Abstract

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Pusri), anak perusahaan PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), memprioritaskan pelestarian lingkungan melalui program Tabungan Nona di PT. PUSRI Palembang, mengelola sampah non-organik demi mendukung ekonomi sirkular. Dalam program ini agar meningkatkan partisipasi, berencana mengembangkan situs web menggunakan Figma.Laporan kerja praktik ini bertujuan merancang desain website Tabungan Sampah NONA dengan Figma dan menampilkan hasilnya. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi dan interaksi langsung dengan penanggung jawab sistem informasi di PT.PUSRI, sementara metode studi pustaka digunakan sebagai referensi penelitian.Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Figma membantu proses analisis dan desain dari flowchart, menghasilkan desain tampilan Tabungan Sampah NONA yang efektif di PT.PUSRI Palembang. Saran untuk pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website melibatkan pertimbangan keamanan dan privasi data, serta tetap terhubung dengan pengguna dan pihak terkait untuk menerima umpan balik secara teratur, sehingga website tetap relevan dengan kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna serta memfasilitasi partisipasi aktif dalam konsep Tabungan Sampah NONA.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat mendorong perusahaan untuk berinovasi dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya, termasuk sistem informasi yang penting untuk pengelolaan aset seperti rumah dinas. Rumah dinas,sebagai fasilitas untuk karyawan, memerlukan sistem informasi yang efektif agar dapat mengurangikesalahan administratif serta meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi operasional. Namun, tantangan yangdihadapi adalah kurangnya standar evaluasi yang konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukurkualitas sistem informasi rumah dinas di perusahaan minyak dan gas menggunakan metode McCall, yangmenilai aspek ketepatan, keandalan, efisiensi, dan kegunaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner,wawancara, dan observasi, lalu dianalisis untuk mengevaluasi kualitas sistem. Hasil menunjukkan bahwasistem memiliki nilai keseluruhan 92,3%, dengan efisiensi dan ketepatan yang baik, tetapi operabilitas yangperlu ditingkatkan. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk perbaikan, terutama dalam aspek kegunaan dan pelatihanpengguna, untuk meningkatkan pengalaman dan mengurangi kesalahan operasional.Kata Kunci : Sistem informasi, rumah dinas, metode McCall, kualitas perangkat lunak, minyak dan gas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pola peminjaman buku di Perpustakaan Daerah untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan koleksi melalui pengetahuan berbasis data. Dengan menggunakan data transaksi dari Perpustakaan Daerah Sumatera Selatan, penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma Apriori untuk mengidentifikasi aturan asosiasi antar buku yang dipinjam. Hasilnya menunjukkan asosiasi signifikan, seperti buku tentang implementasi basis data yang sering dipinjam bersama dengan buku tentang integrasi basis data dengan web, dengan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 87%. Pengetahuan baru ini memungkinkan pustakawan untuk menyelaraskan alokasi anggaran tahunan dengan preferensi pengguna, memastikan relevansi dan efisiensi pemanfaatan koleksi perpustakaan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menegaskan efektivitas algoritma Apriori dalam menggali pola yang bermakna dari data transaksi, menawarkan kerangka strategis untuk optimalisasi sumber daya. Tantangan seperti penanganan data yang tidak lengkap dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan preferensi pengguna menekankan pentingnya mengintegrasikan temuan algoritmik dengan umpan balik berkelanjutan dari pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini memberikan pendekatan praktis untuk meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan daerah dengan menyesuaikan pengadaan buku sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

Salah satu komponen sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah pengambilan keputusan adalah sistem pendukung keputusan. Proses dari penilaian dan penentuan siswa berprestasi pada sekolah ini kurangnya ketepatan dan hanya terfokus pada nilai akademik rapor, sedangkan banyak kriteria-kriteria lainnya yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam menentukan siswa berprestasi seperti nilai kehadiran, nilai keaktifan dan lainnya. Sistem pendukung keputusan terdiri dari beragam metode, salah satu metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique atau bisa disingkat metode SPK SMART. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para guru dalam menentukan keputusan yang objektif dalam menentukan siswa SMK Negeri 5 Palembang yang berprestasi. SPK yang dibangun menggunakan 7 kriteria pemilihan dan 35 data alternatif yang ditentukan pihak sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini dibuatkannya sistem yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan kesulitan pihak sekolah dalam menentukan siswa berprestasi dengan waktu efisien dan ketepatan dalam perhitungannya yang tentunya dapat mengurangi masalah terhadap (Human Error).

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various sectors, including the education sector. MA Babussalam Payaraman, as an Islamic educational institution, recognizes the importance of integrating technology to improve management efficiency. One of the crucial aspects in madrasah financial management is the tuition fee payment system (Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan, SPP). This study aims to design and implement an efficient SPP Payment Information System at MA Babussalam Payaraman. The development method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) to accelerate the system development process. During the research phase, an in-depth understanding of the madrasah's needs and the SPP payment process was conducted. Next, a system prototype design was created to be adaptable to user needs. The RAD implementation process allows for iterative development and active participation from users, ensuring the system meets the actual needs of the madrasah. This study resulted in an SPP Payment Information System that can be used by the Madrasah Aliyah Babussalam to facilitate the SPP payment process and report generation.

Abstract

The Ikan Musi Mobile Application is an application developed by the Fisheries Department of the Musi Banyuasin Regency Government in 2021. This application is an Android/web-based platform aimed at improving the information system and facilitating information access for the public. This study was conducted to analyze the usability level of the Ikan Musi Mobile Application using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The research method used by the author is a quantitative approach. The theoretical foundation serves as a guide to ensure the research focus aligns with the real conditions in the field. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. All questionnaires collected during the research process were processed and classified using Microsoft Excel 2013 spreadsheet software, then analyzed using the SUS method. Based on the research conducted with 15 respondents, usability testing of the Ikan Musi Mobile application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method yielded an average score of 85.5, indicating that the application is considered to be highly usable.

Abstract

The implementation of the Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIMAK) has raised concerns regarding data security, particularly the privacy of personal data, academic grades, and Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) information. Threats to user data privacy often originate from internal actors, posing risks to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. This study aims to explore the factors influencing SIMAK users’ privacy awareness behavior in response to such threats, using the Technology Threat Avoidance Theory (TTAT) as a theoretical framework. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 393 respondents, comprising active SIMAK users from both student and faculty groups. The collected data were analyzed using the Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) method with the SmartPLS 4 software. The results reveal that perceptions of vulnerability and severity, as well as their interaction, positively influence threat perception. This perceived threat significantly enhances the motivation to avoid risks. However, the interaction between threat perception and safeguard effectiveness shows a negative impact. On the other hand, self-efficacy positively contributes to avoidance motivation, which in turn influences users’ awareness behavior in protecting data privacy. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing individual awareness and capability in maintaining information security within academic information systems.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, data utilization has emerged as a key to increasing company competitiveness in the current era of digital transformation, especially in the culinary industry. Recommendation systems are one way of analyzing data. Kedai Kopi Raja Palembang has so far only used transaction data as documentation without further analysis, making it difficult to determine sales products and customer purchasing patterns. This study aims to develop a menu package recommendation system using the Fp-Growth algorithm to analyze transaction data and provide more relevant recommendations. The development method used is the prototype method, with the provisions of the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) stages which include data selection, preprocessing, transformation, application of the Fp-Growth algorithm, and evaluation using the Lift Ratio. The system was developed using Python and allows users to flexibly determine the minimum support and confidence values. The results of the study from the data used in the Raja Coffee Shop transaction history show that the system successfully identified 24 association rules from a minimum support of 1% and a Confidence of 70%. Then, an evaluation was carried out using the Lift Ratio which has a strong relationship between items and the 5 highest rules were taken from the Lift Ratio results for the recommendation menu. The implementation of the Fp-Growth algorithm in a transaction data-based recommendation system can enable business owners to make decisions by utilizing transaction data, to increase the efficiency of menu preparation, and become a model for other culinary businesses in optimizing marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of the service quality of the OKU Regency website. The aim of this study is to assess the service quality level of the OKU Regency website and to identify which E-Govqual attributes need to be improved and maintained using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This study uses E-Govqual and Importance Performance Analysis methods. Data was collected from 270 respondents through a questionnaire. The results show that the service quality score of the OKU Regency website is -0.111. Based on these results, it indicates that the service quality of the OKU Regency website is still low and does not meet user expectations. The analysis of the Importance Performance Analysis quadrant shows that no attributes are in Quadrant A (Main Priority), while Quadrant B (Maintain Performance) contains 10 attributes, Quadrant C (Low Priority) contains 7 attributes, and Quadrant D (Excessive) contains 4 attributes. This research can be used to improve and develop the OKU Regency website by the OKU Regency Communications and Information Office.

Abstract

Higher education institutions are increasingly reliant on academic information systems to manage comprehensive academic processes. However, a preliminary survey of several respondents revealed user complaints regarding the service quality of these systems. Further analysis identified a gap between user expectations and perceptions of the service quality of the implemented academic information systems. This study aims to measure the service quality of SIAKAD (Academic Information System) at Siti Khodijah College of Health Sciences using the E-S-Qual model, which incorporates four dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, fulfillment, and efficiency. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey targeting students and lecturers. Data were collected using a questionnaire adapted from the E-S-QUAL (Electronic Service Quality) indicators to evaluate the academic information system’s service quality. The results show that there is a negative gap in all dimensions, which means that service quality has not fully met user expectations. The Efficiency dimension has the largest gap (-1.19), followed by Fulfillment (-1.13) and System Availability (-1.12), while the  dimension has the smallest gap (-1.08). These findings indicate the need for improvement, especially in the aspects of efficiency and fulfillment of service promises to increase user satisfaction. This study provides recommendations for information system managers to make improvements to the service process and conduct periodic evaluations for continuous improvement in service quality.
