Abstract

Micro, Small, Medium Entreprises (MSMEs) have an important role to increase the economic growth, but MSMEs face problems in financial accounting amd records. Lack of understanding of financial accounting practices and not accurate in financial records is an obstacle for MSMEs to optimize their performance and business growth. The purpose of community services was to provide a simple financial accounting and recording assistance for MSMEs in Suliliran Baru village. Community services activities include: identifying problem in MMSEs, cash management, and preparing financial report. The method used consist ofdelivering material about financial accounting, training, and assistance for recording daily transactions. The results community service was to increase MSMEs owners in managing financial accounting and to be organize the financial records. The skills acquired can help MSMEs in making better business decisions and more effective financial management. Keywords: Business, Accounting, Financial Records, Transaction, MSMEs.

Abstract

Agricultural Institutions are a driving factor in achieving agricultural resource management that encourages the achievement of farmer welfare. The existence of important physical and management aspects is studied, especially in rice producing centers, in relation to their contribution to the food supply. The objective of this research to identify existing agricultural institutions in Bukit Pariaman Village, to identify the role of farming institutions in the rice farming production subsystem, and analyze farmers' access to existing agricultural institutions in Bukit Pariaman Village. The research was conducted in Bukit Pariaman Village, Tenggarong Seberang District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency in May-July 2024. The sampling method was purposive sampling. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and perception analysis of access to agricultural institutions. The research results showed that agricultural institutions in Bukit Pariaman Village are adequate and well accessible. The role in the production subsystem was demonstrated by the achievement of an annual rice production surplus of 88.81%.

Abstract

AbstrakSayuran siap masak memberikan kemudahan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga tanpa memerlukan waktu lama dalam proses memasak.  Preferensi konsumen menjadi kunci untuk mencapai ketahanan pangan yang berkelanjutan dan membuka peluang bagi industri pangan untuk memenuhi permintaan masyarakat akan sayuran siap masak. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis karakteristik konsumen, proses keputusan pembelian dan preferensi konsumen terhadap paketan sayuran siap masak di Sayuryuk.com. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2023-Januari 2024 di Jl. Pakis Merah 19 Blok D No. 676, Samarinda Utara. Pemilihan responden menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dan penentuan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 66 responden. Preferensi konsumen paketan sayuran siap masak di Sayuryuk.com diukur dari dua indikator dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik konsumen Sayuryuk.com merupakan perempuan, pendidikan terakhir SMA, usia 21-30, berdomisili di Samarinda utara, memiliki pendapatan/bulan Rp1.000.000,00-Rp5.000.000,00. Proses keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh kesadaran akan kesehatan, informasi dari teman atau keluarga, dan pengalaman berbelanja sebelumnya, dengan frekuensi pembelian kurang dari 2 kali dalam sebulan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Atribut yang dianggap paling penting adalah kesegaran, sementara atribut kemasan dinilai memiliki kinerja yang sangat baik. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap paketan sayuran siap masak di Sayuryuk.com sangat puas mencapai 83,78%.Kata kunci: Atribut, kepuasan, konsumen, paketan siap masak, preferensi.AbstractReady to cook vegetables provide convenience in meeting the nutritional needs of families without requiring a lengthy cooking process. Consumer preferences are key to achieving sustainable food resilience and present opportunities for the food industry to meet the demand for ready to cook vegetables in the community. The purpose of the research is to analyze consumer characteristics, purchasing decision process and consumer preferences towards packages of cooked vegetables at Sayuryuk.com. The research conducted from October 2023 to January 2024 at Jl. Pakis Merah 19 Block D No. 676, North Samarinda. Selection of respondents using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sample determination with a total sample of 66 respondents. The consumer preference for cooked vegetable packages on Sayuryuk.com is measured from two indicators using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index methods. (CSI). The results of the research show that the characteristics of the consumer Sayuryuk.com is a woman, high school graduate, aged 21-30, resident in north Samarinda, has a monthly income of Rs 1,000,000,00-Rp5,000,000,00. The purchase decision process is influenced by health awareness, information from friends or family, and previous shopping experience, with the frequency of purchases less than 2 times a month affecting the purchase decision. The attribute that is considered most important is freshness, while the packaging attributes are rated to have excellent performance. The consumer satisfaction rate with the cooked vegetable package at Sayuryuk.com was very satisfied at 83.78%.Keywords: Attribute, Cooked Packages, Customer, Preferences, Satisfaction.

Abstract

Market integration and transmission elasticity are indicators of achieving marketing efficiency. Marketing rice as a staple food commodity is important for economic purposes. The objective research was to identify trends in rice prices at the producer and the retailer, to determine market integration, and the elasticity of rice transmission. The research was conducted in East Kalimantan Province. This study used secondary data. The secondary data used are weekly series data of January-December 2023, from The National Strategic Food Price Information Center, Bank Indonesia. Data obtained by Bank Indonesia through The Daily Food Price Survey is a survey conducted by Bank Indonesia. Trends in rice price were analyzed using descriptive analysis, market integration was analyzed using Index Market Connection (IMC), and price transmission was analyzed using price elasticity transmission. The results showed that trends in retail rice prices faced price volatility at 4.62 percent and rice prices at the producer level faced price volatility at 5.37 percent. The rice market in East Kalimantan is not integrated in the short run, but integrated in the long run with IMC > 1 and the integrated coefficient is 1,0949. Transmission elasticity of rice prices in East Kalimantan was 0,7896. Rice prices have not been transmitted efficiently. The policy implication for the government is to improve market price information and rice stock management as a market intervention. Government collaboration with market players, especially rice distributors, can be an alternative to ensure the availability of rice in the region. To improve local food security, regulating planting time, and planting frequency, increasing farm productivity, and guaranteeing output prices is the focus of improving market mechanisms in the region.

Abstract

The national demand for roses experienced an increase from 2021 to 2023. However, in East Kalimantan Province, rose demand declined during the same period. This research examines the development of rose production in East Kalimantan. The objectives are to: 1) identify the trends in rose production area expansion and 2) analyze the development of rose production quantities in the province. The research employs library research and descriptive quantitative methods. Data were sourced from the National Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the East Kalimantan Provincial Bureau of Statistics, along with relevant references regarding ornamental plant production in Indonesia and East Kalimantan. From 2021 to 2023, there was a significant decline in both the rose production area and output in East Kalimantan. This reduction in cultivation area was primarily due to land-use conversion triggered by population growth. Meanwhile, unpredictable weather and rural economic challenges contributed to the decrease in rose production. To address this issue, priority should be given to policies promoting the protection of productive land, technological innovation, and business diversification for farmers to boost rose cultivation area and output in East Kalimantan.

Abstract

Tingkat literasi keuangan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu dalam kinerja usaha tani dengan kemampuan petani untuk mengakses modal dari pembiayaan formal. Modal merupakan salah satu kendala dalam mengembangkan usaha tani. Kecamatan Tenggarong Seberang merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil beras di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara yang berasal dari pertanian padi sawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat literasi keuangan petani padi sawah berdasarkan pengetahuan, perilaku, dan sikap keuangan. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Bukit Pariaman dan Desa Bhuana Jaya, Kecamatan Tenggarong Seberang, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara pada bulan Maret hingga September 2024. Jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis indeks literasi keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan petani berada pada kategori rendah dengan rata-rata indeks literasi keuangan sebesar 52,48%, pengetahuan sebesar 49,72%, perilaku sebesar 51,67%, dan sikap sebesar 56,04%. Sebaran jumlah petani yang berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 1 orang, kategori sedang sebanyak 17 orang, dan kategori rendah sebanyak 42 orang. Tingkat literasi keuangan di lokasi penelitian perlu ditingkatkan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan keuangan kepada petani melalui kolaborasi antara pemerintah desa, balai penyuluhan pertanian, perguruan tinggi, dan lembaga keuangan formal.

Abstract

AbstrakSektor pertanian berkontribusi terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), salah satunya subsektor tanaman pangan yang menghasilkan komoditas beras. Tingkat konsumsi komoditas beras memiliki jumlah yang cukup tinggi yang diikuti dengan beberapa bahan makanan tambahan lain seperti gula dan minyak goreng sehingga ketiganya tergolong ke dalam bahan pokok penting (bapokting). Pemerintah berupaya menstabilkan harga dan pasokan melalui inisiatif seperti Toko Siap Jaga Harga dan Pasokan (Sigap) di Pasar Segiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Oktober-Desember 2024 di Kota Samarinda. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perkembangan harga bahan pokok penting dan inflasi dan menganalisis pengaruh harga bahan pokok penting terhadap inflasi. Data bulanan yang digunakan yaitu dari bulan April 2022-September 2024 diperoleh dari PIHPS Nasional dan BPS Kota Samarinda yang dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Harga beras menunjukkan Rp12,450/kg-Rp17,300/kg, harga gula menunjukkan Rp14,750/kg-Rp18,600/kg, dan minyak goreng menunjukkan Rp19,200/L-Rp30,500/L. Inflasi tertinggi di Samarinda mencapai 1,05%, sementara deflasi sebesar -0,2% yang dipengaruhi oleh efek dasar dari inflasi rendah pada tahun sebelumnya dan pelaksanaan operasi pasar. Secara keseluruhan, harga gula, minyak goreng, dan keberadaan Toko Sigap tidak signifikan memengaruhi inflasi di Kota Samarinda. Namun, secara parsial, harga minyak goreng memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inflasi.Kata kunci: Beras, gula, harga, inflasi, minyak goreng.AbstractThe agricultural sector contributes to Gross Domestic Product (GDP), including the food crop subsector that produces rice. Level of consumption of rice is quite high, followed by several other additional foodstuffs such as sugar and cooking oil, so that all classified as essential goods (bapokting). The government aims to stabilize prices and supply through initiatives like the Ready-to-Guard Price and Supply Store (Sigap) at Segiri Market. The research aims to analyze the price developments of essential goods, inflation and the influence of important essential goods prices on inflation. The research was conducted from October to December 2024 in Samarinda City. Monthly data from April 2022 to September 2024 was obtained from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center and Statistics of Samarinda Municipality to be using descriptive methods and multiple linear regression. The prices for rice ranged from Rp12.450/kg to Rp17.300/kg, sugar from Rp14.750/kg to Rp18.600/kg, and cooking oil from Rp19.200/L to Rp30.500/L. The highest inflation in Samarinda reached 1.05%, while deflation was recorded at -0.2%, influenced by low inflation effects from the previous year and market operations. Overall, the prices of sugar and cooking oil and the presence of Toko Sigap, did not significantly affect inflation in Samarinda. However, cooking oil prices partially had a positive and significant impact on inflation.Keywords: Cooking oil, inflation, price, rice, sugar.
