Abstract

Pertambangan batubara adalah salah satu jenis usaha pertambangan di Indonesia. PT. Pengembangan Investasi Riau adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri pertambangan batubara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penambangan adalah open pit atau tambang terbuka, yang mengakibatkan terbentuknya cekungan luas yang berpotensi menjadi area penampungan air, baik dari limpasan permukaan maupun air tanah. Berdasarkan perhitungan curah hujan selama 10 tahun (2013-2022) dan luas catchment area sebesar 1.502,7 Ha, nilai curah hujan rencana untuk periode ulang 10 tahun adalah 82,02 mm, dengan intensitas hujan sebesar 35,29 mm/jam dan debit limpasan sebesar 7,77 m³/detik. Selain itu, berdasarkan penampang geologi dan hidrogeologi, jumlah air tanah yang masuk ke dalam pit sump Blok A adalah 12,2 m³/detik, sehingga debit air total yang akan ditampung di sump mencapai 19,97 m³/detik.

Abstract

PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada Jobsite PELH is a company operating in the field of coal mining contractors. Mining carried out by PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada Jobsite PELH uses the open pit mining method, during the rainy season, the problem that is often found is water. Water that comes from above the ground surface (runoff water) and water that is below the ground surface (ground water). Runoff water and ground water are the main things that must be considered so that they do not disturb and damage the mining location. Therefore, this report was written to find out how much runoff water enters the mining front area. The stages used in calculating runoff water discharge are calculating the catchment area area, calculating planned rainfall data using the Log Pearson III method, calculating rain intensity using the Monnonobe method, calculating runoff water discharge using the rational method. Based on calculations, the catchment area in Pit PE PT was obtained. Kalimantan Prima Persada Jobsite PELH is 540,18 Ha or 5,40 km2, the average daily maximum rainfall in the last 10 years is 547.4 mm/day, planned rainfall is 385,140 mm/day, rain intensity is 80,87 mm/day, and the runoff discharge is 30.204,27 m3/hour.

Abstract

This research aims to neutralize the pH of acid mine drainage using a passive open limestone channel method using limestone as a neutralizing agent, which is then modified by adding other test materials such as fly ash and silica sand. This test will be carried out through three repetitions which will later be called the AA-0 Combination, AA-1 Combination, and AA-3 Combination. The pH value of the acid mine drainage before the test was 3.75 and after the test was carried out, the final pH combination AA-0 was 7.39; The final pH of the AA-1 combination was 7.3; and AA-2 Combination The final pH is 7.21.
