Abstract

Abstract: The background of the research is the low ability of the students in writting the role play text, where they can’t pass the minimum mastery criterion (KKM ) yet. Type of the research is  Classroom Action Research. It is done in two (2) cycles. The act of the teaching and learning process is done by using CTL approach as mention above. Each cycle is done by integrating some CTL components and observed by the observer. The steps of the research are plan, do, observation and reflection. The datas are qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data is collected from the observation and filed note while the quantitative data got from the result of students performance test. The conclusion  of the reasearch are( 1). There is an increasing of student’s activity in teaching and learning process after the first and the second cycle done.( 2). There is an increasing of students achievement result in wrttingrole play text  from 68,38 in pra cycle, means that only 40% of the students pass the KKM . It increase into 73,75 at the first cycle or 64 % of students pass the KKM. At  second cycle  the avarage  students value is 88,25, means that 100%  of the students can and pass the minimum mastery criteria (KKM). Abstract

Abstract: Based oninitial observationsin the field, the student news writing skills MTs Boarding School As-Salam Naga Beralih Kampar regency still low. This is caused by several factors, one of which is the selection of the learning modeling accuracies. Learning model used is still the main choice in lecture learning. Another factor that comes from the students was the lack of motivation to write the story because it was thought that writing astoryisa difficult activity. To correct this condition carried through Classroom Action Research Type Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model. Purpose of this research class action (1) Describing the process of improving the student skill in writing news items in class VIII D of class VIIID MTs Boarding School As-Salam Naga Beralih Kampar regency increases trough Jigsaw cooperative learning model, and (2) describing the supporting factors improved writing skills class VIIID news MTs Boarding School As-Salam Naga Beralih Kampar regency increases trough Jigsaw cooperative learning model. Class room Action Research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle through the stages of (1) planning, (2) actions, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The subjects were students of class VIIID Boarding School As-Salam Naga Switch Kampar regency. The results of this study showed an increase in news writing skills class VIIID with respect to completeness of the content of the news (5w +IH), regularity of exposure, use of effective sentences, vocabulary used,the accuracy of using EYD, and attractiveness of headlines along with the formulation of several contributing factors in improving writing news class VIIID boarding School As-Salam Naga Beralih Kampar regency. Jigsaw cooperative learning model type is suitable for use by teachersin teaching students to write news. Teachers should choose appropriate learning steps in using the model of cooperative learning Jigsaw type new sin the learning process. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan siswa dalam menulis narasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan proses peningkatan keterampilan menulis narasi dengan berbantuan media audiovisual. Penelitian ini dilakukan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas tiga kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX.1 yang berjumlah 19 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap pada setiap siklusnya, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Perencanaan meliputi perencanaan yang dilakukan sebelum tindakan dilaksanakan seperti menyiapkan RPP, bahan ajar, media, dan penilaian. Pelaksanaan tindakan adalah aktivitas pembelajaran keterampilan menulis narasi berbantuan media audiovisual. Observasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan angket. Refleksi yakni melakukan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan. Data kualitatif diolah dengan model kualitatif (reduksi, penyajian, dan pengambilan kesimpulan), sedangkan data kuantitatif yaitu data hasil belajar  diolah melalui statistik sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan berbantuan media audiovisual dalam pembelajaran menulis narasi  dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa yang dilihat dari proses dan keterampilan siswa yang dilihat dari nilai akhir siklus. Peningkatan hasil belajar juga mengalami kenaikan setiap siklus. Hasil penelitian tindakan siklus I menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 15 siswa (78,95%) mendapatkan nilai di atas KKM dengan nilai rata-rata 63. Pada tindakan siklus kedua diperoleh hasil sebanyak 19 siswa (100%) mendapatkan nilai di atas KKM dengan nilai rata-rata 69. Ini merupakan suatu peningkatan proses dan hasil pembealajaran selama penelitian tindakan kelas ini berlangsung. Dari data yang diperoleh melalui tindakan kedua siklus tersebut, diperoleh suatu simpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan media audiovisual dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis narasi  siswa.   Kata kunci : Membaca; Narasi; Audiovisual.

Abstract

Abstrack: This research purposes to analyze locality figure of speech in Mangkutak di Negeri Prosaliris by Rusli Marzuki Saria. To achieve this objective the writer uses the authentic theory of figure of speech, language figure of speech and locality aspects. The type of this research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The conclusion of this research in Mangkutak di Negeri Prosaliris has six figures of speech. There are; (1) the locality figure of speech comparative focus on animal world and the real live. (2) The locality figure of speech personification make a figure of speech become real and live. (3) The locality of figure of speech metaphor shows that minangkabau idiom has many meaning. (4) The locality figure of speech allegory tells the story in minangkabau. (5) The locality figure of speech parable tells the characteristic in minangkabau which they name are not popular for people yet. (6) The locality figure of speech fable tells about life experience of the writer poet that assumes him like pets. The most dominant figure of speech that Mangkutak di Negeri Prosaliris use is figure of speech personification and metaphor.     Kata kunci: majas lokalitas,kumpulan sajak Mangkutak Di Negeri Prosaliris karya Rusli Marzuki Saria.

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic religiosity in the literature novels is one way to provide insight to the values ​​that have faded in the community. Islamic religiosity in the novel help shape the nation's personal character. This study aims to describe Islamic religiosity in this novel by Asma Nadia. Dimensions of religiosity analyzed consisted of aspects of theology, law, and morality.This research is content analysis by using descriptive methods. Literary works studied are novel by Asma Nadia. The novel was selected using purposive sampling technique. In analyzing  thedata, the writer carried out  three steps: (1) data reducing (Choosing, simplification, and transforming), (2) data display (data description and explain the data that have been reduced), and (3) make conclusion.The results showed that: (1) belief in the will of God, and prayers addressed to the Prophet, a discussion of the practice that can flow to those who have died is an aspect of faith found in the CDUS a Divine element, nubuwwah, spiritual, (2) implementation of worship pilgrimage and worship obligatory or sunnah prayers conducted figures, as well as the good relationship between the main character with a subordinate figures showed aspects of worship and muamalah law, (3) the attitude of patience, resignation, and thanks to God shows a moral aspect to God other than that, Cinta figures also being kind to the existing environment. Abstract

Abstract: Writing is one language skills at High School. Based on the observation, the found that’s students faced a problem in how to express their mind and their idea to tell their experience in writing short story. It is seen from the results of students learning to write short stories not reach the minimum completeness criteria values. Suspected this was ave to the learning factors that are less attractive to students. This classroom research aims to (1) describe improving student in writing a short story with  using audio visual trailer movie, (2) describe result student in writing a short story with  using audio visual trailer movie. This research is this classroom action research. This research in conducted in two cycles. Each cycles goes through some steps: planning, acting/implementating, observating, reflecting. This classroom research aims to describe improving student in writing a short story at Class X.1 of Senior High School 2 Padangpanjang by audio visual movie trailer. The data of the research were qualitative data from observation using the observation sheets, field note, and quantitative data as such a student test performance assessment. The research findings are: (1) there is an increase in activity of students during the learning process in the first cyle and second cyle, audio visual aided movie trailer, it is evident from the observations collaborators, (2) there is an in students learning outcomes in writing short story, from precyle average only 66 to 35% the percentage of completeness, first cyle in increased to 75 with 74% percentage of completeness, and the second cyle the average value being 83 with a percentage of 94% completeness. Abstract: The pourpuse this study were to describe the values of education in Story script of Randai titled “Malangga Sumpah” written by Lukman Bustami. The research data was collected by qualitative data, The result of this study is four values of education values in randai script ”Malangga Sumpah” in by Lukman Bustami there are believe and religious, integrity, caring, and honesty. Abstract

Abstrak: Folklore is a culture that has been attached to a community group. Become part of the folklore of wealth and assets that need to be documented and preserved. A society can be identified by knowing their identity and know they have folklore. One of folklore found in Indonesia is one who knows the song of one who knows-wedding Angkola Batak tribe. Folklore is the property or assets located in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. In order folklore can be maintained continuity, required documentation. One of the efforts is the implementation documentation of this study. In addition, this study aimed to describe more specifically the values ​​of religious educational, toughness, caring, and honesty. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Object of this study is Nyanyian Onang-onang at the wedding of Batak Angkola’s tribe. Data collection was done by recording and recording. The data of this study are the lyrics to Nyanyian Onang-onang at the wedding of Batak Angkola tribe in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. Once the data is obtained and collected in accordance with the method of the study, followed by describing and interpret research results. Based on the results of the data analysis, the results of this study can be obtained in the form of educational values ​​in Nyanyian Onang-onang the following, namely: (1) the values ​​of religious educational indicators peercaya to Almighty God, obedient to the commands of God Almighty, away prohibition of God, and thankful, (2) the values ​​of educational discipline indicators degan toughness and ductile, (3) educational values ​​of caring and compassion with the indicator (4) educational values ​​of honesty with responsibility indicators. Based on the data and discussion of these results, it can be concluded that in the song lyrics of Nyanyian Onang-onang there are four educational value. Of the four educational value can be dimplikasikan the formal world, especially in local content.

Abstract

Abstract :This research conducted based on the students’ inability to express ideas in poetry Writing. This could be seen from the average score of their learning achievenment  which was under the Minimum Standard of Achievement (KKM). This was a classroom action research which was conducted in order to explain the process of improving Al-Qur’an translation based learning in poetry writing through modeling approach in class X-1 of MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan. There were 28 students involved as the subject of this research. The data was collected by using qualitative approach and supported by the quantitative one. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation sheet, field note and interview. This research was conducted in two cycles and four meetings. In conducting this research, the research collaborated with one of the Indonesia Language teachers. The research findings showed that the use of modeling approach could improve the students’ ability in poetry writing. In the first cycle, their average score in poetry writing was 61,34 and then it became 73,82 in the third cycle. The improvement involved all of indicators in poetry writing. Based on the research finding, it can be concluded that (1) the application of Al-Qur’an translation-based learning process can improve the student’s learning achievement in poerty writing in class X-1 of MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan, (2) there are some factors that affect learning process, some of them are (a) teachers’ strategy in adapting the method and the learning materials, (b) the changing of students’ behavior in poetry writing in which there is an interaction between the students and the teachers in learning process.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted due to some misunderstanding occurring between the students and the teachers. It derived from the students who did not understanding the function and purpose of the teacher’s discourse. They were not well understood by thee students as the forms and strategies applied were inappropriate to the situation and condition which the utterances produced.The purpose of this research was to describe and analyze the directive speech acts teacher’s in the learning process in MTs Riadhus Sholihin, Koto Baru, Kabupaten Sijunjung in terms of form, speak strategies, and students responses to the speech act. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collected through observation interviews, and recording on the discharge of duties of teacher’s in MTs Riadhus Sholihin, Koto Baru, Kabupaten Sijunjung. Analyzing data is descriptively. The research data in the form of a directive speech acts teacher’s in the learning process of teachers in MTs Riadhus Sholihin, Koto Baru, Kabupaten Sijunjung. The research data were analyzed by using a Unitied Padan Ekstralingual Method. Based on the research result of directive speech acts teachers in the learning processes in MTs Riadhus Sholihin, Koto Baru, Kabupaten Sijunjung concluded the following. First, the speech acts that are found are (1) send, (2) begging, (3) demanding, (4) advice, and (5) challenging. Second, the strategy speech spoken in realizing directive by the teacher in the learning process in MTs Riadhus Sholihin, Koto Baru, Kabupaten Sijunjung there are three kinds namely (1) strategy frankly speak directly, (2) strategy speak francely with pleasantries and positive politeness, and (3) strategy vaguely recalled. Third, student responses related to the student’s responses to speech act of teachers. Student’s responses in MTs Riadhus Sholihin, Koto Baru, Kabupaten Sijunjung to the speech act of teacher’s are more likely to respond verbally positive connotation.
