Abstract

At present, interior design SME in Indonesia is one of the most rapidly developing SMEs in Indonesia, but this great potential is also accompanied by a high risk, especially in supply chain. The purpose of this study is to analyze risks, find out the causes of the risk, and recommend the best mitigation strategies that can be done in the supply chain of SME interior design. The method used for this research is mixed research method and the type of research used is descriptive research. Data analysis was carried out using SCOR level 1 method with HOR approach. Level 1 SCOR is used for activity mapping. The House of Risk (HOR) approach is divided into 2 stages, in which phase 1 begins with identifying the risks of the problems that have been experienced by interior design SMEs in Indonesia. After obtaining the ten cause of risks that exist, measures of severity and correlation will be carried out. Finally, Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) is calculated to find out the most dangerous cause of risk, which is distance traveled. HOR stage 2 begins with the evaluation of the most dangerous cause of risks from the results of ARP calculations. This stage focuses on choosing the most effective handling strategy, which is to encourage the efficiency of shipping by only making one delivery of goods.

Abstract

Background: Obstructive jaundice can be caused by malignant or benign origin. The treatment for these situations includes drainage by biliary stenting. The aim of this study was to evaluate the success rate of Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in evaluating malignant obstructive jaundice and the success rate of plastic stent placement. Method: We conducted a retrospective study based on data of ERCP in Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital from October 2004 until July 2007. Results: We evaluated 100 patients who had undergone ERCP examination, 92 (92%) of them had clinical diagnosis of obstructive jaundice (direct bilirubin indirect bilirubin). Those with obstructive jaundice were found to have no malignancy in 47 (51.1%) patients, with malignancy in 28 (30.4%) patients, and 17 (18.5%) of them would have further diagnostic evaluation. We had conducted a descriptive study in 36 patients who had tried to have plastic stent placement. Nineteen (52.8%) patients succeed in plastic stent placement; whereas 17 (47.2%) patients had failed. Further evaluation showed that age and sex did not affect stent successfulness, and malignancy was showed to be a factor for stent failure (malignancy: 16 fail and 6 successes (27.3%) vs. non malignancy: 1 fail and 13 successes (92.85%). Conclusion: Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital has acceptable success rate for diagnostic ERCP in obstructive jaundice patients. However, it is relatively lower than other studies, which might be caused by late referral and different standard instruments that were used. Keywords: obstructive jaundice, malignancy, ERCP, stent placement

Abstract

Increasing population density and concretization in urban areas, such as Magelang City, have caused a significant decrease in green open spaces (RTH), which has an impact on food security and independence. Magelang City, with a population density of 7,361 people/km², faces a major challenge in providing adequate green spaces to support local food production. Rejowinangun Selatan Village, as one example, shows the limited green open spaces available. To overcome this problem, urban farming, especially through hydroponic techniques, offers an effective solution. The methods applied in this community service include various approaches to educate and directly involve the community in the practice of making hydroponics with solar panels. By utilizing renewable energy-based technology, such as solar panels and integrated electrical systems, hydroponic farming allows food production in limited spaces such as house terraces. This system not only increases food independence and security, but also ensures that the vegetables produced are healthier because of the minimal use of pesticides. Urban farming with the hydroponic method can optimize the use of limited space and become a productive and sustainable alternative for urban communities.
