Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Fleksibilitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Era New Normal Pada Pt. Torganda Kandir Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Direncanakan, penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan mulai dari November 2022 hingga Januari 2023 di PT. Torganda Kandir Medan, yang berlokasi di JL. Abdullah Lubis No.26, Babura, Kec. Medan Baru, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara 20153. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan, dengan sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Torganda Kandir Medan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penggunaan kuesioner yang akan didistribusikan kepada karyawan sebagai responden. Selain itu, wawancara juga dilakukan dengan karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan. Metode ini Digunakan peneliti untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang perusahaan berdasarkan laporan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Data primer dalam penelitian ini mencakup hasil wawancara dengan karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan dan pengisian kuesioner yang diberikan kepada perusahaan tersebut. Sementara itu, sumber data sekunder melibatkan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, secara parsial variabel Kompetensi Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan di era New Normal. Begitu pula, secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan di era New Normal. Selain itu, secara parsial variabel Fleksibilitas Kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan di era New Normal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the effect of the debt to equity ratio (DER) on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used is quantitative. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. This research is explanatory. Samples were taken using the Purposive Sampling method in the form of 56 manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2021 period. These results indicate that the DER variable has an effect on stock prices. This proves to be significant above 0.05. So when DER goes up, it affects stock prices. Simple regression analysis for this study gives a simple regression equation Y = 253.635 + 0.480. Then the determination test gives a correlation value (R) of 0.238 or 23.8% which indicates that the dependent variable and independent variable are positively correlated, meaning that if the DER increases, the stock price will also increase. The value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) can have a DER effect on the dependent variable (stock price) which is indicated by R2 which is equal to 0.057.Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio Stock Price

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Return On Assets (ROA) dan Rasio On Equity (ROE) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2014-2023. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif, Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu laporan tahunan selama 2014-2023 pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Analisis regresi dilakukan uji signifikansi pengaruh Return On Assets dan Return On Equity terhadap Pertumbuhan laba. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa: Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat, dan secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba tahun 2014-2023.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, compensation, and career development on teacher performance at SMA Yayasan Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression analysis approach. The data used consists of primary and secondary data, and is analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that all independent variables meet the classical assumptions, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Multiple linear regression tests show that training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.001. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.006. Career development also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.007. Simultaneously, the results of the F test show that training, compensation, and career development together have a significant effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000. The conclusion is that increasing training, compensation, and career development contributes to improving teacher performance at SMA Yayasan Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan. The implications of this study can be a basis for policy makers in improving the quality of educators through effective human resource management strategies. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Cahaya Bintang Selatan Medan. Metode penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif explanatory. Metode analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah 96 karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis yaitu secara parsial dan simultan pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supervisory work, competence and satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Lunadorii Utama Indonesia. The population in this study were 126 respondents, and the sample was 96 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The results showed that simultaneously supervision, competence, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lunadorii Utama Indonesia. The coefficient of determination test results obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.378, this means 37.8% of the variables tied to employee performance can be carried out by the independent variables, while the remaining 62.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as career development, promotion, compensation, and work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan, komunikasi, dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 158 karyawan dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 113 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan anĂ¡lisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis diperoleh hasil secara simultan kepuasan kerja, komunikasi dan pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan, dan secara parsial kepuasan kerja, komunikasi dan pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan. Hasil koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,451 berarti bahwa 45,1% bahwa kinerja karyawan yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas kepuasan, komunikasi dan pengawasan, sedangkan sebesar 54,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar dari penelitian ini, seperti kompensasi, motivasi dan kepemimpinan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job stress, work competence, and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study was 139 employees and the sample was 94 employees. We conducted survey research to collect data from the respondents. We used primary and secondary data and analyzed them by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially job stress, job competence, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Mandiri Bangunan Medan. Simultaneously job stress, work competence, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Mandiri Bangunan Medan.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and discipline on employee performance at PT. Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel and Medan Convention. The population is 202 employees. The number of samples in this study was 134 employees and the validity and reliability testing was 30 employees. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The results showed that simultaneously leadership, motivation, and discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel and Medan Convention. Partially, leadership, motivation and discipline had a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel and Medan Convention.
