Abstract

stilah gadai (Rahn) adalah menahan salah satu harta milik si peminjam sebagai jaminan atas pinjaman yang diterimanaya. Barang yang ditahan tersebut menpunyai nilai ekonomi. Barang yang dititipkan pada si piutang dapat kembali dalam jangka waktu tertentu yang telah disepakati antara nasabah dangan pegadaian. Gadai dalam fiqih di sebut rahn yang menurut bahasa adalah nama barang yang dijadikan sebagai jaminankepercayaan. Sedangkan menurut syara’ artinya menyandara sejumblah harta yang diserahkan sabagai jaminan secara hak, tetapi dapat diambil kenbali sebagai tebusan. Hukum gadai bole sama seperti jual beli. Sabagaimana dijelaskan Allah SWT dalam Alqur’an Al-Baqorah:283

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR) merupakan suatu kegiatan perusahaan dimana perusahaan memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat dan lingkungannya. Perkembangan cara pandang terhadap CSR semakin kuat dari waktu kewaktu dimana konsep bentuk perbuatan yang bersifat sukarela (voluntary) telah bergeser secara perlahan-lahan menuju bentuk perbuatan atas dasar kewajiban (obligation) baik berbentuk kewajiban moral maupun kewajiban yuridis. Masih adanya perbedaan paradigma inilah yang mengakibatkan ketidak merataan pelaksanaan CSR di dunia. Dalam pandangan Ekonomi Syariah dalam penerapan program Corporate Socialresponsibility (CSR), terdapat tiga bentuk implementasi yang dominan, yaitu: Tanggung Jawab Sosial (CSR) terhadap para pelaku perusahaan dan stakeholder,Tanggung Jawab Sosial terhadap Lingkungan Alam, Tanggung Jawab Sosial terhadapKesejahteraan Sosial secara umum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan: (a) Apakah pembelajaran kooperatif model learning together berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar PAI ? (b) Seberapa tinggi tingkat penguasaan materi pelajaran PAI dengan diterapkannya metode pembelajaran kooperatif model learning together? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (a) Untuk mengungkap pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif model learning together terhadap hasil belajar PAI . (b) Ingin mengetahui seberapa jauh pemahaman dan penguasaan mata pelajaran PAI setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran kooperatif model learning together Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III yaitu, siklus I (60,71%), siklus II (75,00%), siklus III (89,29%).

Abstract

Islam is a fair religion in its view of the status of women, unlike the pre-Islamic culture that degraded them. Islam has elevated the status of women from an era that demeaned them to one that grants balanced rights between men and women. However, there are still some who tarnish Islam with gender issues. In reality, Islam was the first to express gender equality found in the Quran, with many verses implying a fair gender equality concept for both men and women. Throughout history, we find many Muslim women playing significant roles in advancing Islamic civilization worldwide. This demonstrates that the presence of Islam honours and accepts women in various aspects of life, enabling them to contribute to the advancement of Islamic civilization. This has led to the emergence of many Muslim women figures known today who have made history in the Islamic world.

Abstract

To overcome fierce competition in the industrial and service sectors, companies strive to maintain their existence and maximize their business activities. However, no matter how perfect the technical and economic aspects are, a company without a qualified workforce will not be able to achieve its set goals. One of the efforts to create human resources that can generate optimal performance is by managing human resources professionally. Workload analysis becomes one of the efforts that companies must undertake to balance workforce needs with company demands and opportunities. It is important to conduct workload analysis and plan workforce needs to maintain workforce performance within the company. This research adopts a qualitative approach that applies an interactive approach, focusing on the interaction between researchers and informants. The focus of this research is to analyze workloads and plan workforce needs. The research subjects consist of three individuals working in the finance field and an HSE Coordinator. Based on the findings and analysis conducted, it can be concluded that there is a workload exceeding the normal limits imposed on the workforce in the finance department. Additional workloads, working hours, and achievement targets beyond responsibilities that are not balanced with compensation and additional workforce will hurt workforce performance in the company.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Menurut data World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2019 Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di dunia yaitu 289.000 jiwa. Beberapa negara memiliki AKI cukup tinggi seperti Afrika Sub – Saharan 179.000 jiwa, Asia Selatan 69.000 jiwa, dan Asia Tenggara 16.000 jiwa. Angka kematian ibu di negara – negara Asia Tenggara yaitu Indonesia 190 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, Vietnam 49 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, Thailand 26 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, Brunei 27 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, dan Malaysia 29 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Metode : Studi Pustaka dilakukan Penulis dengan membaca dan mempelajari buku – buku serta literal yang berhubungan dengan kasus retensio plasenta. Kemudian melakukan Studi Kasus dengan menggunakan teknik : anamneses, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik ,pengkasian psikososial dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil Diagnosa: Inpartu Kala III dengan Retensio Plasenta dan Masalah Kecemasan karena plasentanya belum lahir setelah 30 menit lahirnya bayi Pembahasan : Sebelum menegakkan diagnose penulis melakukan pengkasian data kemudian di analisis untuk mendapatkan diagnose dan masalah setelah itu dalam pembahasan ini antara teoro dan asuhan yang diberikan di rumah sakit Umum Daerah Majene tidak terdapat kesenjangan. Kesimpulan Dari kasus retensio plasenta petugas harus memiliki keterampilan yang cukup dalam mengatasi kasus tersebut karena jika kasus tersebut tidak tertangani maka kasus pendarahan bisa terjadi pada ibu.

Abstract

This research discusses Muhammad Rasyid Ridho's views on fisabilillah in the contemporary era, where in classical jurisprudence studies and tafsir asnaf fisabilillah is interpreted as a person who strives or fights to defend the religion of Allah, apart from that his zakat funds may only be intended for these people (asnab eight) and may not be allocated to others. This research is a library research type using qualitative methods. In his book Tafsir Al-manar volume 10, Rasyid Ridho explains that fisabilillah is for the benefit of Muslims, through which all sharia and daulah activities run, not for individual interests. In this way, everything related to the benefit of the Muslims can be used from this stock, if there is no such asnab, then it may be allocated to another asnab. What is the basis of his views in this case is based on the situation of Muslims which is increasingly sad at the moment, both in terms of religion, society and educational backwardness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work life balance and work environment on employee performance in the study of Demandailing Cafe and Eatery employees. This research method is quantitative research and the sampling technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The number of samples used was 67, using the Random Sampling method. Data test analysis uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing includes the t test and F test. The t test shows that the t count is 2.808 ≥ t table 1.999 Sig value. 0.007 ≤ 0.05 shows that Work Life Balance has a significant effect on employee performance and t count is 3.441 ≥ t table 1.999 and the Sig value. 0.001 ≤ 0.05 then the Work Environment variable has a partial and significant influence on Employee Performance. The calculated f result is 15.344 ≥ f table 3.14 and the sig value. 0.000b ≤ 0.05, then the results of this study indicate that Work Life Balance and Work Environment significantly influence employee performance.
