. The usability analysis of this website aims to assess how well user interaction with the website is going. Then, the results of this assessment and study produce an input as a reference for website development to be more optimal in the future. In testing the usefulness of the Dukcapil website in this PKM activity, it can be seen that the SUS score is at a score of 56.125, with the category Acceptable. Therefore, it shows that the Dukcapil website is ranked F, with a "Good" rating category. The training results show that the Dukcapil website is still very rarely accessed by users. Because it provides information lacking in updates, the features used are still in beta version (still in the testing phase). Users or participants still do not understand how to use it. In addition, this activity provides participants with an understanding of the website usability test using the SUS model

Abstract

Pengembangan sebuah aplikasi merupakan inovasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Untuk melakukan pengembangan aplikasi terdapat berbagai teknik pengembangan. pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web dan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis mobile memiliki perlakuan yang berbeda. Namun yang paling penting dari proses pengembangan aplikasi adalah pemodelan informasi aplikasi itu sendiri. karena dengan adanya pemodelan proses pengembangan akan lebih terarah dan sistematis. Pemodelan memiliki kemapuan menggambarkan cetak biru dari aplikasi yang akan dikembangkan. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pemodelan aplikasi menggunakan unified modeling language. Pemodelan dilakukan guna mempermudah proses pengembangan dengan kasus aplikasi booking tiket. Penggunaan unified modeling language dalam melakukan pemodelan juga disebabkan notasi unified modeling language memiliki kemampuan dalam menggambarkan berbagai proses dalam sebuah aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa pemodelan aplikasi dengan unified modeling language yang digambarkan dalam tiga bentuk notasi yaitu structure diagram yang digambarkan dalam bentuk class diagram, communication diagram yang digambarkan dalam bentuk activity diagram dan behavior diagram yang digambarkan dalam bentuk use case diagram. Pemodelan aplikasi juga diimplementasikan dalam bentuk prototype aplikasi dengan fitur pemesanan tiket, proses konfirmasi, jadwal keberangkatan serta pengelolaan data terkait dengan proses pemesanan tiket. The development of an application is an innovation to solve problems. To develop applications, there are various development techniques. Web-based application development and mobile-based application development have different treatments. However, the most important part of the application development process is modeling the application information itself. because with the modeling the development process will be more directed and systematic. Modeling can describe the blueprint of the application to be developed. For this reason, this research will conduct application modeling using the unified modeling language. Modeling is done in order to simplify the development process with the ticket booking application case. The use of unified modeling language in modeling is also due to the notation that unified modeling language can describe various processes in a developed application. The results of this study are in the form of application modeling with a unified modeling language which is depicted in three notation forms, namely a structure diagram depicted in the form of a class diagram, a communication diagram depicted in the form of an activity diagram and a behavior diagram depicted in the form of a use case diagram. Application modeling is also implemented in the form of application prototypes with ticket booking features, confirmation processes, departure schedules and data management related to the ticket booking process

Abstract

Abstract: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business entities or individuals that have productive activities and fulfill the criteria for micro-enterprises. The development of the economic sector in Indonesia is also influenced by MSME businesses. Beni Scroll Art is an MSME engaged in the sale of handicrafts such as making miniature amperes, trophies made of wood, bird statues made of wood and so on. This research is a development of research that previously discussed the use of website-based information technology which was developed into android-based information technology. Android-based sales applica-tion development is more effectively used for the community in the buying and selling process because it is more familiar in the community. Therefore, the system development carried out by researchers is an Android-based application in the sales process and to in-crease sales. The method used in developing this android application is a prototype with several stages of Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling and Quick Design, Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment Delivery and Feedback. The purpose of this research is to simplify sales, increase sales, and make the sales process more effective and efficient.            Keywords: applications; android; sales; SMEs  Abstrak: Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan badan usaha atau perseorangan yang mempunyai kegiatan produktif serta memenuhi kreteria dalam usaha mikro. Perkembangan bidang ekonomi di Indonesia juga diperngaruhi oleh usaha UMKM. Beni Scroll Art merupakan UMKM yang bergerak dibidang penjualan keterampilan tangan seperti pembuatan miniature ampere, piala dengan bahan dasar kayu, patung burung dengan bahan dasar kayu dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari penelitian yang sebelumnya membahas pemanfaatan teknologi informatika berbasis website dikembangkan menjadi teknologi informasi berbasis android. Pengembangan aplikasi penjualan berbasis android lebih efesien digunakan untuk masyarakat dalam melakukan proses jual-beli karena lebih familiar dimasyarakat. Maka dari itu pengem-bangan sistem yang dilakukan peneliti adalah aplikasi berbasis android dalam proses penjualan serta untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambangan aplikasi android ini adalah prototype dengan beberapa tahapan komunikasi, rencana cepat, pemodelan dan desain cepat, desain cepat, konstruksi prototipe, dan pengiriman dan umpan balik penyebaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempermudah penjualan, meningkatkan penjualan, serta agar proses penjualan lebih efektif, dan efesien. Kata kunci: aplikasi; android; penjualan; UMKM

Abstract

Penjualan produk oleh warga Desa Baru Kecamatan Rambutan yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional masih dinilai kurang mempromosikan produk yang dijual. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini agar dapat menyebarkan pengetahuan untuk warga desa agar dapat mempromosikan produk yang dijual secara digital dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang penggunaan Instagram dan membranding produk lewat desain produk yang menarik sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu menaikan jumlah penjualan, mempromosikan produk unggulan yang desa punya kepada khalayak ramai dan pengetahuan kepada warga desa akan pentingnya pemanfaatan digital marketing pada saat ini. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan bimbingan.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are micro businesses that are productive in their activities, and are owned by business entities or individuals. MSMEs at Beni Scroll Art (BSA) are engaged in handicrafts. The process of marketing, selling and buying that occurs in BSA MSMEs is still happening conventionally, between sales and consumers must meet directly physically. Activities that occur conventionally cause sales to be obedient, because many other competitors are selling online, making it easier to process transactions and consumers prefer digital transaction processes. Another problem that arises from the conventional process is that the process of promoting goods is not too broad because the promotion process can only be carried out in affordable areas. The solution to overcome this problem is that BSA MSMEs need to develop a marketing and buying and selling system by utilizing digital technology, namely building a BSA E-UMKM application that can be accessed online. E-UMKM BSA is an application that can be used to facilitate marketing and buying and selling transactions because it can be accessed online without meeting face to face. E-UMKM BSA can promote goods widely without having to do it physically. The waterfall method is a method used to assist in the development of the BSA E-UMKM application. The purpose of building E-UMKM BSA is to expand the range of promotions and increase sales of goods.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a development of previous research, where the results of previous studies have only arrived at the application design stage. Jimmy Fish UMKM is a business that sells fish seeds, while the fish seeds that are sold are: catfish, tilapia, goldfish, mujaer fish, catfish, and carp. Jimmy Fish UMKM has several activities to support its business, one of which is determining how much stock of fish fry is needed for each period. Jimmy Fish SMEs have problems in determining the amount of fish seed stock, Jimmy Fish SMEs still use estimates without definite calculations to determine the number of fish seed stocks. As a result of this problem, when someone wants to buy fish seeds, the number of stocks is not fulfilled (less), the number of fish seeds is depleted, and there is even an excess stock of fish seeds (only a few sold), so that activities at Jimmy Fish SMEs become less effective. The solution to the existing problems is to build an e-forecasing application using the wieghted moving average (WMA) method. The e-forecasting application is very important because it can predict the number of fish seed stocks for the next period using calculations from previous data. The e-forecasting application also provides convenience, speed and as a support system for making decisions on how many fish seed stocks must be fulfilled for the next period.Keywords: applications; e-forecasting; WMA  Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari penelitian sebelumnya, dimana hasil dari penelitian sebelumnya baru sampai pada tahap desain aplikasi. UMKM Jimmy Fish merupakan usaha yang menjual bibit ikan adapun bibit ikan yang dijual yaitu: ikan lele, ikan nila, ikan emas, ikan mujaer, ikan patin, dan ikan gurame. UMKM Jimmy Fish mempunyai beberapa aktifitas untuk mendukung usahanya salah satunya penentuan berapa jumlah stok bibik ikan yang diperlukan untuk setiap periodenya. UMKM Jimmy fish mempunyai permasalahan dalam menentukan jumlah stok bibit ikan, UMKM Jimmy Fish masih menggunakan perkiraan tanpa perhitungan yang pasti untuk menentukan jumlah stok bibit ikan. Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari permasalah tersebut, ketika ada yang ingin membeli bibit ikan jumlah stok tidak terpenuhi (kurang), jumlah stok bibit ikan habis, dan bahkan ada jumlah stok bibit ikan yang berlebih (hanya terjual sedikit), sehingga aktifitas pada UMKM Jimmy Fish menjadi kurang efektif. Solusi dari permasalah yang ada, dengan membangun aplikasi e-forecasing menggunakan metode wieghted moving average (WMA). Aplikasi e-forecasting sangat penting karena dapat prediksikan jumlah stok bibit ikan untuk periode selanjutnya menggunakan perhitungan dari data-data sebelumnya. Aplikasi e-forecasting juga memberikan kemudahan, kecepatan dan sebagai support system pengambilan keputusan berapa jumlah stok bibit ikan yang harus terpenuhi untuk periode selanjutnya.Kata kunci: aplikasi; e-forecasting; WMA

Abstract

The development of science and information technology supports activities carried out by individuals in using technology, to support operational and management performance. Such as Mobile-based e-Samsat Service to serve vehicle taxation with two-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicles, especially the people of Palembang. Mobile tax payments that can make it easier and closer to densely populated locations or caused by busyness. Information systems help service income tax factors of successful application and use of information technology are user factors. The level of readiness of users to receive information technology has a major influence in determining whether or not the application of the technology is successful. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence users in using the mobile-based e-Samsat Information System in the city of Palembang. Data analysis was carried out with SPSS (Statistical package for the social science) with the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) software which is a technology acceptance model that will be used by technology users. By evaluating e-Samsat, it is to find out whether the system has served motor vehicle tax payments properly and has met service quality standards. This study will evaluate the performance of e-Samsat with TAM instruments

Abstract

The libraries are the means used to obtain information because the library has a collection that can be used for academicians to obtain information. This study will carry out the design of the data ware house is a repository of data storage in a very large size that is capable of providing subject-oriented database for historical information and can be used to support decision-making system. In this study will be designed a Data Warehouse as a repository library is implemented using software to help Pentaho Kettle. Design of the Data Warehouse in this study using the steps in the development of a Data Warehouse.The results in this study is a draft Data Warehouse is used as a data repository library.

Abstract

Work is a necessity and routine for everyone. In doing ordinary work there are agencies where someone works. One of the workplaces is ConocoPhilips Suban. The existing work is to secure the goods in each wellies. Currently in the process of monitoring existing goods in the ConocoPililips Suban willes is still being done conventionally, especially the situation report for each wellies owned. For this reason, in this study the development of software used to monitor and manage the willes guarding schedule and find out the identity of anyone on duty in order to improve the performance of the members of guard. The software development used in this study is the waterfall model. Waterfall is a structured software development method with five stages namely communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment. The results of the research are monitoring wellies software with three types of users, namely admin, patrol officer, guard officer. The software also has a menu in the form of data management officers, wellies, goods, and reports. The software has two types of display interfaces namely web-based used for admin type users and mobile interfaces used for officer type users. The results also showed that the software was able to monitor goods in each wellies so that the reporting carried out had good accuracy values. Abstrak: Pekerjaan merupakan kebutuhan dan rutinitas septiap orang. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan biasaya terdapat instansi tempat seseorang bekerja. Salah satu tempat kerja yang adalah ConocoPhilips Suban. Pekerjaan yang ada yaitu melakukan pengamanan barang yang ada pada setiap wellies. Saat ini dalam proses monitoring barang yang ada pada willes ConocoPhilips Suban masih dilakukan secara konvensional terutama laporan keadaan untuk setiap wellies yang dimiliki. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk monitoring dan mengatur jadwal penjagaan willes serta mengetahui identias siapa saja yang bertugas agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja para anggota penjagaan. Pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waterfall model. Waterfall merupakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terstruktur dengan lima tahapan yaitu komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi dan deployment. Hasi dari penelitian berupa perangkat lunak monitoring wellies dengan tiga jenis pengguna yaitu admin, petugas patroli, petugas jaga. Perangkat lunak juga memiliki menu berupa pengelolaan data petugas, wellies, barang, dan laporan. Perangkat lunak memiliki dua jenis tampilan antarmuka yaitu berbasis web yang digunakan untuk pengguna jenis admin dan antarmuka mobile yang digunakan untuk pengguna jenis petugas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak mampu untuk melakukan monitoring barang pada setiap wellies sehingga pelaporan yang dilakukan memiliki nila akurasi yang baik.

Abstract

Abstract: The research was conducted at TB Bina Karya which is engaged in the sale and purchase of building materials. This research was conducted to predict building materials for the next period. The forecasting methods used in this study are single moving average (SMA), weighted moving average (WMA), and single exponential smoothing (SES). This study also discusses the error calculation of the forecasting method, the forecasting method which produces the smallest error value is used for making decisions in purchasing materials. The purpose of this research is to speed up the decision making for purchasing material inventory. Another goal is to produce more accurate forecasts by comparing 3 (three) methods.            Keywords: forecasting; single moving average; weighted moving average; and single exponential smoothing  Abstrak: Penelitian dilakukan pada TB Bina Karya yang bergerak dibidang penjualan dan pembelian bahan material bangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk forecasting bahan material bangunan periode selanjutnya. Metode forecasting yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu single moving average (SMA), weighted moving average (WMA), dan single exponential smooting (SES). Penelitian ini juga membahasan perhitungan error dari metode forecasting, metode forecasting yang menghasilkan nilai error terkecil digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam pembelian bahan material. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempercepat dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian persediaan bahan material.
