Abstract

Tujuan yang dapat dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak komunikasi terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia, dan untuk mengetahui dampak kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan yaitu secara uji t komunikasi dan kualita layanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa manajemen pada Universitas Prima Indonesia, dan secara serempak bahwa komunikasi, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa manajemen pada Universitas Prima Indonesia

Abstract

Human Resources is one of the most important things in managing an existing system within an organization or company. Therefore, human resources must be managed as well as possible to improve quality in the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health, work discipline, and leadership style on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. This research is explanatory, or so-called pure research or main research. The number of samples in this study were 261 people who were determined using simple random sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using t-test and f-test. The results showed that in partially the occupational safety and health variables have a significant effect on performance which can be seen from the t-count(-2.876) higher than t-table (1.65), the work discipline variable has a significant effect on performance can be seen from the t-count (11,177) higher than t-table (1.65), and the variable leadership style has a significant effect on performance which can be seen from the t-count(3.849) higher than t-table (1.65). The variables of occupational safety and health, discipline, and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, as seen from F-count (84,116) higher than F table (2.65) and a significance probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. So, it can be concluded that occupational safety and health, work discipline, and leadership style simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of training, compensation, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Vemrer Jaya Abadi Medan. The decline in employee performance is due to employee training, work compensation that is not in accordance with low employee work discipline. The sample in this study amounted to 72 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The conclusion in this study shows that partially Training, Work Compensation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of PT Vemrer Jaya Abadi Medan. Simultaneously Training, Work Compensation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of PT Vemrer Jaya Abadi Medan

Abstract

Employee performance has an impact on a company's performance. This needs to be improved in the direction of meet the company's objectives. Employee performance can be improved through good leadership, high employee motivation, and employee training. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of leadership, motivation, and training on employee performance, both individually and collectively. The descriptive and quantitative research methods were used. Observations, and interviews with BKD employees from Karo Regency were used to collect data. The interview technique was carried out in an unstructured manner using questionnaire. Data analysis using Test T and Test F. Analysis results show that leadership has a significant impact on employee performance; work motivation has a significant impact on employee performance; training has an impact on employee performance; and all three together have an impact on employee performance. Variable work discipline as the most dominant variable affecting employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the personnel administration system on employee satisfaction at the Sumatra II River Basin Center, Medan. The survey approach used in this survey uses a qualitative approach that combines observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. Those who become resource persons to obtain information and become pioneers in order to facilitate the administrative system are civil servants in the staffing section. The results showed that 20% of 100% were dissatisfied with the use of the administrative system because of the knowledge and age factors that had an impact on the use of the personnel administration system application on the satisfaction of the employees of the Medan Sungai Sumatera II Regional Office and 80% of 100% indicated that the employees were satisfied with the personnel administration system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tanimas Soap Industries. This research is survey research. PT. Tanimas Soap Industries is a company engaged in manufacturing and exporting soap. The researcher used simple random sampling technique using the help of Slovin formula. With a population of129 people and an error rate(e) of 5%, the sample(n) of this study was 97 people while the validity and reliability tests were taken from the rest of the population after calculating Slovin formula as many as 30 people. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression using SPSS v.17.0 software. From this research, Reseacher got a result that tcount  ttable  work satisfaction variable (3,703 1,985) with significance 0,000 0,05 and tcount ttable  work motivation variable (3,814 1,985) with significance 0,000 0,05 and Fcount   Ftable  was24,750 3,09 with significance 0,000 0,05. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction and work motivation have an effect simultaneously on employee performance.
