Abstract

Background and objectives: The spread of HIV / AIDS is still a major worrying problem at this time, not a single country in the world is free from HIV / AIDS. WHO has set a target of 90-90-90 which is expected that by 2020, 90% of people living with HIV will know their status, 90% of all people diagnosed with HIV will receive continuous antiretroviral treatment and 90% of all people who receive antiretroviral treatment obtains HIV viral suppression. The Government of Timor-Leste in its efforts to tackle HIV / AIDS in the future by improving coordination between related sectors in the context of implementing AIDS prevention programs with the hope of achieving targets, namely zero new infection, zero AIDS related death and zero discrimination. This study aims to determine the determinants of the perception of MSM in the use of VCT. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional analytic survey design with men having sex with men (MSM) aged ≥ 18 years as respondents. The study was conducted in Dili Municipality, Timor-Leste. The sample was selected using the convenient sampling method with a total of 150 respondents. Data collected by interview method. Data analysis was performed using logistic regression to determine the Adjusted Odd Ratio of each variable. Results: The results showed that respondents who had tested in the last 1 year were 64.7% and respondents who had never tested in the last 1 year were 35.3%. The results of multivariate analysis with logistic regression showed that the variables associated with VCT utilization were perceived vulnerability (AOR = 14.761; 95% CI = 1.976-110.242; p = 0.009) and information sources (AOR = 0.038; 95% CI = 0.005-0.284; p = 0.001). Conclusion: Perceptions of vulnerability and sources of information are related to the use of VCT in MSM. So it is hoped that health workers will collaborate with NGO administrators to be more active in educating MSM regarding the importance of using VCT through VCT mobile services, using approaches through online media and direct counseling.

Abstract

Background: Medical records are confidential medical files belonging to patients, and the storage must be managed properly to maintain the security and confidentiality of medical record files. The medical record storage system requires the right method so that storage is organized. The implementation of the alignment system at Kebonjati Hospital Bandung uses a middle digit filling alignment system, namely storage by aligning medical record files seen from the 2 (two) middle numbers contained in the medical record file map.Objective: This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of the alignment system with the middle digit filling system on the effectiveness of storing medical record files at Kebonjati Hospital, Bandung.Methods: The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used was literature study, observation and interviews with a population of 4 and 4 people were selected as samples.Results: From the research conducted, it was found that the use of the middle digit filling alignment system in the implementation of centralized medical file storage was considered effective when observed from the number of missing medical record files.Conclusion: Alignment of medical records with the Middle Digit Filling System at Kebonjati Hospital Bandung is effective, because the factor of misfiles is often due to fatigue or lack of thoroughness of the staff.Keywords: Alignment, Storage, Medical Records

Abstract

Rekam medis merupakan catatan yang mendokumentasikan informasi penting dalam satu periode perawatan pasien. Kelengkapan rekam medis rawat inap sangatlah penting terutama pada lembar ringkasan pasien pulang, oleh karena itu harus dijaga mutunya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses analisis kelengkapan pengisian ringkasan pasien pulang guna menunjang mutu rekam medis di RS X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Maret 2023 di Rumah Sakit X yang ada di Kota Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 93 sampel ringkasan pasien pulang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Pengambilan sampel data menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil dari analisis kelengkapan pengisian ringkasan pasien pulang dalam aspek kelengkapan, pada review identifikasi pasien terdapat kelengkapan tertinggi yaitu sebesar 100% dokumen terisi lengkap. Pada review laporan penting diketahui tanggal masuk, tanggal keluar, ringkasan hasil keluar, pengobatan selama di Rumah Sakit, riwayat alergi, efek samping obat, diagnosa sekunder, instruksi perawatan lanjut dan keperluan kontrol adalah item yang lengkap (100%). Sedangkan item kondisi pasien saat keluar RS yang paling sedikit terisi, yaitu (87%). Pada review autentikasi item tanda tangan dokter penanggung jawab pasien dan item waktu pengisian belum terisi dengan lengkap (67%). review pencatatan terdapat ketidaklengkapan pada item tulisan dapat dibaca dan item tidak terdapat baris kosong (88%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pengisian formulir ringkasan pasien pulang di RS X sudah sesuai dengan SOP yang di tetapkan oleh RS, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ada yang belum optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendaftaran rawat jalan dan tingkat kepuasan pasien di RSUD Kota Bandung sebagai contoh institusi pelayanan kesehatan.Interaksi antara pasien dan petugas kesehatan, terutama di tempat pendaftaran rawat jalan, memiliki dampak besar pada kepuasan pasien, yang pada gilirannya dapat memengaruhi citra rumah sakit dan jumlah kunjungan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui berbagai  teknik,  termasuk  observasi,  kuesioner,  dan   studi   pustaka. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan perhitungan rumus slovin dengan mengacu pada penelitian terdahulu yang menghasilkan data yang baik dalam  pembahasannya.Penelitian  dilaksanakan selama bulan Maret hingga Mei 2023, melibatkan 238  pasien  rawat  jalan  sebagai  responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap proses pendaftaran. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pasien merasa puas dengan pelayanan pendaftaran rawat jalan di RSUD Kota Bandung. Namun, ditemukan  beberapa  permasalahan terkait ketidakmampuan pasien untuk melakukan kontrol karena tidak membawa surat rujukan dari faskes lain. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan memperbaiki prosedur pendaftaran dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi kepuasan pasien. Dalam konteks pelayanan kesehatan, terutama di rumah sakit, kepuasan pasien  merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini telah memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang pentingnya pelayanan kesehatan dalam menjaga kesejahteraan masyarakat. Rekomendasi dan saran dapat diberikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ditemukan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Kota Bandung dan menciptakan citra positif dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to know the confidentiality and security aspects of the medical records in the archives room of the Puskesmas Cipatat Kabupaten Bandung Barat. This study was conducted at Puskesmas Cipatat. This research method uses qualitative descriptive method, the data collection techniques used are observation, literature study and questionnaire. Search results are safety aspects of medical records in the records room, specifically tracer, AC, coil o pack, ticks, insects present in the records room and also food or waste drinks, dust in the filling room. Meanwhile, APAR, thermometer, camphor, leaky roof and direct (ultraviolet) sunlight shining on the surface of medical record documents in room records showed no fungi in the room profile. For the private aspects of the medical records in the room record, i.e. having agents other than the medical record enter the records room, there are no medical record documents brought in by the patient, lack of medical records, as well as the doctors and nurses that keep the contents of the medical records therein. There is no security device in the room like CCTV.
