Abstract

The teaching and learning activities at schools and universities have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This article was aimed at describing teachers’ point of view on the implementation of distance learning at PGSD FKIP Unsyiah, especially in mathematics courses. The participants were 3 mathematics teachers at PGSD FKIP Unsyiah. Data was collected through interview and analyzed qualitatively. Results showed that the preparation of learning depended on the completeness of materials uploaded to the university elearning website; courses were conducted using zoom, Whatsapp, elearning website and Youtube channel; evaluation was conducted by giving tasks to the students; lack of IT skills and unstable internet connection were among the obstacles in distance learning. This study implies that the implementation of distance learning could be optimized by overcoming the obstacles.

Abstract

In learning science it requires a concept discovery process in understanding the lesson, such as using learning media. During observations in class V SD Negeri 1 Calang the teacher found that the teacher only used pictures in the book on the water cycle material. This study aims to see the effect of audio-visual media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material. The approach used is a quantitative and experimental approach, namely the type of research with a one group pretest and posttest design model. The place where this research was carried out was at SD Negeri 1 Calang on Jalan Attorney No. 10, Happy Village, Krueng Sabee District, Aceh Jaya Regency. The population for this study were all students of class V SD Negeri 1 Calang, Aceh Jaya Regency, amounting to 21 people because the population was not enough 30, therefore the entire population was sampled. The data collection technique used a pretest and posttest made of multiple choices. SPSS statistics version 25 is the data analysis technique used. To prove the hypothesis used is a paired sample test t test which obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. The results of the criteria for these values are H₀ rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect audio-visual media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material in class V SD Negeri 1 Calang, Aceh Jaya Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of PAKAPIN media on student learning outcomes on the additional material in class III SDN 1 Mata Ie Aceh Besar. The quantitative approach used in this research, the experiment is a type of research in the form of a one-shot case study. The sample in this research were all students of class III SDN 1 Mata Ie Aceh Besar totaling 22 people. The data collection technique in this research was a test in the form of an essay. The results of the research were analyzed using the right-hand t-test. The results showed that with a significant level of α= 0,05 and dk = (n-1) = (22-1) = 21 then the distribution list t with t(1- α)(n-1) = t(0,95)(21) is 1,72 because tcount  ttable that is 5,88 1,72. So based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that PAKAPIN media has an influence on student learning outcomes in additional to the material. Thus, H0 is rejected as H1 is accepted, so the hypothesis in this research states that “there is a significant influence of PAKAPIN media on student learning outcomes on the summation material in class III SDN 1 Mata Ie Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar sering terasa sulit atau berat bagi siswa. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menghindari hal ini adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan sesuai. Di dalam tulisan ini dijabarkan tahapan pengembangan media Puzzle Bilangan, yaitu media pembelajaran matematika untuk pembelajaran materi perkalian dan pembagian bagi siswa kelas II. Tahapan pengembangan berdasarkan model Plomp yang terbagi ke dalam tiga phase yaitu studi preliminary, development, dan assessment. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, observasi, dan tes. Subjek penelitian meliputi 40 siswa kelas 2 SD Negeri 28 Banda Aceh. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Puzzle Bilangan memenuhi kriteria valid, kriteria praktikal, dan efektif. Dengan demikian maka disimpulkan bahwa media Puzzle Bilangan layak atau sesuai untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran materi perkalian dan pembagian di kelas II. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan urgensi penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran matematika bagi siswa SD. Maka dari itu disarankan agar guru untuk menggunakan media yang sesuai dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

This research is motivated by teachers who have not implemented an active learning model which results in learning not going well. At this time the world of work also demands changes in skills. communication skills, collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving, creativity and innovation, these skills are important in entering 21st century life. The purpose of this research is to find out the Application of the Discovery Learning Model in Improving Class V 4C Skills in Theme 3 Sub-theme 1 at SDN 10 Banda aceh. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted at SDN 10 Banda Aceh, Banda Aceh City. The research subjects were class V (five) teachers and 28 students. Data collection techniques in this study were written tests, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) The application of the Discovery Learning model to improve learning outcomes in 4C skills class V on theme 3 sub-theme 1 at SDN 10 Banda Aceh has been well implemented, this is evidenced by the completeness of student learning outcomes which have increased from pre-cycle results with a percentage of 71.42%, increased to 78.57%, then in the second cycle it increased with a percentage of 96.42%. 2) Teacher activity in improving class V 4C skills on theme 3 sub-theme 1 for students at SDN 10 Banda Aceh is already very good, this can be proven by the results of observations of cycle I teacher activities during two meetings, the first meeting was in the good category, the both categories were good, then the results of observations of teacher activity cycle II increased more, namely during the two meetings the total score of the first meeting and both categories were very good. 3) The activities of students in improving the 4C skills of class V on theme 3 sub-theme 1 at SDN 10 Banda Aceh have been carried out very well, this can be seen from the results of observations of student activities in cycle I, the first meeting was in good category, the second meeting was in good category, then at the observation results of cycle II student activity increased more that is, the first meeting was very good category, the second meeting was very good category. The conclusion in this study is that the application of the discovery learning model to improve the 4C skills of fifth grade students on theme 3, sub-theme 1 at SDN 10 Banda Aceh is very good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach with Dakon media on multiplication material on the learning outcomes of class II students at SDN Grong-grong Kab. Pidie. In this study the researchers used a quantitative approach with the type of research Tru Experiment or real experiment and the model used was the pretest-posttest control group design. the population in this study were all class II students at SDN Grong-grong Kab. Pidie and the samples in this study were 25 class II A students as the experimental class and 22 class II B students as the control class. The data collection technique was carried out using a research instrument in the form of a description test of 5 questions. The data analysis technique was carried out using the t-test at a significant level of 5%, 95% confidence level assisted by SPSS statistics version 25. The results obtained from data processing were significant (2-tailed) 0.000  0.05, which means that the criteria in decision making are rejected and accepted, so that there is an influence of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) learning approach with Dakon media on multiplication material on the learning outcomes of class II students at SDN Grong-grong Kab. Pidie.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang hanya berfokus pada improvisasi kecerdasan intelektual tanpa diintegrasikan dengan keyakinan agama membuat peserta didik tidak memiliki kesadaran penuh untuk mendalami ilmu pengetahuan, sehingga berdampak pada hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik. Dimana hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik tidak mencapai Kriteria Belajar Minimal (KBM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengintegrasian keyakinan agama dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi cahaya terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas V SDN 22 Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif jenis penelitiannya yaitu quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan statistik uji Independent Sample T-Test diperoleh nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka kriteria pengambilan keputusan yaitu Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pengintegrasian keyakinan agama dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi cahaya terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas V SDN 22 Banda Aceh. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut, diharapkan kepada semua pihak sivitas pendidikan agar meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tanpa mengabaikan keyakinan agama dalam memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

Bahan ajar merupakan suatu komponen penting dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara oleh kepala sekolah dan guru kelas V SD Negeri 22 Banda ditemukan masalah materi yang disajikan dalam buku paket belum memenuhi capaian pembelajaran, sehingga siswa merasa sulit memahami materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Salah satu upaya adalah mengembangkan e-modul berbasis flipbook maker yang menarik dan sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk yang valid, praktikal, dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, angket respon, observasi dan tes. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi 40 siswa kelas V SD Negeri 22 Banda Aceh. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut.1) Hasil validasi ahli materi dan media diperoleh rata-rata 93%. 2) Hasil uji skala kecil observasi aktivitas siswa dan respon siswa rata-rata 92%. Dan hasil data uji skala luas observasi aktivitas siswa dan respon siswa rata-rata 91,5%. 3) Data keefektifan diperoleh dari hasil belajar siswa, sebanyak 100% siswa mendapatkan nilai tuntas KKM. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan e-modul berbasis flipbook maker untuk pembelajaran sistem pernapasan manusia dinyatakan valid, praktikal dan efektif digunakan sebagai sumber belajar.
