Abstract

Jatropha oil which is non-edible oil were hydro-crack at atmospheric pressure using an activated wood char catalyst in a fixed bed reactor. The hydro-cracking process was carried out at three temperature variations of 400, 450 and 500oC, and three variations of the oil feed injection rate of 2/2, 2/5 and 2 mL/10 minutes. The catalysts were characterized using SEM and BET. The composition of the liquid product obtained from the hydro-cracking process was analyzed using GC-MS. The effects of operating temperature and oil feed injection rate on oil recovery and conversion have been discussed. The results showed that the feed injection temperature and rate had an effect on the yield and conversion. The highest yield of 59.8% oil liquid products was achieved at a temperature of 450oC with injection rate of 2 mL/10 min. The composition of the oil-liquid product was dominated by heptanal at 32.9% -mass. Alkanes group contain C5 to C20 and alkene compounds consist of C8 until C18.

Abstract

Hydroponics wick system using AB Mix in some media of planting is expected capable of generating growth and power results of plant crocheted. The research aims to obtain a variety of planting media and the concentration of the best AB mix nutrients for the growth of kailan plants, conducted at the UPT Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, from April 2019 to May 2019. Research in the form of 3x4 factorial experiment with Complete Random Design.Consists of 3 types of growing medium, huskchorcoal, cocopeat, sawdust while the nutrient solution consists of AB mix concentrations of 1000 ppm, 1200 ppm, 1400 ppm, 1600 ppm. The parameters observed, height plant, number of leaves, length of leaves, width of leaves, long roots, the diameter of the rod, fresh weight per plant, weight suitable for consumption per plant. Planting medium charcoal husk on the concentration of nutrients 1000 ppm resulted in the growth of plants kailan were good. Keywords: Hydroponics, growing medium and Nutrition AB mix

Abstract

Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang idetitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan praktek lapangan kerja yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit X diketahui bahwa pada periode tahun 2020 ditemukan adanya duplikasi nomor rekam medis sebanyak 58 nomor rekam medis yang ganda (double number). Hal tersebut tentunya sangat mempengaruhi proses pelayanan diantaranya pada klaim BPJS, riwayat pengobatan, dan proses pengolahan data pada bagian filing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan masalah utama pada kasus tersebut, serta menemukan solusi agar meminimaslisir kembali terjadinya kasus duplikasi pada nomor rekam medis. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, observasi, dan wawancara serta pengumpulan data. Kemudian hasil yang ditemukan bahwa penyebab utamanya adalah petugas pendaftaran salah menginput tanggal lahir pasien pada saat pendaftaran dan pasien lupa membawa kartu identitas pasien (KIB). Upaya yang dilakukan setelah terdeteksi adanya nomor rekam medis yang ganda yaitu dengan cara menggabungkan nomor rekam medis dan dipilih nomor rekam medis yang sering berkunujung, proses tersebut dilakukan oleh petugas bagian casemix. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan masalah utama pada kasus duplikasi nomor rekam medis medis dan menemukan solusi agar meminimalisir terjadiya kasus duplikasi nomor rekam medis.

Abstract

ABSTRAKRumah sakit adalah instansi pelayanan kesehatan yang berkewajiban memberikan pelayanan kesehatan secara menyeluruh, untuk menunjang hal tersebut rumah sakit perlu memiliki rekam medis sebagai data administratif . rekam medis tersebut perlu memiliki data yang lengkap dan akurat guna menunjang proses pelayanan serta proses kelancaran pengklaiman BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kelengkapan resume medis rawat inap BPJS di Rumah Sakit Melania Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan statistik deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, dokumen dan wawancara yang memiliki relevasi erat dengan pokok permasalahan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat beberapa permasalahan diantaranya: (1) ketidak lengkapan penulisan resume medis (2) ketidak terbacaan penulisan diagnosa medis (3) ketidak lengkapan penulisan nama jelas serta tanda tangan dokter dan perawat yang merawat pasien. Adapun saran yang diberikan untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada yaitu : (1) adanya koordinasi antar unit rekam medis dengan PPA (Profesional Pemberi Asuhan)  (2) sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya kelengkapan pengisian formulir rekam medis (3) membentuk tim review rekam medis.Kata kunci : Analisis Kelengkapan, Klaim Bpjs Kesehatan, Resume Medis

Abstract

Based on the results of research studies at the Cilengkrang Health Center, Bandung Regency, it is known that in the implementation of the alignment of medical record documents there are still misplaced and missing (misfiles) so that it hinders the process of taking and returning medical record documents both stored and to be borrowed. This misplaced and missing file can affect patient care because it can hamper the examination process, besides that the lost medical record will be regenerated with a new medical record so that the contents of the medical record become ineffective. The purpose of this study was to analyze, to know the description of the lending system on the occurrence of missfiles of outpatient medical record files in the filling room by means of qualitative methods and data collection by interviews, as well as observations at the Cilengkrang Health Center, Bandung Regency. The results showed that from 1,044 outpatient medical record files, 5%, namely 52.2 medical record files, had missfiles, which were not appropriate in placing/compiling medical record files on the proper shelves. Efforts to fix this problem are redesigning the filling room so that the distance between the filling racks is more ergonomic, using tracers and installing procedures / SOPs in the storage room (filling), and using color coding on the folder folder.

Abstract

The role of coders is important for hospitals. The available coders to achieve harmony in a job. As a process to get the number of hours of work needed to complete the workload in a certain time an analysis of the workload is needed.This study was conducted to calculate the number of PMIK personnel needed at Hospital X Palembang according to workload analysis. This was a descriptive study with qualitative approach. Data collection is using observation and interview to the Coder employee at X Hospital Palembang.The education qualification of Coder employees at X Hospital Palembang are 4 (four) PMIK with Associate’s Degree of Medical Records. Human Resources SDM of SIK’s calculation (Case Mix) uses the medical workload analysis (ABK-Kes) method are 4 (four) PMIK and at X Hospital Palembang there are 4 (four) PMIK, so that the amount is still relatively safe to complete tasks according to the existing workload. The conclusion of this study is the number of PMIK coders in Hospital X Palembang there are 4 (four) PMIK coders. Calculation of HRK needs in the SIK (Case Mix) section using the Health Workload Analysis (ABK-Kes) method of 4 (four) PMIK and in X Palembang Hospital there are 4 (four) PMIK so that the number of officers is still relatively safe to complete tasks according to existing workloads.

Abstract

Background: Proses dalam pembelajaran merupakan proses komunikasi yang di dalamnya melibatkan tiga komponen pokok, yaitu, komponen pengirim pesan, penerima pesan dan pesan pesan itu sendiri. Namun, tidak jarang terjadi kegagalan komunikasi di dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil Observasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada kenyataannya dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas guru lebih mendominasi dan masih menggunakan metode ceramah, sehingga siswa cenderung pasif, bosan dan pada akhirnya tidak memiliki ketertarikan terhadap pembelajaran biologi. Untuk menghindari kegagalan komunikasi, maka guru perlu menyusun strategi pembelajaran, yang salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas penggunaan media model dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode: Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan empat macam instrument yaitu lembar observasi, test berupa pretest-posttest, kuesioner, dan lembar wawancara. Adapun siswa yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 72 siswa dari dua kelas yang dijadikan sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen pembelajarannya menggunakan media model pembentukan urin sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional berupa ceramah ditambah dengan powerpoint. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran telah sesuai dengan perencanaan pada RPP. Selain itu, hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol, dan media mendapatkan respon positif oleh beberapa pihak, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan media model pembentukan urin efektif dalam pembelajaran sistem ekskresi. Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan media model pembentukan urin efektif digunakan dalam membelajarkan materi system ekskresi.

Abstract

Method of calculating human resource needs based on workload (WISN) is a method of calculating health human resource needs based on the real workload carried out by each category of health human resources in each work unit in health care facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the need for human resources based on workload standards in the medical record work unit. The research method used is descriptive research with data collection techniques, classification, data processing/analysis, making conclusions and reports. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the total number of personnel needed by the patient registration section of the Kiara Department of Dr. Cipto Mngunkusumo Hospital was 6 people, currently in the field there are 4 registration officers. The personnel needed by the medical record unit of the Kiara Department of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital are 11 people, while the reality in the field is that there are 7 medical record officers. There should be an increase in the number of medical record personnel by 4 people according to the calculation using the WISN method.

Abstract

Disease index is a summary arrangement of the list of disease types and sick conditions based on a classification system or numbering code as a means of communication. This outpatient disease index will be produced in the form of recapitulation of reports of the top 10 outpatient diseases, which are useful for hospitals and also as a report to the Health Office, District, Province and Ministry of Health. This reporting is used as a decision-making related to hospital management and management related top 10 diseases by the hospital and the Health Office. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach while data collection techniques used by the author is by means of observation techniques, interviews and library studies that have close relevance to the subject matter. From the results of the research that has been done, there are several problems, namely: 1) Diagnosis is incomplete and unclear, 2) The disease code is unclear or difficult to read, 3) Delay in the implementation of outpatient disease index. The suggestions provided are as follows: 1) The hospital gives a briefing for the writing of the diagnosis to the doctor and reminds the doctor to do a clear and complete recording, 2) The hospital provides a briefing for writing the disease code to the coder so that the disease code can be more clearly read and easy to understand. 3) The hospital conducts socialization, monitoring, evaluation routinely to the data processing department, treatment room and index so that the implementation of disease index can be carried out on time.

Abstract

In human life there will be a life cycle where humans will experience various important events in their lives, one of the important events is death. These important events need to be recorded because they greatly affect the life experience of every human being and will have legal consequences for the person concerned. A death certificate is a doctor's certificate that certifies that a person has died. A death certificate contains the identity of a person and the causes that led to the person's death. This study aims to analyze the design of an inpatient death certification information system at Koja Hospital Jakarta. The research method was carried out by descriptive method with data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and document review related to the design of a death information system. In designing the software the author uses the waterfall method. And the supporting applications used are Web-based. From the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of making death certificates for inpatients at Koja Hospital is still done manually. There were several obstacles faced in the field, including the making of an inaccurate death report and many of the families of the patients who died asking for a copy of the death certificate because the file was lost. It is recommended that Death Certificates be made electronically in the form of designing a death certification information system and making internal and external death reports to be carried out in a computerized system so that reporting officers can report data quickly and accurately.
