Abstract

Bina Darma University is one of the higher education institutions in South Sumatra Province. Bina Darma University has made a real contribution in the world of Education, especially in the South Sumatra Province. To ensure the smooth running of the academic routine, Bina Darma University has a special directorate, namely The Directorate of Systems and Information Technology (DSTI). The directorate's main task is to ensure the availability of IT services to support academic activities. One of the services currently available is a mobile-based academic information system (UBD on your hand). Where this service is a development service from an existing web-based academic information system. But to ensure that the service remains well-established, it is necessary to know how the user's perspective on an IT service such as the UBD application on your hand. To find out how far the user is using usability techniques using the system usability scale approach as a measurement tool. The measurement results obtained an average value of 87.2 indicating that the mobile-based academic information system (UBD on your hand) was viewed from an adjective rating including excellence category, seen from the grade scale including group B, and in terms of acceptability including acceptable groups. Thus, the category can be accepted by the user and feasible to use without repairs.

Abstract

Learning about the solar system at SMA Negeri 08 OKU for class 11 social sciences is still limited to the use of traditional media such as the use of worksheet books and blackboards as learning media which are less interactive and cannot display astronomical objects in a real way. This research aims to develop and provide 3D animation-based learning media using the ADDIE method as a more interactive and effective learning tool for solar system concepts. 3D animation learning media for the solar system was developed using the ADDIE method. This animation is designed to explain solar system concepts with interesting visualizations, including accurate scale comparisons between planets. This research includes the development of 3D learning animation media, implementation testing in class 11 social studies, as well as evaluation using questionnaires to measure effectiveness and student responses. The research results showed a positive response from students. As many as 70% of students agree that 3D animation of the solar system provides a better understanding of the concept of the solar system,

Abstract

Today's industry continues to develop with intense competition. with many new competing companies emerging in the same scope of industry. One pharmaceutical industry that continues to grow. So the need for good operational management so that the business continues to run. One of the good management by planning inventory that is efficient, effective, and economical. Pharmacy is included in the category of trading companies because its main activity is to purchase drug supplies from drug distributors / suppliers for resale to consumers without changing the shape or function of the goods. So the role of supplies is an important component in pharmacy operations. Rizeky Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies in Ogan Kemering Ilir Regency which coordinates pharmaceutical services for customers. The problem that is often faced by Rezeky Pharmacy is often the lack of availability of certain types of drugs which impact on the disruption of the drug sales process. Not only that for some types of drugs have excess inventory one of them expired drug because the storage process is too long. The solution to overcome the problem is to use the Economic Order Quantity method. So that it can be known when the optimal ordering point, what is the frequency of purchases within a certain period, how much stock is a safety stock, and time to repurchase drug supplies. And can find out how much savings the total cost of inventory from the Pharmacy

Abstract

This paper presents the development of the Archipelago Cultural Insight Education Application, an Android-based platform designed to enhance the learning of Nusantara’s rich cultural heritage. Utilizing Extreme Programming (XP), an agile software development methodology, the application was developed to accommodate the dynamic requirements of educational content and interface design. The XP approach facilitated rapid iterations and continuous feedback, ensuring the application remained aligned with educational goals and user needs. The application features a user-friendly interface with dedicated sections for Traditional Houses, Local Attractions, Regional Foods, Folk Songs, and other cultural elements. Each section provides comprehensive data and detailed descriptions that aim to educate and engage users. The design prioritizes intuitive navigation and ease of content management, which is critical for the educational effectiveness and sustainability of the app. Moreover, the integration of multisensory learning elements, such as auditory content in the Folk Songs section, enhances the educational experience by providing a more immersive understanding of the cultural context. The application's development process and its features illustrate the benefits of applying agile methodologies in educational technology, highlighting how they can be used to produce a robust, engaging, and informative educational platform. This study contributes to the field by demonstrating the practical application of agile principles in the design and implementation of educational technology that effectively bridges cultural education and digital innovation.

Abstract

This research aims to build a web-based KORPRI ASN compensation service information system for retired and deceased employees within the Ogan Komering Ilir District Government. This information system is a tool for presenting information in such a way that it is useful for the recipient through the services available in this system. The research material that will be used by the author includes employee data and compensation proposal data for KORPRI ASN retired and deceased in 2022. In this new system analysis, a web-based information system will be built that is used to minimize errors in recording KORPRI compensation data, so that can improve services and make reports faster and more accurate and for employees to make it easier to submit without having to come directly to the KORPRI service unit by applying the waterfall method which includes four stages, namely analysis, design, implementation and testing. This web-based information system was developed using PHP and MySQL.

Abstract

CV. Jaya Putra bergerak dibidang penjualan properti kayu. Permasalahan yang sering ditemukan di perusahaan melakukan pencatatan pemesanan secara konvensional sehingga dinilai kurang efektif dan beresiko hilangnya catatan pemesanan dari konsumen. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka penulis merancang perangkat lunak untuk dapat digunakan dengan mudah dalam konteks jenis, harga dan ukuran properti kayu serta persediaankayu yang tersedia. Perangkat lunak pemesanan properti kayu pada CV Jaya Putra adalah sebuah aplikasi yang berguna untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam ruang lingkup pemesanan properti kayu serta pemanfaatan rekayasa perangkat lunak dalam proses pemesanan properti kayu. Perangkat lunak ini dibuat dengan algoritma FIFO (First In First Out) sehingga pemrosesan bisa adil yang melakukan verifikasi pembayaran pertama akan di proses pertama. Pada penelitian ini yang di bangun merupakan perangkat lunak berbasis web dengan bahasa pemograman PHPdan menggunakan database MySQL. Dalam penelitian in penulis merancang apikasi dengan menggunakan Flowchart, Unified Modeling Language (UML) antara lain usecase diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Hasil yang di capai adalah aplikasi pemesanan properti kayu, dan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam hal pemesanan properti kayu dan pengolahan laporan penjualan kayu pada CV. Jaya Putra.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi memunculkan berbagai jenis kegiatan yang berbasis pada teknologi informasi, seperti e-government, e-bisnis, e-education dan sebagainya. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam bidang pendidikan dapat dilihat dari banyaknya sekolah-sekolah yang mengharuskan yayasan untuk mendukung sekolah agar dapat memiliki jaringan internet. Banyak sekolah berlomba-lomba memasang jaringan internet untuk dapat menikmati kemudahan mendapatkan informasi melalui internet. Blog adalah salah satu perkembangan teknologi di bidang internet. Blog atau weblog merupakan istilah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan suatu perkembangan dari suatu Website Personal yang memudahkan pengguna dalam menampilkan informasi secara pribadi di Internet dengan cara yang mudah. Dengan melakukan kegiatan secara berkala selama rentang waktu yaitu selama 50 jam, diharapkan siswa-siswi dapat memahami materi dengan baik dan dapat mengimplementasikannya secara langsung. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode pengamatan (observation) yaitu teknik pengumpulan data secara langsung dilokasi pelatihan, metode wawancara (interview) yaitu tim pengabdian melakukan konsultasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait, dan metode penyuluhan (training) yaitu bertujuan untuk pengembangan potensi diri. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dengan tujuan agar siswa dapat mempraktekkan bagaimana membuat website dengan menggunakan blog dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan dan pembelajaran di SMA PGRI 2 Palembang.

Abstract

Even though the internet is very important for education, currently there is a phenomenon in Indonesia which shows a high interest in internet use by all age groups. Indonesians spend more time on their cell phones than reading newspapers to read popular news. However, the use of social media often has negative content such as hoaxes, hate speech, pornography and violence. To overcome this problem, an FGD (Forum Group Discussion) application called Charum was established. Charum is designed as a group discussion platform for various topics, including programming, job vacancies, politics and games. This application makes it easy to search for topics, search for popular topics, and follow existing threads. In its development, this application uses the Lean UX method with three processes: think, make, and check. At the checking stage, usability testing and usability scales are carried out to ensure that the designs made can solve existing problems.

Abstract

Accepting a scholarship at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Babul Ulum Mariana is an important process that requires an effective decision support system. This research aims to implement the Weight Product (WP) Algorithm Method as a website-based decision support system to assist decision making for scholarship recipients. The research methodology includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation of the Product Weight algorithm, and system testing. Scholarship selection criteria are identified and weighted according to their level of importance. Data on prospective scholarship recipients is entered into the system to be processed using the Weight Product Algorithm. This research was conducted to understand the concept of the Weight Product (WP) Algorithm and decision making in the context of scholarship acceptance. Research includes implementing a web-based system by implementing the WP method, system performance testing, and results analysis. It is hoped that the results of this research will show that a website-based decision support system using the Weight Product (WP) Algorithm method can help make decisions on scholarship recipients effectively. This research can be used as a basis for system development at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Babul Ulum Mariana.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) merupakan bentuk implementasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan peran mahasiswa dalam mendukung pembangunan desa melalui pendekatan kolaboratif. KKNT ini dilaksanakan di Desa Purwosari, Kecamatan Tanjung Lago, Kabupaten Banyuasin, dengan fokus utama pada tiga aspek: pendidikan, lingkungan, dan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Pada aspek pendidikan, mahasiswa melaksanakan kegiatan mengajar dan pendampingan belajar di SDN 05 Tanjung Lago untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kemampuan literasi siswa. Pada aspek lingkungan, dilakukan penghijauan di lingkungan sekolah dan kantor desa untuk menciptakan ruang terbuka hijau dan menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pelestarian alam. Sedangkan pada aspek ekonomi, mahasiswa melakukan pendampingan UMKM melalui pelatihan pemasaran digital serta pembuatan website promosi produk lokal bernama PesonaPurwosari.com. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, edukatif, dan praktik langsung di lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat dapat menciptakan dampak positif dalam penguatan kapasitas desa secara berkelanjutan. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi masyarakat, tetapi juga menjadi media pembelajaran sosial bagi mahasiswa.
