Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang pelaksanaan program minat baca dalam mengembangkan gerakan literasi siswa, dan mengetahui pengaruh minat baca siswa dengan program gerakan literasi yang dilaksanakan di SD Inpres Pandang-Pandang. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari wawancara dengan beberapa informan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa (1) program minat baca siswa melalui pelaksanaan gerakan literasi di SD Inpres Pandang-Pandang telah diimplementasikan, namun belum optimal, dan (2) sebagai bentuk optimalisasi perpustakaan, sekolah masih berupaya untuk membuat kondisi perpustakaan yang nyaman.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the form of openness of millennial business actors to the digital economy, primarily as a support for marketing activities. This study is a quantitative approach study using survey techniques. Data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire by millennials who have businesses. The sample used in this study was determined using a purposive sampling technique as many as 32 people who have met the criteria that have been set. The results of this study indicate the openness of millennial business actors to the digital economy as a support in marketing activities. The millennial generation is a generation that is very familiar with the use of technology so it is not difficult to adapt to the digital economy. This research has implications for awareness about the importance of using technology to support business activities.

Abstract

Abtract: This study aimed: (1) to describe the use of Regular School Operational Costs (BOS) funds in Junior High School (SMP) level, and (2) to describe the effect of the use of Regular BOS funds for the quality of learning expenditure on the learning outcomes of SMP level students. This research was an associative-causal research which explained the use of Regular BOS for quality of learning expenditure and its effect on student learning outcomes. The research population was all SMP in Maros Regency, while the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done by documentation technique. Data analysis for hypothesis testing was carried out with simple linear regression analysis and t-test. The results showed: 1) The use of Regular BOS funds in SMP level was focused on the quality of learning expenditure; 2) The use of Regular BOS funds for quality of learning expenditure had an effect on student learning outcomes of SMP level students in Maros Regency. Keyword: the use of Regular BOS, learning outcomes

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah UPT SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. Masalahnya adalah: (1) mitra kurang memahami tentang prosedur pendirian koperasi, (2) cara mengelola modal kerja,                   (3) pengembangan pengetahuan dalam pembukuan, (4) manajemen koperasi sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah interaktif, kasus, dan aplikatif. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra dapat memahami prosedur pendirian koperasi sekolah, (2) mitra dapat memahami pengelolaan modal kerja, (3) mitra terampil dalam pembukuan, (4) mitra dapat memahami manajemen koperasi sekolah.

Abstract

Partners of the Community Partnership Program (CPP) are UPT SMK 7 Takalar. The problem are (1) partners do not study learning problems that occur in class, and (2) partners do not accustom to studying learning problems yet in class in the form of classroom action research (CAR). The methodsare tolecture, question and answer, simulation, and practice. The results achieved are (1) partners can study learning problems that occur in class, and (2) partners can solve learning problems in the form of classroom action research (CAR).

Abstract

This research aims to review the direct and indirect effect of entrepreneurship education in family towards attitudes of entrepreneurship and to explain the direct and indirect effect of entrepreneurship education in family and also attitudes of entrepreneurship toward entrepreneurship motivation for the young generation on small scale family businesses in Makassar city. This research is explanatory research. There are 1.267 small scale family businesses as the population, while only 130 small scale family businesses as the sample in this research, in considerate the businesses have been running for at least 2 generations. The result of this research showed that entrepreneurship education has significant effect toward attitudes of entrepreneurship and attitudes of entrepreneurship has significant effect toward entrepreneurship motivation. Based on path analysis, the result showed entrepreneurship education has significant effect toward entrepreneurship motivation through mediating of attitudes of entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap motivasi belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa program keahlian akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Makassar yang terdiri dari 414 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 80 siswa yang diambil secara acak dan proporsional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen yang terdiri atas uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji hipotesis yang terdiri atas analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh model persamaan regresi linear sederhana = 18,280+0,669X yang berarti tiap penambahan 1 nilai kecerdasan emosional, maka nilai motivasi belajar mengalami kenaikan 0,669. Dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (r2) diperoleh nilai r2 = 38,9 % yang berarti kecerdasan emosional memiliki kontribusi terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 38,9% dan sisanya 61,1% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain. Sementara dari hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05 yang berarti kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima.Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on students' motivation to study accounting skills program at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. The population is all students of the accounting expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar which consists of 414 students. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample of 80 students taken randomly and proportionally. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is instrument test which consists of validity and reliability test, hypothesis test which consists of simple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained a simple linear regression equation model Y = 18.280 + 0.669X, which means that for each addition of 1 emotional intelligence value, the value of learning motivation increases by 0.669. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r2), the value of r2 = 38.9% means that emotional intelligence has a contribution to learning motivation of 38.9% and the remaining 61.1% is influenced by other factors. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test analysis obtained a significant value of 0.000<0.05, which means that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on learning motivation, thus the hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis komputer terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran berbasis komputer sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kesulitan belajar sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IIS di SMA Negeri Bulukumba sebanyak 109 siswa sekaligus sebagai sampel atau sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, uji instrumen dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis komputer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba.  Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Kesulitan Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the teacher's personality competence on motivation to learn accounting in class XII IIS SMA Negeri 2 Barru. The population of this study was all students of class XII IIS SMA Negeri 2 Barru, totaling 85 students, while the sample used a saturated sampling technique with a total sample as many as 85 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing and hypothetical testing using SPSS 25 for windows. The results showed that: 1) Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, teacher personality competence was 74.88 percent in the good category and learning motivation was 81.22 in the very good category. (2) Based on the results of a simple linear analysis, it was obtained that teacher's personality competency Y = 46.150 + 0.328X, which means that for each addition of one teacher's personality competency value, the value of learning motivation increases by 0.328. 3) From the results of the t-test analysis, the significance value is 0.001 <0.05, which means that the teacher's personality competency variable has a positive and significant effect on motivation to learn accounting in class XII IIS students at SMA Negeri 2 Barru, thus the hypothesis is "accepted". (4) From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (KD) it is obtained that the value of R2 = 0.115 or 11 percent and the remaining 89 percent is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi pada siswa SMKN 1 Bulukumba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMKN 1 Bulukumba yang terdiri dari kelas X Akuntansi 1 dan X Akuntansi 2 yang berjumlah 39 siswa, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling Total, sampel dari populasi diperoleh dari seluruh jumlah populasi dengan sampel sebanyak 39 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase, uji instrumen dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana pada hasil belajar di peroleh Y = 48,273 + 0,746X. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,746, hal ini berarti bahwa jika variabel kualitas pembelajaran (X) mengalamai peningkatan sebesar satu satuan, maka variabel hasil belajar (Y) meningkat sebesar 0,746 satuan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini dengan uji-t menggunakan bantuan SPSS 25 for windows, diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,0000,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dan hasil belajar.
