penyakit TB Paru, yang juga merupakan penyakit penyebab kematian nomor 4 diIndonesia dan TB MDR menduduki peringkat ke-9 di Dunia. Tuberkulosis (TB)merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan diIndonesia. Penularan kuman tuberculosis pada orang sehat dan risiko kematian padapenderita yaitu salah satu masalah yang perlu ditangani oleh segenap lapisanmasyarakat dan petugas kesehatan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku kebiasaan merokokdengan terjadinya penyakit TB paru.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi analitik dengan jenisrancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi case control . Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah seluruh pasen TB Paru (+) di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas JayagiriKecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat.Pengumpulan data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chisquare.Kesimpulan dan Saran : berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwaperilaku keiasaan merokok tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian TB Paru di PuskesmasJayagiri Kecamatan Lembang. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan Puskesmas Jayagiritidak hanya menjadi sarana kesehatan yang bersifat preventif sekunder, tetapi dapatlebih ditingkatkan pada hal yang bersifat preventif primer dalam pencegahanpenularan penyakit TB Paru.

The incidence of stroke can be fatal if there is no proper treatment but with good knowledge the prevention program and stroke prevention can work well. PKM Leuwigajah cadres’s are community leaders appointed to assist the public health movement. that is expected by the government in preventing and overcoming stroke.. The researcher wanted to know the success of the stroke education given to the Leuwigajah PKM cadres’s to reference the follow-up of the prevention and prevention. This research is a descriptive correlative study with a cross sectional approach. The population are 26 persons. The result of analyzed is that the knowledge enaught (50%), and after training became almost all of them were 93.2% with good knowledge. while bivariate uses independent simple t test non parameteric. With the results of the value of P = 0.000 less than 0.05, it mean that there is an effect of cadre training on stroke disease before being given education. Thus, it is expected that the results of this study can be used as a teaching material in consideration of decision making in the effort to prevent and prevent stroke.

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium mycobacterium. The incidence of tuberculosis in developing countries like Indonesia tends to increase from year to year. Based on data at the Health Office in 2017 there were 78,689 cases of tuberculosis in West Java. Counseling is one of the efforts to increase knowledge. To get good results of knowledge, an appropriate counseling method is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of counseling on small group discussion (SGD) methods on knowledge about tuberculosis in adult patients at RSUD Sayang Cianjur. This research method uses quasi experiment. Questionnaires were given to respondents before and after counseling. The population in this study were 30 people, with a total sample of 15 respondents in each group. Data collection is done by giving questionnaires to respondents in the form of multiple choise. given before and after counseling. The data in this study were analyzed descriptively to illustrate knowledge before and after counseling. Then it will be analyzed analytically by testing the hypothesis with the Mann-Withneyy test. The results of the analysis obtained p value (0.012) less than α (0.05), it was concluded that there is an influence of the counseling of the SGD method to increase knowledge about TB in adult patients in DOTS Hospital Cianjur. From this research it is recommended to use SGD extension methods to increase knowledge about TB because this method is quite effective in increasing knowledge.

Chronic renal failure is a global health issue that also affects Indonesia. Chronic renal failure is a type of kidney failure in which there has been a steady loss of kidney function and no recovery. Hemodialysis treatment is necessary for a prolonged period of time in order to sustain chronic renal disease. Analytical observational research using a cross-sectional time approach is the methodology. Through the use of a complete sample technique, the study's population consisted of 55 hemodialysis patients. A formula called Kolmogorof-Smirnov is used in data analysis. The study's findings demonstrated that 32 participants (58.2%) in the old category had been receiving hemodialysis for a longer period of time, 12 participants (21.8%) in the moderate category had adhered to fluid intake limitations, and in the new category there were 11 individuals (20.0%). The Kolmogorof-Smirnov statistical test yielded a significant value of p < 0.05 and a value of p = 0.026. At Cimacan Regional General Hospital, patients with chronic renal failure who adhere to fluid consumption limitations have a correlation with the length of time they have been receiving hemodialysis. It is anticipated that individuals with chronic renal failure, whether recently diagnosed or long-term hemodialysis patients, would continue to enhance compliance with fluid intake guidelines in order to avoid problems.

Gamification in instruction is considered attractive to many students, thereby increasing motivation and learning engagement. The training carried out aims to provide teachers with experience in designing interesting instruction through Role-Playing Game Maker MV (RPG Maker MV 1.2.0). This article describes the implementation of gamification training for teachers at MTs Sekolah Cinta Ilmu (SCI), Bandung Regency. This activity is a form of community service carried out using preliminary surveys and practicum methods. The results of the activity show the teacher's enthusiasm for designing new instruction in the form of gamification. Various positive responses were conveyed by the teacher council participating in the training because, more or less, they had mastered the basic competencies in running the RPG Maker MV 1.2.0 application as a necessity for implementing innovative, creative, and interesting instruction.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze efforts to empower independent family entrepreneurs in online-based marketing in the Geluran Village environment, Sidoarjo Regency in the middle. The background of this study is in line with social restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the development of information technology applications for marketing goods and services, so that it is necessary to accelerate the ability of independent family entrepreneurs in online-based marketing. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research to describe various online-based marketing efforts ranging from product packaging to product brand development, to online marketing. The results of the study show that in the midst of social restrictions, the need for independent entrepreneurs for online marketing has become a very large demand, for the sake of the continuity of the community's independent entrepreneurship. So that community empowerment in online-based marketing is a necessity that cannot be avoided anymore.
