Abstract

The primary objective of the study is to assess the efficacy of teaching fundamental movements using traditional Acehnese sports among elementary school children. This study employs descriptive quantitative research methodologies. The participants in this study consisted of primary school pupils from upper and lower socioeconomic classes. The study included 35 students, and its efficacy was tested. The findings of this study indicate that kids in primary school might enhance their fundamental motions by utilizing traditional Acehnese games. This can be demonstrated by the disparity between the average pretest and posttest scores, which amounts to 19.34286. This discrepancy reflects the variation in scores obtained from the fundamental movement ability test. Moreover, the key finding from this data set is the computed t value of 68.864 with degrees of freedom (df) equal to 34, resulting in an associated table value of 2.032. When comparing the estimated t value to the t table, it is found that the sig value or the p-value is 0.000, which is greater than 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) is discarded. Consequently, there are disparities in the outcomes of the fundamental movement aptitude tests conducted on the experimental population before (pretest) and following (posttest) therapy utilizing the basic motion learning model derived from traditional Acehnese games. The novel aspect of acquiring fundamental movements through traditional Acehnese games serves as both a means of learning these motions and a platform for understanding the inherent values inside these games

Abstract

Penelitian ini yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kedisiplinan siswa yang bermasalah, misalnya datang terlambat, ribut waktu belajar dan bermain saat jam belajar. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran guru pendidikan jasmani, serta hambatan dan solusi dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDIT Al-Quraniyyah, mulai dari bulan Oktober 2016 hingga Februari 2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru pendidikan jasmani dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa yaitu sebagai komunikator, motivator, fasilitator. Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pendisiplinan siswa yaitu sikap individu siswa yang sering mengganggu teman, becanda dan mengobrol. Hambatan tersebut diselesaikan oleh guru dengan cara melakukan peneguran, arahan dan pemberian reward terhadap siswa yang telah melakukan sikap disiplin. Hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi para guru dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenulisan ini didasari oleh hasil latihan teakwondo ekadasa club yang belum mencapai potensi maksimal. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan hasil latihan tersebut belum maksimal sambil fokus pada upaya perbaikan menggunakan alat resistance band. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mencari tahu adanya pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap power otot tungkai di taekwondo ekadasa club. Teknik yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design, rancangan ini melibatkan satu kelompok subjek tanpa adanya kelompok kontrol. Sampel diambil sebanyak 26 atlet taekwondo ekadasa club dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, sebelum diberikan model latihan resistance band (Pre-test) sebagian besar hasil statistik sebesar 805,49 ini menjelaskan bahwa power otot tungkai pada atlet taekwondo ekadasa club mayoritas terbanyak masuk kategori sangat kurang. Setelah menerima latihan mengunakan resistance band (Post-test) mendapatkan hasil statistik sebesar 1044,14 menjelaskan bahwa power otot tungkai pada atlet taewkondo ekadasa club mengalami peningkatan pada kategori kurang hingga cukup. Hal ini terbukti bahwa pada uji-t t hitung t tabel yaitu 13,850 2,064 dan signifikasi 0,00% 0,05 maka hipotesis alternative (ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (h0) ditolakKata Kunci: kata kunci; resistance band, power otot tungkai, taekwondoABSTRACTThis writing is based on the results of the Ekadasa Club's teakwondo training which has not yet reached its maximum potential. Therefore, researchers are interested in investigating the factors that cause exercise results to not be optimal while focusing on improvement efforts using resistance bands. The aim of this research was to find out the effect of resistance band training on leg muscle power at the Ekadasa Taekwondo Club. The technique used is a quantitative experimental method using a one group pretest-posttest design, this design involves one group of subjects without a control group. The sample was taken from 26 Ekadasa Club Taekwondo athletes using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 test. The research results showed that before being given the resistance band training model (Pre-test), most of the statistical results were 805.49. This explains that the majority of the leg muscle power of the Ekadasa Club Taekwondo athletes was in the very poor category. . After receiving training using resistance bands (Post-test), the statistical results were 1044.14, explaining that the leg muscle power of the Taewkondo Ekadasa Club athletes had increased in the insufficient to sufficient category. This is proven that in the t-test t count t table, namely 13.850 2.064 and a significance of 0.00% 0.05, the alternative hypothesis (ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (h0) is rejected..Keywords: words; resistance band, leg muscle power, taekwondo

Abstract

Masalah yang dikaji adalah memfokuskan proses yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik dan guru di dalam kelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penerepan teknik dasar dalam metode drill bulu tangkis servis panjang bagi siswa kelas IX SMP PGRI 32 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Data yang didapatkan kemudian dilakukan Uji validitas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Prasiklus kategori baik dengan persentasi 0%, kategori baik dengan persentasi 0%, kategori cukup dengan persentasi 13%, kategori kurang dengan persentasi 27%, dan kategori kurang sekali dengan persentasi 60%. Siklus I Tindakan I kategori Baik Sekali dengan nilai persentasi 0%, kategori Baik dengan nilai persentasi 7%, kategori Cukup dengan nilai persentasi 20%, kategori dengan nilai persentasi 33%, kategori Kurang Sekali dengan nilai persentasi 40%. Hasil Siklus I tindakan II tersebut, kategori baik sekali 0 siswi dengan persentase 0%, kategori baik dengan persentase 13%, kategori cukup 5 siswi dengan persentase 34%, kategori kurang 3 siswi dengan persentase 20%, dan kategori kurang sekali 5 siswi dengan persentase 33%. Hasil tindakan I tersebut, kategori baik sekali 2 siswi dengan persentase 13%, kategori baik 4 siswi dengan persentase 27%, kategori cukup 5 siswi dengan persentase 33%, kategori kurang 4 siswi dengan persentase 27%, dan kategori kurang sekali 0 siswi dengan persentase 0%. Hasil siklus II tindakan II yaitu, kategori Baik Sekali dengan nilai persentasi 47%, kategori Baik dengan nilai persentasi 33%, kategori Cukup dengan nilai persentasi7%, kategori Kurang dengan nilai persentasi 13%, kategori Kurang Sekali dengan nilai persentasi 0%.

Abstract

This writing is motivated by the results of students' badminton training that have not been maximized, so researchers are moved to examine what causes the results of passing exercises that have not been maximized and put forward improvements by using target passing exercises. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of targeting passing exercises on the results of passing accuracy in futsal games for extracurricular students at Setia Negara Vocational School, when participating in extracurricular activities. The technique used is an experimental model, and the hypothesis is the result of the passing accuracy of the futsal extracurricular students at Setia Negara Vocational School who are influenced by target passing exercises. The results of the calculations which show the calculation of the t-test -3.058 -t table -0.000 and a significance of 0.0001 0.05, clearly shows that there is no significant difference in the results of the accuracy of passing futsal extracurricular students at SMK Setia Negara using passing exercises target. Thus it can be said that passing exercises use targets for the results of passing accuracy in futsal games for extracurricular students at SMK Setia Negara. Principals, teachers, parents and students, as well as future researchers, are expected to benefit from the findings of this study.  Key words: Passing Using Target, Accuracy Results

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara media audio visual terhadap keterampilan passing dalam permainan futsal. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena keterampilan passing pada siswa ekstrakurikuler masih kurang baik, dan belum terlihat adanya modifikasi latihan keterampilan passing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MI Nurul Falah Pondok Ranji. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal yang berjumlah 26 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh media audio visual terhadap keterampilan passing dalam permainan futsal pada siswa ekstrakurikuler. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji-t menggunakan Independent samples test diperoleh nilai t = 2,274, dengan signifikansi 0,002 0,005 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas kontrol. Pada kelas kontrol diperoleh rata-rata nilai tes sebesar 36,92, sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh rata-rata nilai tes sebesar 49,23.Kata Kunci: Futsal, Media Audio Visual, Ekstrakurikuler.

Abstract

The purpose of this research and development is to produce the learning model of volleyball overhand service for junior high school age. In addition, research and development is conducted to obtain in-depth informationabout the development and application of the learning model of volleyball overhand service for junior high school age and determine the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of the model created child. This research uses development methods research development (R D) from Borg and Gall. Subjects in research and development are the students of junior high school consisting of 60 children. Based on the results of the development can be concluded that: (1) whit the volleyball learning model overhand service for junior high school age can be developed and applied in physical education learning at schools (2) the volleyball learning model overhand service for junior high school age which have been developed, acquired evidence of this improv went is shown in the result testing data from pretest and posttest ther is significant difference between before and after the development of a model.

Abstract

Passing is a fundamental technique in futsal that every player must master, as it is crucial for maintaining possession, controlling the tempo, and creating scoring opportunities. Yet, observations in the futsal extracurricular program at SMP YAPERMAS showed that many students experienced difficulties with accuracy and power, which disrupted effective ball control among teammates. Results from a basic passing technique test further revealed that students’ average performance was categorized as “very poor,” emphasizing the importance of structured training to enhance this skill. This study aimed to analyze the effect of drill training on the passing abilities of extracurricular futsal participants at SMP YAPERMAS. This study employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design involving one group that received both pretest and posttest measurements. The research population comprised 18 students, with 12 purposively selected as samples. Participants were required to be male, physically and mentally fit, actively involved in extracurricular futsal, willing to participate, and registered as seventh or eighth graders in the 2024–2025 academic year. The findings indicated significant improvement in passing performance, as shown by an increase in the mean score from 57.67 in the pretest to 64.59 in the posttest. Statistical analysis using a paired sample t-test with SPSS 25 yielded a significance level of 0.00, which is below the 0.05 threshold. These results confirm that the drill training method positively and significantly influenced students’ basic passing techniques, proving its effectiveness as a training strategy in school-based futsal programs.

Abstract

Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is a highly contagious disease that can infect all cloven hoofed animals. FMD is one of the most important infectious viral diseases in the world. This disease is responsible for international losses in livestock production and trade. In this article, we formulate a mathematical model for the spread of FMD in goat farms that considers early quarantine, vaccination, and disinfection interventions. The model constructed is expressed as a system of ordinary differential equations consisting of eight state variables. We determine the basic reproduction number using the next-generation matrix method. Our numerical simulation results show that vaccination has a very crucial role in controlling the spread of FMD and reducing the basic reproduction number. In addition, quarantine interventions for latent and infectious goats are also effective in controlling the spread of FMD. The basic reproduction number can also be suppressed by disinfection and quarantine interventions. Therefore, we recommend implementing routine vaccination, screening and disinfection programs. In addition, farmer should be given education so that they have the ability to identify goats exposed to FMDV so that quarantine can be carried out early.
