Abstract

 The creative economy is becoming important because current development is faced with the ability of the state to synergize tax administration, taxpayers, through the support of political commitment, social, cultural, and economic conditions to create the success of national taxation. Taxation is the backbone of state revenue and the creative economy as a forum for the younger generation to channel their creativity in doing business and building the country. The purpose of this research is to conduct a cluster of problematic creative economy business actors; know the integrative sustainable business assistance model for creative economy business actors; know integrative sustainability actions to increase taxpayer compliance, and politicize creative economy business actors. In-depth interviews and documentation obtained data. Determination of data sources using random sampling. The data validity used source triangulation. The data analysis technique used a data analysis model according to Miles and Huberman. The results showed that there are problematic clusters of creative economy business actors divided into culinary services and culinary goods. The need for an integrated sustainable business assistance model for creative economy business actors that involves intellectuals, business people, creative economy community, government, mass media - social media, and resources. Integrative sustainability actions to improve taxpayer compliance and politicize creative economy business actors through expanding tax training with the Business Development Services (BDS) Program, enactment of PP 23 of 2018, simplifying legislation for creative economy business actors with the enactment of the Omnibus Law, to the local government Omnibus Law give authority to the chief executive to provide fiscal incentives to business actors to increase taxpayers.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium (MSMEs) business play a crucial role in the economy of Indonesia. Unfortunately, there is low-income tax receipt from MSME sectors. This study examined the effect of taxation knowledge and understanding toward tax compliance among MSMEs owners, exclusively culinary business owners. The quantitative method was used in analyzing the data collected. The sample size for the research was 50, with all MSME owners responded through the questionnaire distributed. This study concluded that there is a positive effect between taxation knowledge and level of understanding toward tax compliance. It means that an increase in tax knowledge and tax understanding level can lead to an increase of tax compliance level. Although this study succeeded to prove the effect between variables, the results of secondary data indicate that many MSME owners are still confused in implementing tax regulations, PP-23/2018.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues are constantly evolving nowadays since social and ethical issues have received public attention and high regulatory pressure regarding this issue. Malang Regency has implemented the CSR since long time ago. Every company in Malang Regency has obligated to implement CSR program. The potential of CSR in Malang Regency itself is very big when viewed from the total number of companies that reaches 1,350 companies both in small and large scale. There are also 76 sugar factories in Indonesia and most of them are located in East Java, including Kebon agung which located in Malang Regency. This study can be classified as narrative qualitative research with Kebon Agung as a research objective. This study used formal interviews, and participant observation as data collected method. This study concluded that Economic motives considered as the most appealing CSR program from both the company and the CSR target group perspective. Economic development is impossible without a good education. Education is indispensable to economic development. The financial business incentives of CSR program should follow by providing good education, training, and mentoring in purpose to achieve its effectiveness. To get the better knowledge, the education, training, and mentoring program should collaborate with the regulator, academicians, and professional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of profit sharing, promotion,and service quality on customer interest in using mudharabbah savings. Thepopulation in this study were students majoring in Islamic banking, FEB UNISMA,2017, 2018, and 2019 totaling 252 people. The number of samples in this study usedpurposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysisusing SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the variables for profit sharing(X1), promotion (X2), and service quality (X3) have a significant positive effectsimultaneously on customer interest (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of frontliner service quality, mobile banking and trust on customer satisfaction of Indonesian Islamic banks in the city of Malang. This research is a quantitative research. The method used to test the hypothesis is to use an instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with simultaneous test (F test), coefficient of determination (R2) and partial test (t test). The sample in this study was 92 respondents with the provisions, each respondent is a customer of an Indonesian Islamic bank and a customer who is a user of the mobile banking service application bsi mobile. The data used is primary data that can be obtained directly through questionnaires to Indonesian Islamic bank customers. The results showed that the quality of frontliner service, mobile banking and trust had an effect either partially or simultaneously on the satisfaction of Indonesian Islamic bank customers in the city of Malang. The results of the research on the hypothesis, show that the quality of frontliner service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, mobile banking has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous halal label, productquality and price on consumer purchasing decisions on apple cider beverage productsin Andonosari village. This research is a quantitative research. The method used to testthe hypothesis is to use an instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test,multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with simultaneous test (Ftest), coefficient of determination (R2) and partial test (t test). The sample in this studywas 52 respondents with the provisions that each respondent is a consumer of AppleSari beverage products who reside in the Andonosari Village area and consumers whoknow and have consumed Apple Sari beverage products. The data used is primary dataobtained directly through consumer questionnaires on apple cider beverage products inAndonosari village. The results showed that the halal label, product quality and pricehad an effect either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions on apple ciderdrink products in Andonosari village. The results of the research on the hypothesis,show that the halal label has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions,product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and pricehas a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis program OPOP terhadap efektivitas pemberdayaanekonomi pesantren melalui perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi KOPONTREN AlRifa’ie 2 Malang. Penelitian ini berisikan tentang penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptifberupa kalimat-kalimat tertulis. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metodewawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa adanyaProgram OPOP dalam suatu KOPONTREN memberi dampak positif dalam pengembangan produksisuatu produk unggulan yang lebih berkualitas, melalui beberapa bimbingan dari program OPOP yangmenggandeng beberapa lembaga yang kompeten dibidangnya, serta beberapa lembaga sertifikasiproduk. Program OPOP juga memberikan dampak positif dalam segi kualitas produk, pemasaran dantingkat penjualan, ditinjau dari segi kualitas produk saat ini telah meningkatkan kualitas Branding,Merk, dan Legalitas. Sedangkan dari segi pemasaran telah meningkatkan kualitas pemasaran melaluioffline maupun online dengan meninjau segmentasi pasar. Hal ini berimbas pada meningkatkannyapenjualan produk unggulan KOPONTREN Al-Rifa’ie 2 Malang meningkat pesat menjadi 250-270%.Transaksi di KOPONTREN ini juga menjalankan sesuai prinsip syariah yaitu menggunakan akadakad tertentu dalam setiap transaksinya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding on wadiah and profit sharing on interest in becoming a customer of a sharia bank. this type of research is quantitative research. In this study, the sample taken was FEB UNISMA students starting from the 2017-2020 class, totaling 100 people. Taking the number of samples using the Slovin formula. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 16. The results showed that the variable Wadiah (X1) had a positive and partially significant effect on student interest (Y), profit sharing (X2) had a positive and significant effect on partial to student interest (Y)..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menilai pengaruh Self Service Technology Yang meliputi Automatic Teller Machine / ATM (X1), Internet Banking (X2), Mobile Banking (X3) terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa (Y), baik secara parsial maupun simultan (Y). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Malang angkatan 2018 dan 2019 dan Mahasiswa yang menggunakan minimal satu layanan Self-Service Technology (SST). Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 95 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Kemudian dilakukan analisis menggunakan model statistik parametrik regresi linier berganda. Uji F dan uji t juga dilakukan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa pengguna layanan digital bank syariah
