Abstract

Nur Rohim, Lutfi Effendi, Agus Yulianto Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya Jl. MT. Kata kunci: film, sensor, jaringan teknologi informatika    ABSTRACT Films can be shown on big screens, television, and information technology networks with the obligation to obtain a Censorship Pass Certificate before being circulated and/or shown. Currently, there is no mechanism that explicitly regulates film censorship in the information technology network. The unclear regulation of film censorship authority in the information technology network indicates obstacles in the formation of regulations. This research used normative juridical method which was conducted to identify and analyze the urgency and obstacles of film censorship regulation in the information technology network. Based on the author's research, the urgency of the regulation of film sensors in the information technology network arises due to the unclear regulation of film sensors in the information technology network so that the Film Censorship Institute cannot carry out the protection function as mandated by laws and regulations. It is necessary to regulate the censorship of films shown on big screens, television, and information technology networks as a form of protection for the audience as well as the basis for recognizing and limiting the rights to freedom of speech and expression so as not to violate the rights of others. The regulation of film censorship in the information technology network encounters inhibiting factors, namely potential threats to the creative process of domestic filmmaking and normative challenges. Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all countries and no exception beloved our country Indonesia, has resulted in destruction and the collapse of the community’s economy. At the same time there is information about the covid-19 virus that still needs to be questioned about the validity of the source. With the development of technology in today’s era, it is easier for us to filter information that has valid sources so that there are no misunderstandings about the information obtained. So on this basis, this study aims to develop a chatbot model regarding Covid-19 in a relevant and fast manner according to the questions and statements entered. Chatbot itself is an Artificial Intelligence-based program or we can call it a digital assistant, which can simulate user conversations or chats like humans through an application either based on Android or the web. By using chatbot technology, users can get valid and relevant answers whose sources are clear so as not to cause anxiety and also make it easier for users to get information about the Covid-19 virus. Abstract

Paluh Kurau Village is one of the villages in North Sumatra Province which has good mangrove forest potential and needs to be managed in a sustainable manner because it is also potentially threatened by the activities of the surrounding community. This study aims to determine the understanding of Paluh Kurau Community about the conditions and benefits of mangroves in Paluh Kurau and to draft village regulations to protect mangroves. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative and uses two types of data, namely primary data (field observations and interviews) and secondary data (literature review). Based on 30 respondents who were interviewed, 25 people (83%) answered that the condition of the mangrove forest in Paluh Kurau village had decreased due to changes in land use, namely, to become oil palm plantations, rice fields, settlements, and intensive ponds. The benefits of mangroves that are known to the community are as a water filter, oxygen producer, abrasion prevention, barrier to the entry of sea water into the mainland, and fish habitat as a source of livelihood. The development of village regulations includes agreements, policies, rights, obligations, prohibitions, and sanctions for protecting mangroves that refer to the national regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study are important as a reference for protecting mangrove forests in Paluh Kurau Village and as a model for village-level mangrove forest protection policies that can be implemented in other areas

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic imperative for enhancing the competitiveness of Indonesia’s halal industrial zones in an increasingly dynamic and transparency-driven global market. This study investigates the application of digital technologies—namely Blockchain, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI)—within halal industrial areas, while identifying key challenges, emerging opportunities, and strategic development pathways. Adopting a qualitative exploratory approach, the research involved semi-structured interviews with five key informants, including industrial zone managers, officials from the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH), and representatives of halal-oriented small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Additional data were collected through on-site participant observation and document analysis of relevant policies and technical reports. Thematic analysis was employed to examine the qualitative data, followed by interpretation through a SWOT framework, which was subsequently integrated into a TOWS matrix to formulate strategic recommendations. The findings highlight three primary challenges: digital inequality among industrial zones, resistance to technology adoption, and inadequate infrastructure. These issues underscore the urgent need for regulatory harmonization by the government, increased investment in infrastructure and digital literacy by industry stakeholders, and enhanced academic engagement in Shariah-compliant digitalization research. The study proposes several actionable recommendations, including the establishment of public–private partnerships (PPPs), the implementation of certified digital training programs for halal SMEs, the creation of halal technology incubators, and the development of national standards for halal-related digital technologies. Overall, this research contributes to the discourse on building a digitally integrated, transparent, and sustainable halal industrial ecosystem in Indonesia.
