Sistem dan teknologi informasi telah menjadi komponen yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan dan organisasi. Teknologi informasi, termasuk sistem informasi Internet, memainkan peran penting dan terus meningkat dalam bisnis. Teknologi informasi dapat membantu perusahaan dari semua jenis meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses bisnis mereka, keputusan manajerial dan kolaborasi kelompok kerja, sehingga memperkuat posisi kompetitif mereka di pasar yang berubah dengan cepat. Ini berlaku ketika TI digunakan untuk mendukung tim pengembangan produk, proses dukungan pelanggan, acara elektronik, atau operasi bisnis lainnya. Teknologi dan sistem TI online dengan cepat menjadi bahan untuk kesuksesan bisnis di lingkungan global yang dinamis saat ini.

The spread of information and communication technology media is intended to facilitate the needs of modern society, especially religious knowledge. Networked communication media is increasingly spreading to almost all circles. Social media networks are increasingly spreading to almost all circles. Networked social media apart from being a means of communication and information, is also a benchmark for today's society's culture. The notion that "today's society is 'obsessed' with technological sophistication", so that people experience a dilemma in life, which tends to exist in the media or leave it. The fact that the use of social media reduces physical interaction even tends to social antipathy. Therefore, the obligation of da'wah must be synergized dynamically; da'wah through the internet with cultural propaganda. That the effectiveness of da'wah for the technological community is the harmony of cultural da'wah with the conditions of virtual society, especially the industrial generation. Pengumpulan berita merupakan tahapan penting dalam praktik jurnalistik. Sebagai jurnalis Muslim, pengumpulan berita harus mengikuti prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam praktik jurnalistik, seperti kebenaran, keadilan, kejujuran, dan kebijaksanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis etika, kredibilitas, dan tanggung jawab dalam pengumpulan berita dalam perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengumpulan berita dalam perspektif Islam mengedepankan etika, kredibilitas, dan tanggung jawab sebagai prinsip utama dalam praktik jurnalistik. Etika mengharuskan jurnalis untuk mematuhi norma-norma moral dalam praktik jurnalistik, kredibilitas menjadi kunci utama dalam menjaga kepercayaan publik terhadap media, dan tanggung jawab mengharuskan jurnalis untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat dan berimbang. Dalam praktik jurnalistik, jurnalis Muslim harus menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam pengumpulan berita, seperti tekanan politik dan komersial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan penghormatan terhadap nilai-nilai Islam dalam praktik jurnalistik, serta untuk meningkatkan keterampilan jurnalis dalam mengatasi tantangan dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam pengumpulan berita.

Di era teknologi dan informasi yang sudah sangat maju perkembangan penyiaran informasi tidak hanya berfokus pada satu titik untuk menyiarkan sebuah informasi tapi juga dari berbagai titik. Khususnya dalam bidang jurnalistik mengenai penulisan isi berita dan feature masih banyak orang tidak bisa membedakan antar berita dan feature, begitu juga dengan Teknik penulisannya. Dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara menggumpulkan data melalui literature yang didapatkan melalui laman pencarian google scholar dan juga menggambarkan data yang terkumpul terkait menulis isi berita dan feature Peneliti akan menjelaskan dalam penelitian ini bagaimana cara menulis berita dan feature.

Pengambilan keputusan merupakan penilaian dan menjatuhkan pilihan. Keputusan ini diambil setelah melalui beberapa perhitungan dan pertimbangan alternatif. Sebelum pilihan dijatuhkan, ada beberapa tahap yang mungkin akan dilalui oleh pembuat keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang dimaksud dengan tipe informasi maupun mekanisme pengambilan keputusan dalam manajemen. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan melakukan teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara dan observasi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik.

This study aims to find out how to understand the da'wah management information system. The da'wah management information system is an information system for da'wah management which is structured using formal procedures, with the aim of providing relevant information to managers, both internal information and external information in all the relevant organizational functions, so that decision making can be carried out effectively. . The role of this da'wah management information system is as a tool used to describe in fact the circumstances and situations both internal. So with the existence of an increasingly sophisticated da'wah management information system, it is able to bring and make it easier for preaching to be more effective. As we can see with the emergence of information systems in the form of computers, cellphones that have a wider range can make it easier for us to access da'wah without coming to the place. This research analyzes the communication ethics of Medan journalists in implementing the tabayyun attitude in the digital era (Islamic communication perspective). Problems, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the impact of implementing communication ethics in implementing the tabayyun attitude in the digital era This research uses a descriptive method. Medan journalists as research informants were selected using a purposive sampling method of eight people with the status of members and administrators of PWI North Sumatra and AJI Medan. The research results show that the communication ethics of Medan journalists in the digital era are very important to be implemented in strengthening and making the implementation of the tabayyun attitude a success as a series of journalistic tasks carried out. Journalists in Medan are aware of the importance of the tabayyun attitude in carrying out their journalistic duties. However, the challenges faced by journalists in this digital era make implementing the tabayyun attitude more difficult and cause problems in the field. The problem that Medan journalists often experience is that they are required to present comprehensive news but still experience high time pressure (deadlines) from the press company where they work. Several supporting and inhibiting factors were found for Medan journalists in implementing the tabayyun attitude in the digital era. supporting factors: quality of resources (educational factor), experience in the world of journalism, ability to carry out journalistic tasks, and commitment to implementing the Journalistic Code of Ethics. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors that are often experienced are high time pressure (deadlines), not having the intention to confirm, and not being skeptical about the information obtained. The impact of implementing the tabayyun attitude by journalists in the digital era was also found. By implementing a tabayyun attitude, journalists in Medan will be more careful in verifying any information before publishing it. This will have a positive impact on the credibility of the media they represent. The public will have more confidence in news presented by media that is trusted and has a good reputation for conveying correct and accurate information.

The aim of this study is to conduct comprehensive disclosure of the Quality Assurance at Madrasah Aliyah Pusat Menes Banten. This researchÂ is done through a case study on the model of qualitative research.Data were obtainned from observations of researchers through interviews, observation, study of documens and records.The data analysis and and interpretation indicates that; (1) Planning in quality assurance in Madrasah Aliyah based education research, analysis of the facts, the ability of resources, funding sources, define quality standards, determine alternative actions and decision making can be ensured so that the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah has good quality,(2) Madrasah Aliyah preparation of the work program, arranged on the direction Khithah as a strategic guideline basic philosophy of the movement guide the organization, so as to ensure the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah, (3) organization working madrasah with apply modern concept, organizational structure, division of task has been set up arranged on work responsibilities, authority and work load, (4) supervision of work through the process control and evaluation when there are errors or deviation will be improved, (5) value basis for the preparation of quality assurance in the from khithah greatly affect the performance of teachers.Â Keywords : penjamin mutu, perencanaan, organisasi, supervisi, core value

This research aims to analyze Islamic communication ethics applied by Ustadz Abdul Somad through case studies of his use of language and communication style on social media. The method used in this research is content analysis by examining various lectures and posts by Ustadz Abdul Somad on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and Twitter. The main focus of this research is to explore how Ustadz Abdul Somad uses language that is polite, easy to understand, and in accordance with Islamic principles, as well as how he avoids hate speech, maintains politeness, and promotes constructive dialogue. The research results show that Ustadz Abdul Somad applies Islamic communication ethics which prioritizes openness, tolerance, honesty and trustworthiness in every message he conveys. The language used is simple but still full of meaning, and the communication style used prioritizes dialogue full of peace and respect, both between Muslims and with other parties. Thus, Ustadz Abdul Somad is an example of implementing Islamic communication ethics in the digital era, where technology and social media can be effective means for spreading da'wah wisely and responsibly.
