Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and prove the effect of price anddistribution channels to the Banjarbaru area’s consumer’s purchasing decision onPT Indomarco Adi Prima Banjarmasin branch. The population in this study arebusiness customers from Banjarbaru area who purchase the product at PT.Indomarco Adi Prima Banjarmasin branch, total at 104 business customers.Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling, and sampling techniquesusing Slovin formula with a total sample of 83 respondents. The analysis resultsobtained in this study are that price and distribution channels both influenceconsumer’s purchasing decision simultaneously and partially. The variable withthe strongest influence to consumer’s purchasing decision at PT. Indomarco AdiPrima Banjarmasin Branch is variable price.Keywords: price, distribution channels, consumer’s purchasing decisionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruhharga dan saluran distribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen bisniswilayah Banjarbaru pada PT. Indomarco Adi Prima cabang Banjarmasin. Populasidalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen bisnis wilayah Banjarbaru yang membeliproduk pada PT. Indomarco Adi Prima cabang Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 104konsumen bisnis. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan samplingpurposive, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga dan variabel saluran distribusi sama-sama mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Variabel yang pengaruhnya dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di PT. Indomarco Adi Prima cabang Banjarmasin adalah variabel harga.Kata kunci : harga, saluran distribusi, keputusan pembelian konsumen

Abstract

The implementation of effective learning in vocational high schools requires understanding of students' learning style characteristics to optimize learning outcomes. Basic Automotive Engineering (DDTO) as a foundational subject in automotive engineering has its own complexity in accommodating diverse student learning preferences. This study aims to describe the learning style profile of students, describe the level of learning outcomes, and analyze the relationship between learning styles and learning outcomes in DDTO subject for Class X Light Vehicle Engineering students at SMKN 1 West Sumatra. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach with correlational design. Research subjects were 60 students from Class X Light Vehicle Engineering Program at SMKN 1 West Sumatra in academic year 2023/2024, selected using purposive sampling technique. Research instruments consisted of validated learning style questionnaire with 50 items covering visual, auditory, and kinesthetic dimensions, and academic achievement data from Mid-Semester Examination (UTS) scores. Data analysis used descriptive statistics with mean score calculations, frequency distribution, and categorization interpretation. Research findings show: (1) students' learning styles are dominated by kinesthetic style (45%) with high intensity (63.3%), followed by visual style (30%) and auditory style (25%), with Class TKR 1 showing more balanced distribution while Class TKR 2 demonstrates stronger kinesthetic dominance (53.3%); (2) learning outcomes show extreme disparity between Class TKR 1 with 93.33% mastery level (28 out of 30 students) and Class TKR 2 with only 13.33% mastery level (4 out of 30 students), despite both classes having similar learning style patterns, indicating that factors other than learning styles also influence students' academic achievement. Research findings imply the importance of implementing integrated theory-practice learning approaches, developing high-quality technical visual media, and optimizing auditory modalities for specific applications such as engine sound-based diagnosis.

Abstract

Transformasi ekonomi Kota Padang telah mengakselerasi industrialisasi, pertumbuhan demografis, dan motorisasi yang berimplikasi pada degradasi kualitas udara ambien. Eskalasi kasus infeksi saluran pernapasan akut (ISPA) selama periode 2020-2024 mengindikasikan urgensi evaluasi komprehensif terhadap kontaminan atmosferik sebagai basis formulasi strategi mitigasi pencemaran. Metode deskriptif-kuantitatif dilakukan di sepuluh titik sampling representatif untuk mengevaluasi parameter kualitas udara. Hasil menunjukkan status kualitas udara Kota Padang masih memenuhi standar PP No. 22 Tahun 2021 dengan seluruh parameter SO₂ (32,2-102 μg/m³), NOₓ (31,1-86,2 μg/m³), CO (1.214-4.296 μg/m³), dan PM₁₀ (0,17-15,3 μg/m³) dalam kategori ISPU "Baik", dimana analisis regresi mengidentifikasi 73,4% variasi konsentrasi polutan dipengaruhi oleh intensitas pembangunan, dinamika demografis-sosial, dan densitas lalu lintas dengan heterogenitas spasial signifikan yang menunjukkan konsentrasi maksimal di RTH Imam Bonjol, Terminal Anak Aia, dan Jalan Raya Indarung sebagai koridor dengan aktivitas antropogenik intensif dan mobilitas tinggi. Rapid urban modernization and economic growth in Padang City have contributed to the degradation of ambient air quality, posing potential risks to public health. This study aims to evaluate the concentrations of key air pollutants—SO₂, NOₓ, CO, and PM₁₀—and to identify dominant influencing factors. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied to ten sampling points representing diverse activity zones. Results indicate that all parameters met the national ambient air quality standards (PP No. 22/2021) and were classified as “Good” by the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU): SO₂ (32.2–102 μg/m³), NOₓ (31.1–86.2 μg/m³), CO (1,214–4,296 μg/m³), and PM₁₀ (0.17–15.3 μg/m³). Regression analysis revealed that 73.4% of pollutant concentration variance was significantly influenced by infrastructure development, demographic growth, and traffic density. Spatial heterogeneity highlighted pollution hotspots at Imam Bonjol Green Open Space, Anak Aia Terminal, and Jalan Raya Indarung, which should be prioritized in future urban air quality mitigation strategies.

Abstract

Tingginya ketergantungan pada bahan bakar fosil di Indonesia mendorong eksplorasi energi alternatif yang lebih ramah lingkungan, salah satunya adalah bioetanol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan ECU programmable dan busi iridium dengan campuran bioetanol 30% dan pertalite 70% terhadap durability mesin sepeda motor empat langkah. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan tiga perlakuan: standar (tanpa modifikasi), perlakuan 1 (injection timing 350°, ignition timing 5°), dan perlakuan 2 (injection timing 350°, ignition timing 9°). Uji durability dilakukan selama 20, 40, dan 50 jam. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan 2 menghasilkan deposit karbon paling rendah, yakni 150 mg dengan volume 83 mm³, dibandingkan perlakuan standar sebesar 680 mg dan 378 mm³. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa optimasi sistem pengapian dan pencampuran bahan bakar bioetanol mampu mengurangi pembentukan kerak karbon, meningkatkan efisiensi pembakaran, serta memperpanjang usia mesin. The heavy reliance on fossil fuels in Indonesia has accelerated the search for renewable and eco-friendly alternatives, such as bioethanol. This study aims to analyze the effect of using a programmable ECU and iridium spark plug with a 30% bioethanol–70% Pertalite fuel blend on the durability of four-stroke motorcycle engines. An experimental method was applied with three treatments: standard (no modification), treatment 1 (350° injection timing, 5° ignition timing), and treatment 2 (350° injection timing, 9° ignition timing). Durability tests were conducted for 20, 40, and 50 hours. The results indicate that treatment 2 produced the lowest carbon deposit, 150 mg with a volume of 83 mm³, compared to the standard treatment (680 mg and 378 mm³). These findings highlight that optimizing ignition timing and using bioethanol fuel blends can reduce carbon deposits, improve combustion efficiency, and extend engine lifespan.
