Abstract

ABSTRAK Kondisi geometrik jalan rel yang baik sangat diperlukan untuk keamanan dan kenyamanan perjalanan kereta api. Beban lintas atau akibat peristiwa alam akan mengakibatkan perubahan bentuk/geometri jalan KA. Penyimpangan yang terjadi diijinkan sepanjang tidak melampaui batas / toleransi yang diperlukan untuk keamanan perjalanan KA. Salah satu alat untuk mengontrol kondisi geometrik jalan KA adalah KA ukur. Dari hasil KA ukur dilakukan analisis terhadap kerusakan – kerusakan jalan rel untuk mengetahui kondisi dan penyebab kerusakan sehingga diharapkan dapat merencanakan perbaikan yang akan dilakukan agar kondisi jalan rel dapat aman dan nyaman dilalui KA. Hasil pengukuran berkala akan menunjukkan laju pertumbuhan kerusakan jalan rel terhadap kenaikan beban lintas. Kondisi geometrik jalan rel yang baik hanya akan dicapai bila dilakukan perawatan / pemeliharaan jalan rel secara berkala. Kata kunci : Analisis Kerusakan Jalan Rel ABSTRACT Rail road geometric conditions are good is indispensable for the safety and comfort of rail travel. Traffic road or due to natural events will lead to changes in the shape or geometry of the rail road. Deviation are permitted provided they do not exceed the limits or tolerances necessary for the security of rail travel. One tool to control the geometric shape is rail gauge railway. From the result of gauge train carried out an analysis of the damage to the rail road to determine the condition and the cause of damage wich is expected to plan improvements that will be done so that the rail road condition cam be safety and comfortably traversed train. Periodic measurement result will show growth of rail road damage to the increase in traffic load. The geometric condition are good rail road will only be achieved if carried out maintenance or regular track maintenance. Keywords :  Analysis of the damage to the railway.

Abstract

ABSTRAKManajemen  proyek merupakan usaha untuk menggunakan sumber daya terbatas secara efisien, efektif dan tepat waktu dalam  menyelesaikan suatu proyek yang telah ditentukan atau direncanakan. Ada 3 kegiatan dari fungsi dasar  manajemen proyek yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan  pengendalian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengatur schedule pekerjaan dan merencanakan progress pekerjaan sehingga dengan penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi bahan acuan bagi kantor samsat kuningan jika mengalami kendala dalam  manajemen  proyek.     Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan faktor persiapan survey dan identifikasi lapangan, mencari data primer dan data sekunder pada instansi dan dinas terkait yang diperlukan untuk melengkapi data yang dibutuhkan dalam penyusunan skripsi, melakukan analisis dari data-data yang didapat melalui identifikasi permasalahan dan membuat perumusan, dan mengambil kesimpulan dan saran dari hasil penelitian.  Lokasi penelitian yang ditijau  adalah proyek pembangunan gedug kantor cabang pelayanan dinas pendapatan daerah provinsi wilayah kabupaten kuningan  terletak diarea komplek perkantoran di jalan aruji  kartawinata no. 08 kuningan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) untuk menyelesaikan  pembangunan gedung kantor samsat kabupaten kuningan sampai tahap akhir kurang lebih membutuhkan  biaya sebesar Rp. 25.509.927.671,59 dan dari perhitungan  bobot  pekerjaan diestimasikan penyelesaian  pekerjaan pembangunan gedung kantor samsat membutuhkan waktu 156 minggu.    Kata Kunci       : Manajemen  proyek, RAB, Schedule. ABSTRACTProject management is the effort to use limited resources in an efficient, effective and timely in completing a project that has been determined or planned. There are 3 activities from the basic functions of project management, namely planning, implementation and control. This research was conducted with the aim to set the work schedule and planned progress of the work so that the research is expected to be a reference material for the office samsat brass if experienced constraints in project management.  The method used in this research is quantitativ method by a factor of the preparation of the survey and the identification of the field, looking for the primary data and secondary data on agencies and related agencies that are required to complete the data required in the preparation of the thesis, conduct the analysis of the data obtained through the identification of problems and to make the formulation, and conclusions and suggestions from the result of the research. The location of the research reviewed is the project of construction of office building services branch of the department of revenue of the province region regency kuningan located in office complex in the way aruji kartawinata no. 08 kuningan. The results of this study is a budget plan (RAB) to complete the construction of the office building in kuningan regency until the final stage more or less requires a fee of Rp. 25.509.927.671,59 and of the caculation of the weight of work estimated completion of work construction of office building units takes time 156 weeks. Abstract

Anaslis Struktur dilakukan dengan fokus pada desain dan analis, dengan tujuan untuk menjamin masa pelaksanaan proyek secara tepat waktu dan mutu. Pemilihan metode pada proyek juga merupakan salah satu kebijakan yang harus diperhatikan untuk mendapat hasil yang sesuai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan menghitung struktur utama yang terdiri dari struktur atas dan struktur bawah pembangunan gedung ”B” Rumah Sakit Umum Ketanggungan Brebes dengan menggunakan Software ETABS versi 2016. Tujuan dicapai melalui studi literatur serta pengumpulan data-data teknis.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa: 1) berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada pelat lantai memakai tulangan Ø10 – 240, dan pelat lantai memakai tulangan Ø10 – 200 dengan fy 280 Mpa. Untuk balok menggunakan tulangan pokok D19, D16 dengan fy 420 Mpa. untuk tulangan sengkang Ø8 dan Ø10 dengan fy 280 Mpa. Pada perhitungan kolom memakai tulangan pokok D19 dengan fy 420 Mpa dan tulangan sengkang Ø10 dengan fy 280 Mpa. Sedangkan untuk pemilihan pondasi menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang ; 2) Dari data puskim.pu.go.id mendapatkan nilai parameter percepatan respons spectra SDS =0,596 g dan parameter percepatan respons spectra pada periode 1 detik, SD1 = 0,361 g, sehingga termasuk katagori resiko D.

Abstract

Struktur Gedung Hotel 4 Lantai ini berlokasi di Desa Linggasana Kecamatan Cilimus Kabupaten Kuningan, yang luas bangunannya sebesar 729 m2 dan memiliki ketinggian 4 m setiap lantainya, keseluruhan tingginya 21 m (pedestal 1 m).Diketahui hasil dari Con Penetration Test bahwa gedung dibangun diatas tanah dengan kondisi tanah sedang dan berdasarkan fungsinya termasuk dalam kategori resiko II, sehingga gedung ini dibangun dengan metode SRPMK (Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus).Struktur yang dipakai untuk gedung ini adalah beton bertulang yang mengacu pada SNI 2847:2019 tentang Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk bangunan gedung, SNI 1727:2020 tentang beban minimum untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur. Analisa gempa perncanaan ini menggunakan metode analisis static ekuivalen berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa unuk Strukur Gedung dan Non Gedung. Untuk analisa struktur digunakan program ETABS v.19.0.0. Kontrol kebutuhan tulangan pada kolom menggunakan program SPCOlumn.Proses perhitungan struktur meliputi penentuan system struktur, analisa pembebanan, pemodelan struktur, analisa gaya dalam, perhitungan penulangan, serta cek persyaratan elemen struktur. Struktur sekunder berupa pelat, tangga, balok anak yang dipikul struktur primer yaitu balok induk dan kolom. Struktur bawah terdiri dari sloof dan pondasi. Keyword: Struktur Bangunan Gedung, Hotel, Gempa, Kuningan, Beton Bertulang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan struktur bangunan gedung apartemen 10 lantai dengan mengaplikasikan konsep Building Information Modeling (BIM) dalam tahap perencanaanya. Unit amatan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain perencanaan gedung 10 lantai dengan luas lahan 2000 m2 dimana bangunan tersebut direncanakan bertempat di lokasi jalan pemuda Semarang, desain bangunan yang digunakan merupakan desain bangunan baru atau bukan implementasi dari bangunan manapun. Analisis data dalam proses perencanaan dibantu dengan menggunakan beberapa software penunjang berbasis Building Information Modeling (BIM) antara lain Autodesk AutoCAD, Allplan, Autodesk Navisworks dan CSI Etabs. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan bangunan dengan menggunakan konsep Building Information Modeling (BIM) informasi yang didapat akan lebih bervariatif meliputi volume pekerjaan struktur yang lebih akurat, desain penjadwalan proyek dan analisa penerapan penjadwalan terhadap desain struktur bangunan.

Abstract

The material estimation process in construction projects is a crucial step in planning and cost control. However, conventional methods such as manual calculations often take a long time and have a high potential for error. With the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, software such as Autodesk Revit offers a more efficient solution in performing Material Take-Off (MTO). This research aims to analyze the comparison of the results of the MTO calculation of the North Building structure (B.Ut.2) UT.75 in the LMS-02 Range Irrigation Project using Autodesk Revit and manual calculation methods, to find out the extent of the difference between the two methods in terms of accuracy, time efficiency, and effectiveness of their application in construction projects. The research method used is a quantitative study with a comparative approach to analyze that MTO calculations using Autodesk Revit are faster than manual methods, with a high level of accuracy in material quantification. In addition, the application of BIM in the MTO process can minimize the potential for human error and improve efficiency in project management.

Abstract

In this study, the effect of adding latitude stone as a substitute for cement on the compressive strength of mortar in the manufacture of construction materials was analyzed to produce building materials with better quality. One of the ingredients in the manufacture of mortar is cement with the main formers is calcium. The addition of laterstone is an effort to increase the calcium element needed in the pozzolanic reaction when mixed with SIO2 in laterstone. The purpose of this study was to increase the compressive strength of mortar by adding laterstone as a substitute for cement. The research method used is a quantitative experimental method with data collection from laboratory research and using laterstone powder that passes the 200 sieve, in mortar mixes with percentage variations of 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9% and 10%. The proportion of mortar mixture in this study used a ratio of 1: 3 (Cement: Sand) with a cement water factor (FAS) of 0.5 and was carried out using a compressive strength tool on a 5cm x 5cm x 5cm cube-shaped mortar at a time (age) of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. Various tests were conducted on the materials and specimens to analyze the compressive strength and mass density of the mortar. The results of this study showed that the mortar achieved the highest compressive strength of 20.33 MPa with 3% laterstone mix variation at the age of 28 days. Mortar with more than 3% laterstone mixture variation will result in a decrease in compressive strength, thus reducing the compressive strength. This can be one solution to reduce the use of cement while reducing the exploitation of limestone mountains in Indonesia.

Abstract

The increasing need for environmentally friendly construction materials encourages innovation in mortar development. This study analyzed the effect of lime powder substitution with superplasticizer on the compressive strength of mortar, using substitution variations of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% by weight of cement, and 2% superplasticizer addition. Tests were carried out at the age of 7, 14, 21, and 28 days with laboratory experimental methods according to SNI standards. The results showed that the combination of lime powder and superplasticizer significantly increased the compressive strength of mortar, with the optimum composition of 5% lime and 2% superplasticizer at 28 days reaching 16.29 MPa, an increase of 243.3% from the normal mortar of 4.74 MPa. The use of these additives improves mortar performance and supports cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Buildings that have been in use for a long time should be inspected regularly to ensure that they are safe to use and robust. In the field, visual inspections are often performed on parts of structures such as columns, beams, and plates. Measurement of the propagation time of ultrasonic pulses in concrete and relate it to the quality and strength of the material. A weak positive correlation is shown with a multiple value of R 0.324475. Every 1 m/s increase in the UPV value will increase the Hammer Test result by 0.00755 MPa. However, this relationship is weak because the UPV only accounts for 10.5% of the change in the Hammer Test results. The ultrasonic wave speed and the bounce result of the hammer can be affected by uneven concrete, such as the presence of cavities, material separation, or large gravel. This condition can also be seen during visual examination. STUDI KORELASI ANTARA UPV DAN HAMMER TEST DALAM MENENTUKAN LAIK FUNGSI STRUKTUR BANGUNANBangunan yang telah digunakan dalam jangka waktu lama harus diperiksa secara berkala untuk memastikan bahwa bangunan tersebut aman digunakan dan memiliki ketahanan yang baik. Di lapangan, pemeriksaan visual sering dilakukan pada bagian-bagian struktur seperti kolom, balok, dan pelat. Pengukuran waktu rambat gelombang ultrasonik dalam beton digunakan untuk menghubungkan nilai tersebut dengan kualitas dan kekuatan material. Hasil menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang lemah dengan nilai R sebesar 0,324475. Setiap kenaikan 1 m/s pada nilai UPV akan meningkatkan hasil Hammer Test sebesar 0,00755 MPa. Namun, hubungan ini tergolong lemah karena UPV hanya menjelaskan 10,5% dari perubahan hasil Hammer Test. Kecepatan gelombang ultrasonik dan hasil pantulan hammer dapat dipengaruhi oleh ketidakrataan beton, seperti adanya rongga, pemisahan material, atau kerikil besar. Kondisi ini juga dapat diamati melalui pemeriksaan visual.

Abstract

Wastewater refers to water generated from human or business activities and is categorized into domestic and non-domestic wastewater. Domestic wastewater originates from residential or business activities and is often discharged directly into water bodies without proper treatment, even if it does not meet established quality standards. Wastewater quality standards define acceptable pollutant levels before discharge into water or soil media. Untreated wastewater can pollute the environment, causing water discoloration, foul odors, fish mortality, and the spread of disease. This study examines the centralized domestic wastewater treatment system at the National Housing City (Perumnas) in Cirebon. The research focuses on analyzing the treatment process, evaluating system efficiency, and comparing results to applicable standards and regulations. Data for this thesis were obtained from the Perumnas Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) of Cirebon City, including both primary and secondary data. The main issues studied involve pump capacity and available land for plant expansion. The Perumnas IPAL is designed to treat domestic wastewater with a capacity of 6,000 SL. Assuming one SL serves four people and daily water consumption is 180 L/person/day, the estimated wastewater flow is 3,456 m³/day. The wastewater is processed in three types of ponds: an anaerobic pond (1 unit), a facultative pond (1 unit), and two maturation ponds, with the treated output intended for PDAM water use.
