Data was collected through interviews using a questionnaire. Respondents in MNC Media division news gathering employees numbered 202 people. The analytical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is processed using AMOS 22. The results of this study indicate that workloads have a significant effect on decreasing job satisfaction. Besides that the workload increases the desire to get out of work or company. Training has the effect of increasing job satisfaction from employees towards their employment. Employee competencies are known to have a positive influence on satisfaction but negative on turnover intention. While job satisfaction has a positive influence on turnover intention, the lower the job satisfaction, the higher the desire to get out.

Order of village land is the process of managing and regulating land at the village government level. According to Law Number 6 Year 2014, villages are authorized to manage local governance matters, including those related to land issues. This research aims to understand the implementation of land administration systems in Dayeuhluhur Village, Tempuran Subdistrict, Karawang Regency, West Java Province. The method used is juridical-empirical, incorporating interviews and direct observations in Dayeuhluhur Village, along with data analysis from literature as supporting evidence. Data collected is qualitatively analyzed to explain findings derived from observations and journal records. Data was gathered from primary sources such as interviews and observations, as well as secondary sources like documents. The study's findings indicate that the land administration system in Dayeuhluhur Village functions effectively. However, it also reveals that the role of the Dayeuhluhur Village government in land administration is not yet ideal due to several reasons, including weaknesses in human resources, lack of coordination with relevant agencies, deficiencies in village land administration systems and procedures, and inadequate community awareness of the importance of orderly land administration. Therefore, due to these inhibiting factors, the village government is less effective in ensuring orderly land administration, both internally and externally. By addressing these barriers, it is hoped that the village government's role in ensuring orderly land administration can be maximized to benefit the community and the village as a whole.

Rapid multiplication of potato seed using cuttings is a pivotal strategy for ensuring seed availability. This study aimed to elucidate the interactive effects of node number, paclobutrazol concentration, and planting density on seed potato and cutting productions. The study consisted of two experiments. The first experiment evaluated two genotypes (Granola and PKHT-6) with one or two nodes per cutting. The second experiment investigated planting density (one, three, or five plants per polybag) and paclobutrazol concentration (0, 15, 30, and 45 mg L-1). Notably, node number did not significantly influence cutting success, despite genotype-specific and interactive effects on vegetative parameters like plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, and root length. Planting density had no statistically significant impact on all vegetative parameters but demonstrably affected all production parameters. Conversely, paclobutrazol concentration significantly affected all vegetative parameters and influenced all production parameters except tuber weight per plant. From the results of this research, the use of single cutting is more recommended because it will obtain more plant material compared to two-node cuttings. Thus, in a more global context of potato development, this has the potential to increase the production of potato seeds from cuttings twice as much as the current seed production. The use of three plants/polybags is more recommended since it will produce more tuber but not different with five plants, and the use of paclobutrazol 15 mg L-1 is also recommended to increase the number of tubers. In this way, the production costs of G0 potato seeds can be reduced so that the availability of G0 potato seeds will be more guaranteed and affordable.
