Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan: (1) penerapan pembelajaran menulis narasi ekspositoris dengan media film pada siswa kelas XI SMK Batik Perbaik Purworejo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013; (2) pengaruh media film dalam peoses pembelajaran menulis narasi ekspositoris pada siswa kelas XI SMK Batik Perbaik Purworejo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013; (3) peningkatan kemampuan menulis narasi ekspositoris dengan media film pada siswa kelas XI SMK Batik Perbaik Purworejo tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik tes dan teknik nontes. Dalam teknik analisis data, peneliti menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan teknik kualitataif. Teknik penyajian hasil data yang digunakan adalah analisis informal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa: (1) Penerapan pembelajaran menulis narasi ekspositoris dengan media film; (a) peneliti menayangkan film, (b) siswa menyimak film dan mengamati peristiwa-peristiwa dalam film, (c) siswa menulis dengan mengembangkan ide-ide gagasan untuk menulis narasi ekspositoris, (2) Pengaruh media film terhadap aktifitas belajar siswa, tahap siklus I, siswa banyak yang belum antusias, sedangkan pada siklus II aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran sudah baik, (3) Hasil menulis narasi ekspositoris dengan media film mengalami peningkatkan. Pada prasiklus ialah 54,74, siklus I 63,75 dan siklus II sebesar 72,86. Kata Kunci: menulis narasi ekspositoris, media film.

Abstract

Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is a highly contagious disease that can infect all cloven hoofed animals. FMD is one of the most important infectious viral diseases in the world. This disease is responsible for international losses in livestock production and trade. In this article, we formulate a mathematical model for the spread of FMD in goat farms that considers early quarantine, vaccination, and disinfection interventions. The model constructed is expressed as a system of ordinary differential equations consisting of eight state variables. We determine the basic reproduction number using the next-generation matrix method. Our numerical simulation results show that vaccination has a very crucial role in controlling the spread of FMD and reducing the basic reproduction number. In addition, quarantine interventions for latent and infectious goats are also effective in controlling the spread of FMD. The basic reproduction number can also be suppressed by disinfection and quarantine interventions. Therefore, we recommend implementing routine vaccination, screening and disinfection programs. In addition, farmer should be given education so that they have the ability to identify goats exposed to FMDV so that quarantine can be carried out early.

Abstract

Humans are social beings. Cannot stand alone without the help of others. Social beings in their lives need other people. This study discusses group behavior in organizations, organizations are groups of people who are working towards common goals under leadership. Every human being in any activity will be involved in group activities. The purpose of this study is to determine various group behaviors in organizations. The method used in this study is the study and analysis of data, especially from journals and books that are related to the topic of writing, data is analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of this study are There are so many benefits from the existence of groups in an organization, both benefits for individuals as part or members of the group and for the effectiveness of the work of an ongoing organization. Individual behavior must be directed towards the interests of the organization in order to achieve organizational goals so that in further developments group behavior develops into organizational behavior.
