Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara kompetensi wirausaha, skala usaha dan saluran pemasaran terhadap keberhasilan usaha di UMKM Getuk Goreng Sokaraja Kecamatan Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas.Objek penelitian adalah UMKM Getuk Goreng Sokaraja di Kecamatan Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sumua populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan angket atau kuesioner.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif presentase, analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan partial kompetensi wirausaha, skala usaha dan saluran pemasaran berpengaruh pada keberhasilan usaha sebesar 70,0 %. Secara parsial variabel kompetensi wirausaha berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha sebesar 46,1 %, skala usaha pada keberhasilan usaha sebesar 42,4% ,dan saluran pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha sebesar 15,0 %. Saran yang dapat peneliti berikan yaitu Bagi wiarusaha sebaiknya memperhatikan kompetensi beriwirausaha ketika memulai usahanya, sedangkan untuk peneliti selanjutnya sebaiknya menambah variabel lain selain variabel yang diteliti.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge management, training and job satisfaction on work productivity in MSMEs in Batik Giriloyo Village, Bantul Regency, both partially and simultaneously. In this research, researchers used quantitative research methods. The number of batik making samples that will be taken from the UMKM Batik Village Giriloyo, Bantul Regency is 60 respondents. The data in this study was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that knowledge management has a negative and insignificant effect on work productivity. Training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Knowledge Management, training, and job satisfaction have a positive and simultaneous effect on work productivity.

Abstract

The phenomenon of child exploitation reached 147 cases in Jambi City from 2021 to 2022. The Jambi City Community Empowerment, Women and Child Protection (DPMPPA) Office as one of the institutions that has a technical role in implementing child protection norms, standards, procedures and criteria, also has several times found that there are various forms of exploitation carried out against children. This study aims to find out more about the causal factors and the efforts made in overcoming acts of exploitation of children in Jambi City. The research method is empirical juridical with data collection through observation, interviews, and deficiencies. The results showed that the exploitation of children in Jambi City was mostly done by their own parents due to various factors such as the economy, environment, culture and education. Efforts made to child victims of this exploitation are by providing assistance and guidance by the Jambi City DPMPPA.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study was the law enforcement against actors encroaching on TNKS forests. This study was to know the role of law enforcement officials and the law enforcement process against actors of TNKS forest encroachment, obstacles experienced by law enforcement officers. The research method uses a juridical-empirical research approach with qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of the research, the following conclusions: First, the cause of encroachment of the TNKS forest in Jangkat sub-district is due to economic factors, educational and factors of the number of law enforcement officers. Second, the role of law enforcement officers and the community in law enforcement which includes roles in preventive and repressive. Third, efforts that must be made to prevent and eradicate forest encroachment in Jangkat District are: (1). Improve the legal substance; (2). Improve supporting facilities; (3). Increase patrols; (4). Give more understanding to the community about the importance of protecting the forest.
