Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mendeskripsikan penyesuaian diri siswa, (2) mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa, (3) mendeskripsikan prestasi belajar siswa, (4) menguji apakah terdapat hubungan antara penyesuaian diri, motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa, (5) implikasi pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling  dalam meningkatkan penyesuaian diri, motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP Padang kelas VII dan VIII tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 443  orang, sampel sebanyak 210 orang, yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner untuk penyesuaian diri dan kuesioner motivasi belajar. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa (1) penyesuaian diri siswa secara umum berada pada kategori baik, (2) motivasi belajar siswa secara umum berada pada kategori tinggi, (3) prestasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, (4) terdapat hubungan penyesuaian diri dengan prestasi belajar siswa, (5) terdapat hubungan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa, (6) terdapat hubungan penyesuaian diri, motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa, dan (7) implikasi hasil penelitian dijadikan sebagai masukan untuk membuat program layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat meningkatkan penyesuaian diri, motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research is based on the researcher's concern to the students who have not been able to adapt themselves in the school which is seen from the adjustment with the school rules, teachers, peers and facilities and infrastructure in the school. As students move from elementary school to junior high school they find it difficult to adapt. Data on student conformity is obtained through observation and interview.This study aims to describe students' self-adjustment in school. The sample in this study amounted to 210 students. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that students' self adjustment is generally categorized as good. Furthermore, based on the adjustment indicator with good rules, the indicators of adjustment with the teacher is good, adjustment indicators with peers are good and adjustment indicators based on facilities and infrastructure are also good.

Abstract

A This research is motivated by the feeling of morality that arises on the inmates involved in drug cases and theft. The presence of anxiety experienced by the inmates in the cell both psychologically and socially. But the focus in this study is: 1) The mental health deskription of the prisoners is seen from social feelings. 2) The mental health deskription of prisoners is seen from feelings of morality. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. key informants as much as 2 people and additional informants as many as 4 people, Instruments that researchers use in this research is interview. Data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results can reveal that: 1). The mental health deskription of the inmates is seen from the social feelings that prisoners are able to socialize and be able to get closer to other inmates, the inmates are able to perform activities and obey the rules that are in the cell, for example: eating together, praying congregation, sharing together and exercising together. 2). The mental health deskription of the inmates is seen from feelings of guilty that feel guilty by breaking the law and regretting his actions, the prisoners promise to serve punishment or regulation, and behave well during the sentence. Able to undergo all the obligations that are in the cell as given the responsibility for maintaining cleanliness and comfort while in the cell. Based on the results of the study can be recommended to inmates to be able to control the psychic emotions while undergoing punishment in the cell.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of families who have not been able to shape children's discipline, such as children who are not allowed to wear socks to school and allow children to come late to school. This study aims to describe: 1) The role of the family as a protector of family members. 2) The role of the family as the socio-economic family. 3) The role of the family in fostering the basis for the principles of social life. 4) The role of the family as an initial socialization process. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were 199 class VII students. The sample was taken using simple random sampling technique with a total of 67 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire which was analyzed by using the percentage technique. The results of the research on the role of the family in forming children's discipline revealed that: 1) The role of the family as a protector of family members was in the very good category with a percentage of 45.45% 2) The role of the family as the socio-economic family was in the very good category with a percentage of 46.97 % 3) The role of the family in fostering the basics for the principles of social life is in the very good category with a percentage of 72.73% 4) The role of the family as the initial socialization process is in the very good category with a percentage of 74.24%. From the research findings, it is recommended that families be able to maintain the family's role in shaping children's discipline

Abstract

This research background is student’s interpersonal communication skills are less good, the students are to be silent, can not express their opinions. The purpose of this research : 1) description of student’s interpersonal communication before implemented group guidance, 2) description of student’s interpersonal communication after implemented group guidance, 3) Effectiveness of the using discussion methods on group counseling guidance discussion toward improving students’ interpersonal communication skills.This research was quantitative research. The method used in this research was quasi experiment research design by using discussion method in group counseling guidance toward students. Sample taking was used purposive sampling technique. Quantity of sample in this research there were 10 students. Instrument used in this research was questionaire. While, technique of data analysis was used t-test technique.The result of this research revealed that: 1) description of student’s interpersonal communication before implemented group guidance was in less good criteria, 2) description of student’s interpersonal communication after implemented group guidance was in good enough criteria, 3) effectiveness of the using discussion methods on group counseling guidance discussion toward improving students’ interpersonal communication skills seen in effective criteria. Result of this research recommended to the counseling guidance teachers toward improving students’ interpersonal communication by using discussion method, because the existing of discussion method in group counseling guidance is useful toward improving students’ interpersonal communication.

Abstract

Banyaknya permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran daring pada new normal menjadi dasar pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini. PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada guru-guru di SMK dan SMA DEK agar mampu menciptakan kerjasama atau kolaborasi dalam proses pembelajaran pada masa new normal sehingga dengan terciptanya kerjasama maka akan terbentuk iklim belajar yang baik dan efektif sehingga tujuan sekolah bisa tercapai. Pelaksanaan PkM ini dilaksanakan secara daring mengunakan platform Google Meet. Kegiatan PkM ini diikuti oleh Guru SMK dan SMA DEK sebanyak 23 orang Guru. Kegiatan ini merupakan dialog interaktif dengan Guru SMA dan SMK DEK. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM ini yaitu memaparkan materi (ceramah), diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta pemaparan masalah yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran. Proses dialog interaktif dipandu langsung oleh TIM PkM. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa para Guru sangat antusias, serius dan dapat mengaplikasikan bentuk kolaborasi dengan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Kolaborasi, Pembelajaran, Guru

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangidari rendahnya hasil belajar siswa, siswa sering menghabiskan waktunya untuk bermain Game Online, hal ini diduga penyebab rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Penelitianinibertujuanuntuk mendeskripsikan (1) kecanduan game online siswa, (2) hasil belajar siswa, (3) hubungan antara kecanduan game online dengan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelasional.. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: (1) kecanduan siswa pada game tergolong kategori tinggi (2) hasil belajar siswa tergolong kategori rendah dan (3) Terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kecanduan gameonlinedengan hasil belajar dengan koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar -0,225. Kata Kunci: Game Online, Hasil Belajar ONLINE ADDICTION RELATIONSHIP GAMESTUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES ABSTRACT This research is motivated by low student learning outcomes, students often spend their time to play Online Game this is supposedly the cause of low student learning outcomes. This study aims to describe (1) addiction to online game students, (2) student learning outcomes, (3) the relationship between online game addiction with student learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative method of correlational descriptive type. This research explains that: (1) student addiction in game belonging to high category (2) result of student learning pertained low category and (3) There is significant negative relation between addiction of game online with result of learning with the correlation coefficient (rxy) of -0.225. Keywords: Game Online, Learning Out Comes

Abstract

 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya fenomena peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi rendah yang cenderung malas dalam belajar, tidak memiliki kemandirian dalam belajar, tidak memiliki perhatian dan konsentrasi dalam belajar, menampakkan minat yang kurang dalam belajar, keengganan mengerjakan tugas, cepat bosan di kelas, berusaha menghindar dari kegiatan belajar, memiliki kecemasan yang tinggi jika dihadapkan dengan tugas yang sulit. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA N 1 Pariaman. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana guna untuk melihat pengaruh media bimbingan dan Konseling terhadap motivasi berprestasi di kelas XI SMA N 1 Pariaman.Hasil penelitian diperoleh: 1) Gambaran media bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kategori tinggi 2) Gambaran motivasi berprestasi pada kategori sangat tinggi 3) Pengaruh penggunaan media bimbingan dan konseling terhadap motivasi berprestasi berdasarkan uji regresi sebesar 0,382 x 100% atau 38,2%. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini peneliti merekomendasikan kepada peserta didik untuk dapat mempertahankan media bimbingan dan konseling serta meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi.THE EFFECT OF MEDIA GUIDANCE AND COUNSELINGON ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATIONIN CLASS XI SMA N 1 PARIAMAN  ABSTRACT               This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students who have low achievement motivation who tend to be lazy in learning, do not have independence in learning, do not have attention and concentration in learning, show less interest in learning, reluctance to do assignments, get bored quickly in class, try to avoid learning activities, have high anxiety when faced with difficult tasks.               The type of research used is descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study were students of class XI SMA N 1 Pariaman. Sampling in this study using proportional random sampling technique. From the calculation results obtained a sample of 120 respondents. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. To analyze the data, a simple linear regression formula was used in order to see the effect of guidance and counseling media on achievement motivation in class XI SMA N 1 Pariaman.               The results obtained: 1) The description of the guidance and counseling media is in the high category 2) The description of achievement motivation is in the very high category 3) The influence of the use of guidance and counseling media on achievement motivation based on the regression test is 0.382 x 100% or 38.2%. Based on the findings of this study, the researcher recommends that students be able to maintain guidance and counseling media and increase achievement motivation.

Abstract

This research is based on the researcher's awareness of the students who have low learning motivation that there are students who play in learning, lazy learning as disturbing his friends, telling when the teacher explained the lesson, playing Mobile, doodling his book that has nothing to do with lessons and doodling tables and student achievements that are still many under the minimum mastery criteria . This study aims to describe students' learning motivation. The sample in this study amounted to 210 students. This research is a research with quantitative descriptive approach. The result of this study shows that the students' learning motivation belongs to high category, based on the indicators of persistence in learning are in the high category, so the tenacious indicators are in high category, the interest indicator is in the high category and the independence indicator is in the category

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya hambatan guru BK dalam pelaksanaan program layanan informasi secara online (melakukan need assessment, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, analisis hasil, dan tindak lanut). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evalusi, analisis hasil dan tindak lanjut pelaksanaan program layanan informasi secara online. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 59 guru BK yang dipilih dengan teknik Clouster Random Sampling yakni sebanyak 30 sampel guru BK. Instrumen yang digunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan klasifikasi persentase. Hasil penelitian tentang pelaksanaan program layanan informasi secara online di SMAN Se-Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dilihat dari perencanaan berada di kategori baik, pelaksanaan berada dikategori kurang baik, evaluasi berada dikategori baik, analisis hasil berada dikategori baik, tindak lanjut berada pada kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada guru BK untuk lebih meningkatkan pelaksanaan layanan informasi secara online agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik lagi.Kata Kunci : Program, Layanan Informasi, Online
