Abstract

In the era of digitalization, data utilization has emerged as a key to increasing company competitiveness in the current era of digital transformation, especially in the culinary industry. Recommendation systems are one way of analyzing data. Kedai Kopi Raja Palembang has so far only used transaction data as documentation without further analysis, making it difficult to determine sales products and customer purchasing patterns. This study aims to develop a menu package recommendation system using the Fp-Growth algorithm to analyze transaction data and provide more relevant recommendations. The development method used is the prototype method, with the provisions of the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) stages which include data selection, preprocessing, transformation, application of the Fp-Growth algorithm, and evaluation using the Lift Ratio. The system was developed using Python and allows users to flexibly determine the minimum support and confidence values. The results of the study from the data used in the Raja Coffee Shop transaction history show that the system successfully identified 24 association rules from a minimum support of 1% and a Confidence of 70%. Then, an evaluation was carried out using the Lift Ratio which has a strong relationship between items and the 5 highest rules were taken from the Lift Ratio results for the recommendation menu. The implementation of the Fp-Growth algorithm in a transaction data-based recommendation system can enable business owners to make decisions by utilizing transaction data, to increase the efficiency of menu preparation, and become a model for other culinary businesses in optimizing marketing strategies.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi telah menjadi komponen krusial dalam mendukung operasi perusahaan. Salah satuperusahaan BUMN di Indonesia yang memanfaatkan teknologi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidangminyak dan gas, yang telah menerapkan aplikasi surat dinas untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi formal antardepartemen. Aplikasi ini dikenal sebagai “P-Office.” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasipenggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem informasimerupakan indikator penting dari keberhasilan implementasi suatu sistem. Metodologi yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah Framework PIECES, yang mencakup enam atribut yaitu Performance,Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, dan Service. Penelitian ini melibatkan 46 responden yangmerupakan pengguna aplikasi P-Office, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil analisismengindikasikan bahwa pengguna merasa puas. dengan aplikasi P-Office, dengan skor rata-rata untukatribut PIECES berkisar antara 3,85 hingga 4,68. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi P-Office berfungsi dengan baikdan memenuhi harapan pengguna, meskipun masih ada beberapa aspek yang dapat ditingkatkan untukmeningkatkan efisiensi dan kepuasan operasional.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Pengguna, PIECES, Aplikasi P-Office

Abstract

The Academic Information System of Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang serves as a key infrastructure supporting academic processes. However, user behavior indicates a low level of information security awareness. Issues such as forgotten passwords, logging in through others’ devices, unawareness of storing sensitive personal data, switching devices due to access spikes, and infrequent password changes increase the risk of cyber threats that may compromise data privacy. This study measures the information security awareness level of active users of the Academic Information System using the Human Aspects of Information Security Questionnaire (HAIS-Q), which comprises three dimensions—Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior (KAB)—and seven subareas weighted through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The findings show that the overall level of information security awareness falls into the “adequate” category, with a score of 72.49%. These results underscore the need for improvement initiatives, including more comprehensive education on information security within the Academic Information System.

Abstract

Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kualitas pembangunan manusia di suatu wilayah. Sumatera Selatan menghadapi kesenjangan pembangunan antar wilayah, namun dilakukan analisis sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor dominan yang berkontribusi. Penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma C4.5 untuk mengidentifikasi faktor paling berpengaruh terhadap IPM di Sumatera Selatan menggunakan data dari 17 kabupaten/kota periode 2010-2024 (260 sampel setelah preprocessing). Proses Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) mencakup selection, preprocessing (menangani 10 missing values), transformation (mengkonversi IPM numerik ke kategorikal), dan implementasi C4.5 dengan kedalaman maksimal 3 level. Hasil menunjukkan dimensi ekonomi mendominasi dengan pengeluaran riil per kapita berkontribusi 60,09%, diikuti harapan lama sekolah (16,83%), umur harapan hidup (11,98%), dan rata-rata lama sekolah (11,10%). Decision tree menghasilkan 8 rules IF-THEN yang menunjukkan untuk mencapai IPM "Sangat Tinggi" diperlukan pengeluaran per kapita di atas Rp11.278.085 dikombinasikan dengan harapan lama sekolah lebih dari 14,44 tahun. Selain itu, sistem dibangun untuk menyediakan fitur analisis dan visualisasi yang dapat digunakan dimanfaatkan untuk penggunaan dataset selanjutnya

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has transformed various aspects of human life, including the way people work, interact, and learn. This progress has driven increased efficiency in daily activities, especially in higher education. The increasing dependence of the academic community on digital systems in academic and administrative activities has also increased information security risks in higher education. Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, which is undergoing a digital transformation, faces challenges in building information security awareness among its users. This study aims to measure the level of information security awareness of the academic community using quantitative methods through the Human Aspects of Information Security Questionnaire (HAIS-Q), which covers the dimensions of Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior in 7 focus areas. The measurement stages refer to the Kruger & Kearney model with the determination of the importance weight of each focus area using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The questionnaire data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the level of information security awareness was in the moderate category with a total score of 74.15%. The Knowledge dimension obtained a score of 70.39%, Attitude 75.63%, and Behavior 75.82%. The lowest scores were found in the sub-focus area of ​​internet and social media usage behavior. This finding underscores the need for strategic interventions in the form of ongoing training, outreach, and technical policy development to strengthen information security awareness within universities, particularly in areas with low levels of awareness.
