Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari solusi atas permasalahan keterlambatanpengolahan informasi administrasi divisi udara domestik dan beban kerja kepala divisi udaradomestik yang lebih berat oleh karena perbedaan struktur organiasasi pada PT. X. PT. Xmerupakan perusahaan ekspedisi yang melakukan pengiriman melalui tiga divisi, yaitu darat,udara domestik, dan udara intnernasional. Selama ini, PT. X telah melakukan perbaikan untukmenyelesaikan kedua permasalahan tersebut, namun upaya tersebut belum berhasil. Untuk mencarisolusi penyelesaian perusahaan tersebut, harus dilakukan analisis dan pemahaman ataspermasalahan yang terjadi, sehingga didapatkan solusi penyelesaian masalah yang tepat. Penelitianini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan merupakan riset terapan yang bertujuan untukmemberikan solusi kepada PT. X mengenai perbaikan sistem informasi manajemen dan strukturorganisasi yang tepat, guna menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakandata primer berupa alur kerja, aliran informasi, penyebab permasalahan, dan kondisi internal daneksternal perusahaan, serta data sekunder berupa struktur organisasi perusahaan dan jobdescription. Dari hasil analisis, didapatkan tiga solusi yang dapat dilakukan oleh PT. X, yaitumenambah supervisor untuk administrasi divisi udara domestik, menambah bagian kredit danborderel invoice di kantor bandara, dan menginputkan data LPH berdasarkan pemilahan secarakredit atau kontan.

Abstract

UD. Indah Makmur a cosmetic product distributor located in Surabaya area. In afurther development, it is almost certain that a large enough scale businesses likeUD. Indah Makmur requires an information system to support the processescontained therein. But these allegations have to go through a reasonable andsystematic reasons, and not just through the allegations or perceptions. Dodistributing questionnaires as a means to obtain primary data include consumerbehavior data to determine consumer behavior UD. Indah Makmur in making apurchase. The results of the questionnaire will be used as the input of the variousstatistical tests such as crosstab and MANOVA. In crosstab analysis, it wasconcluded that there is a relationship between the old and new customers withaverage variable interval message to UD. Indah Makmur and it was concludedthat there is a relationship between consumer groups based on their location withaverage variable interval message to UD. Abstract

We monitored nesting of a pair of Changeable Hawk-Eagles Nisaetus cirrhatus at Gunung Halimun–Salak National Park, West Java, in two consecutive years (2012 and 2013). The single egg was laid in July in the first year, and June in the second. This is consistent with data from the early 20th Century which suggests these are the peak laying months for Java. Contrary to the literature, both sexes took part in incubation, though the female incubated more frequently. The incubation and nestling periods were estimated to be c.50 days and 62 days, respectively, but as neither laying nor hatching was observed directly, it is possible that the first period is over-estimated, and the second, under-estimated. The combined period (112 days) is consistent with the minimum estimate of 108 days in the literature. The body length (including tail) of the 2013 eaglet grew at an average rate of c. 6 cm per week. Of 21 prey items brought to the nest by the adults, 13 (62%) were reptiles, and only three were mammals.

Abstract

  Abstract: The aim of this research is to explore an extracurricular activity for English subject in  a school which is called with English Club. Besides, the writer also wanted to know the contribution of the English club on the students' English learning. Therefore, the writer used a descriptive method in this research. After conducting the research, the writer found a lot of information about the English club. In the English club, it is not a compulsory for the students to join the English club. In other word, the students are free whether they want to join the English club or not. Then, in the English club, the students do any activities that can promote their English learning. And, the average scores of the students who join the English club is higher than the students who do not join the English club.   Keywords: English Club, Trainer, Students Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tau sebuah kegiatan ekstrakurrikuler untuk mata pelajaran bahasa inggris di sekolah yang di sebut dengan English club. Selain itu, penulis juga ingin mengetahui kontribusi dari English club tersebut pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris siswa. Oleh karna itu, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif di dalam penelitian ini. Setelah menyelenggarakan penelitian nya. penulis menemukan banyak informasi tentang English club. Di dalam English club, bukan merupakan kewajiban bagi siswa untuk bergabung dengan nya. Dengan kata lain, para siswa bebas untuk bergabung atau tidak. Kemudian, di dalam English club, para siswa melakukan berbagai kegiatan yang bisa mempromosikan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris mereka. Dan, nilai rata-rata siswa yang bergabung dengan English club lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang tidak bergabung di dalam English club tersebut. Kata Kunci: English Club, Pelatih, Siswa

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur dan fungsi pada cerita rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil analisis cerita menunjukan alur maju pada cerita Asal-Muasal Keroak Bangkai dan Manusia yang Berubah Menjadi Kera sedangkan pada cerita Ikan Roan Ajaib memiliki alur campuran. Latar yang terdapat pada ketiga cerita rakyat ini yaitu latar tempat, latar waktu dan latar sosial. Tokoh dalam cerita Asal-Muasal Keroak Bangkai yaitu Sabe?, Were?, Nenek, dan anak nenek. Tokoh dalam cerita Manusia yang Berubah Menjadi Kera yaitu Mak Temmah, Sulung, penguasa hutan, dan teman bermain Sulung. Tokoh dalam cerita Ikan Roan Ajaib yaitu Wak Majja?, Makke?, ikan roan, Dol Halle?, anak Dol Halle?, orang pincang, orang Bugis Sulawesi,  tokoh agama,  dan pencuri. Tema yang terdapat dalam cerita Asal-Muasal Keroak Bangkai ialah penyesalan  seoarang istri  karena kecerobohannya. Tema yang terdapat  dalam cerita Manusia yang Berubah Menjadi Kera ialah anak yang durhaka kepada orang tuanya sedangkan tema yang terdapat  dalam cerita Ikan Roan Ajaib ialah seekor ikan roan yang membawa keajaiban. Fungsi cerita rakyat yaitu sebagai media pengajaran, sebagai alat pewaris tatacara hidup tradisional, sebagai cara penyampaian asal-usul kejadian, sebagai alat pengesahan adat kebiasaan, sebagai alat pendidikan, sebagai alat pengendalian sosial, dan sebagai hiburan. Kata kunci: struktur, fungsi,cerita rakyat Abstract: This study aimed to determine the structure and function of the folklore. This research used descriptive method. The results of the analysis showed that the story of the Origin of Keroak Bangkai and Man Transformed into apes had progressive plot while the story of Roan Magic Fish had a flashback plot. The Setting contained in these folklores were place setting, time setting and social setting. The characters in the story of The Origin of Keroak Bangkai were Sabe ', Were', Grandma, and the child's grandmother. The characters in the story of Man Transformed into apes were Mak Temmah, Sulung, the ruler of the forest, and Sulung?s playmates. The The characters in the story of Roam Magic Fish were Majja Wak ', Makke', Roan, Dol Halle ', Dol Halle?s child', the gimp, the Buginese of Sulawesi, religious leaders, and thieves. The theme in the story of The Origins of Keroak Bangkai was a wife remorsed for his indiscretions. The theme in the story of Man Transformed into Apes was children againsted their parents while the theme in the story of Roam Magic Fish was a Roan fish brought the magic. The function of folklore were as teaching medium, as a means of traditional living heir procedures, as a way of delivering the origin of something, as a validation tool of customs, as an educational tool, as a means of social control, and as entertainment.
